Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Batu, untuk mendiskripsikan kendala yang muncul dalam meningkatan kinerja pegawai  pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Batu dan untuk menawarkan solusi yang dapat diberikan sehingga dapat meminimalisir kendala-kendala dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Batu. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel motivasi, kepemimpinan dan kinerja dimana penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus karena yang di teliti adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Batu sebanyak 141 pegawai dengan kuisioner sebanyak 24 item pertanyaan/pernyataan. Model statistik menggunakan Metode Deskriptif dan Analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Indikator yang paling baik dalam membentuk variabel Motivasi Kerja adalah Kondisi Kerja dengan loading faktor tertinggi sebesar 0,703.  Dengan demikian apabila pihak manajemen ingin meninggikan nilai variabel Motivasi Kerja maka rekomendasi secara statistik mengenai indikator perlu diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki adalah indikator Kondisi Kerja, Indikator yang paling baik dalam membentuk variabel Kepemimpinan adalah Perfeksionis dengan loading faktor tertinggi sebesar 0,794.  Dengan demikian apabila pihak manajemen ingin meninggikan nilai variabel Kepemimpinan maka rekomendasi secara statistik mengenai indikator perlu diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki adalah indikator Perfeksionis dan Indikator yang paling baik dalam membentuk variabel Kinerja adalah Kewirausahaan dengan loading faktor tertinggi sebesar 0,837.  Dengan demikian apabila pihak manajemen ingin meninggikan nilai variabel Kinerja maka rekomendasi secara statistik mengenai indikator perlu diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki adalah indikator Kewirausahaan.Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja            The purpose of this study is to analyze the motivation of work and leadership on the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Batu City, to describe the obstacles that arise in improving the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Batu City and to offer solutions that can be given so as to minimize the constraints in improve the performance of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu. This analysis uses motivation, leadership and performance variables which is a census study because all of Civil Servant in Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Batu City are 141 employees with questionnaire as many as 24 items of questions / statement. Statistical model using Descriptive Method and SEM Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the best indicator in forming Work Motivation variables is Working Conditions with the highest loading factor of 0.703. Thus if the management wants to raise the value of Work Motivation variable then the statistical recommendation of the indicators should be prioritized for improvement is the indicator of Work Conditions, the best indicator in forming Leadership variable is Perfectionist with the highest factor loading of 0.794. Thus if the management wants to raise the value of Leadership variable then the statistical recommendation of the indicators should be prioritized to be improved is the Perfectionist indicator and the best indicator in forming the Performance variable is Entrepreneurship with the highest loading factor of 0.837. Thus if the management wants to raise the value of Performance variables, the statistical recommendation of indicators should be prioritized for improvement is the Entrepreneurship indicator.Keyword : Work Motivation, Leadership and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job environment and organizational justice on employee performance mediated by employee engagement at a private hospital in Malang. The sample used was 975 employees from two private hospitals. The sampling technique used a saturated sample by making the entire population the research sample. The respondents' criteria are non-outsourced medical personnel and non-outsourced medical personnel. Questionnaires were used to collect research data which were then processed using AMOS. The results showed that the job environment had a significant effect on employee engagement and also on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational justice has no significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement did not succeed in mediating the effect of job environment and organizational justice on employee performance.
