Abstract

The current research will classify the research topics of fiqh muamalah financial technology to find out the existing research map so that it can be seen what has been researched and further research opportunities for the expansion of research and development of muamalah fiqh. By using qualitative research with content analysis and focus discussion groups with economists, the articles used were 25 articles published in journals in Indonesia from 2017 to 20212. The topic of this muamalah fiqh research consists of 4 topics, namely (1) Development of Fintech, (2) Fintech dynamics, (3) Financial Technology Concepts, (4) Financial technology in terms of sharia economic perspective.

Abstract

The Digital Era or also known as the "Web 4.0" era where everything is converted into digital form. The muamalah sector is the single largest area of ​​digitization (buying and selling transactions). Advances in information technology have a positive impact on business innovation.transactions E-commerce have a positive impact on the widespread use of information technology and the internet today. E-commerce is the single most innovative aspect of Indonesian business. Currently, Indonesia is being hit by the Corona virus (Covid-19), and the government urges the public to adopt a healthy lifestyle by doing activities at home as a way to protect themselves. This condition will provide access to online buying and selling transactions, both through various digital platforms and those specifically related. The formal legality of digital/e-commerce business transactions has been regulated in Law Number 11 of 2008, Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning trade and Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection and the MUI DSN with its Fatwa Number: 05/DSN- MUI/IV/2000 regarding the sale and purchase of Salam. The purpose of this study is to analyze the practice of e-commerce from the perspective of Fiqh Muamalat. The analytical method used is literature with qualitative approach analysis. Current studies show that e-commerce is a form of commerce that is synonymous with trading with as-salam. The practice of e-commerce in this way can also be considered to meet the requirements of as-salaam.

Abstract

Pawn is a form of guarantee in a loan agreement.even this product can be said to be a superior product in every Islamic financial institution. Transactions in this pawnshop must be strictly monitored so that each transaction can provide benefits. Many studies have been conducted on the application of fiqh muamalah pawnshops, especially in pawnshops or Islamic banking financial institutions. The current research will group the research topics of fiqh muamalah pawnshops to find out the existing research map so that it can be seen what has been researched and further research opportunities for the expansion of research and development of muamalah fiqh. By using qualitative research with content analysis and focus discussion groups with economists, the articles used were 15 articles published in journals in Indonesia from 2018 to 2021, the topic of this muamalah fiqh research consisted of 5 topics, namely (1) provisions sharia law regarding pawnshops, (2) the suitability of the DSN MUI fatwa transaction for pawnshops (3) public interest in pawning, (4) products in sharia pawnshops, and (5) marketing strategies for sharia pawnshops

Abstract

Along with the development of the Islamic economy in today's society, the legal questions that arise regarding the sharia economy continue to grow along with the development of the Islamic banking and finance industry lately. fiqh Mu'amalah. Then MUI as an institution that has the authority to issue fatwas is very interesting to study. The fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN MUI) has become an inseparable part of the development of the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia. Many of the DSN-MUI Manhaj Fatwas use Islamic legal solutions as their basis. This research uses qualitative research and divides it into 2 themes of discussion, namely 1. The DSN-MUI Manhaj Fatwa method, 2. The role, significance and position of the DSN-MUI fatwa.
