Abstract

Remaja adalah masa transisi yang ditandai oleh adanya perubahan fisik, emosi dan psikis. Secara psikis remaja juga mengalami perubahan emosi yakni sensitif atau peka misalnya mudah menangis, cemas, frustasi, dan sebaliknya bisa tertawa tanpa alasan yang jelas. Kejadian tersebut sering terjadi pada remaja putri, terutama sebelum menstruasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres terhadap gangguan siklus menstruasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15-17 Juli 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja putri usia 16-19 tahun di Asrama III Nusantara Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 69 responden. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan checklist. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan tingkat stres dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri Asrama III Nusantara Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Jombang menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan nilai p=0,002. Perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya pencegahan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya stres. Saran bagi responden adalah untuk dapat menggunakan mekanisme koping yang adaptif sehingga tidak terjadi stres. The main common in young women, especially before menstruation. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of of stress level with adolescent menstruation cycle disorder. The experiment was conducted on 15-17 July 2014. Methods used in this study are correlative. The population in this study were young women aged 16-19 years in Boarding Schools Boarding Nusantara III Darul 'Ulum Jombang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a sample of 69 respondents. Means of data collection using questionnaire and checklist. The results of this study showed a correlation between stress with menstrual cycle disorders in adolescent girls Boarding School Boarding Nusantara III Darul 'Ulum Jombang using chi square test p value=0.002. Thus the necessary preventive measures to minimize stress. Suggestion for the respondent is to be able to use adaptive coping mechanisms so that no stress. Abstract

Hypertension, where the patient blood pressure is above normal. One of the compliance to obey by hypertensive patients is food (dietary compliance). Dietary is one of the methods to reduce the complication at hypertensive patients. This research aimed at finding out the influence of health education against the compliance. This research was pre-experiment by applying one group pre-post test design. The populations were hypertensive patient at the country of Tambar, Jombang. The samples were 30 respondents the patients who fulfill the criteria. This also used systematic simple random sampling technique. Giving a questionnaire was a data collection before the health education run. Then, it continued with health education about dietary for hypertensive. A week after the education run, the patients had to fill the questionnaire to investigate the compliance. The analysis used Wilcoxon Signed rank Test, significance level was ρ0.05.The result was  0,000 which mean that health education influenced dietary compliance for hypertensive patient. This is therefore health education should be implemented regularly in period of time to adapt with patient by applying well communication.
