Abstract

Hospital is one of the public facilities used by the Indonesian people in the health sector. A hospital is a health service institution that conducts complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. This research was conducted descriptively Qualitative research using a phenomenological approach was conducted in November 25 to 29 November 2019. data were obtained through in-depth interviews. Stages of analysis Data obtained by in-depth interviews can be analyzed the process of data analysis with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The population of this study was 11 respondents. The method of selecting participants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Age of respondents 25-50 years. The results found 7 themes, namely: Distance, BPJS Class, Rates, services, Doctors, Diseases, Facilities. Conclusion: In Hospital Selection the distance is a major factor in the selection of Hospitals. The next factor is BPJS or health insurance which is owned by each individual in the selection of hospitals because it will be related to tariffs. hospitals that affect the expenditure of individuals who are sick.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job environment and organizational justice on employee performance mediated by employee engagement at a private hospital in Malang. The sample used was 975 employees from two private hospitals. The sampling technique used a saturated sample by making the entire population the research sample. The respondents' criteria are non-outsourced medical personnel and non-outsourced medical personnel. Questionnaires were used to collect research data which were then processed using AMOS. The results showed that the job environment had a significant effect on employee engagement and also on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational justice has no significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement did not succeed in mediating the effect of job environment and organizational justice on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted for the phenomenon of financial management in improving the quality of education at the Boarding School, the purpose of this study was to: find out the financial planning in the madrasa (budgeting) and the implementation of education finance (actuating). This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the Head of Madrasah, Waka Sarana and Infrastructure and Treasurer. Researchers collected data using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Researchers have a goal to find out how to plan and implement finances in the madrasa so that the madrasa has good financial planning and implementation. The results of this study, firstly, financial planning in improving the quality of education is stated in the form of RKAM which is held every before the new school year begins. Second, the implementation of education finance includes the receipt and expenditure of funds. The funds received at Al Amin come from the BOS Fund, monthly tuition fees and operational funds issued every month. The implementation of financial management in improving the quality of education can be seen in the allocation of funds in the RKAM, namely by the allocation of funds for extracurricular activities, the allocation of funds for facilities and infrastructure at the madrasah by adding facilities, repairs and maintenance.

Abstract

This study employs SWOT analysis and QSPM method to develop a business strategy for "Nu Mesari Buah" fruit shop, focusing on internal and external factors affecting its competitiveness. Through qualitative analysis, including interviews, strengths like strategic location and fresh stock, weaknesses such as price fluctuations, opportunities such as increased demand, and threats like competition were identified. Quantitative evaluations using IFE and EFE matrices revealed stronger internal advantages and opportunities, indicating a favorable position for strategic planning. The IE matrix placed the shop in the Hold quadrant, suggesting market and product development strategies. QSPM prioritized strategies, with increasing goods availability before holidays ranked highest. This aims to meet rising demand by collaborating with local suppliers. Overall, the research offers insights for strategic planning in "Nu Mesari Buah" and similar businesses, albeit requiring gradual monitoring and evaluation for practical implementation, considering environmental and market dynamics.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), which at that time experienced fluctuations up and down in line with economic and political activity. At that time, fluctuations in joint stock prices were caused by macroeconomic factors, one of which was inflation, increases in interest rates, foreign exchange rates, money supply, and others. These macroeconomic factors greatly influence the performance of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), especially accompanied by the emergence of Covid-19 which has had a very negative impact on the entire Indonesian economy. This research aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply on the composite stock price index (IHSG) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research data used is secondary data with Indonesian research samples in the 2018-2022 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using SPSS 25. From the research results, it can be concluded that partially this research shows that the variables inflation, interest rates, and money supply each have a positive and significant effect on the composite stock price index (IHSG). Meanwhile, the exchange rate variable negatively and significantly affects the composite stock price index (IHSG). Meanwhile, the variables inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and money supply simultaneously positively and significantly influenced the composite stock price index (IHSG) during the 2018-2022 Covid pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi dosen dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Rumah Sakit Universitas Kepanjen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester VI, dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner kompetensi dosen dengan skala Likert dan dokumentasi Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kompetensi dosen dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa, ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,612 dengan signifikansi p < 0,01. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kompetensi yang dimiliki dosen dalam proses pembelajaran, maka semakin baik pula pencapaian prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, kompetensi dosen berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar mahasiswa
