Abstract

The low of nurse performance in fulfillment of basic human needs of patients is a serious problem in health care. Organizational commitment is one of the factors influenced nurse performance, and this was inline with Meyer and Allen’s Theory. The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation of afective commitment and normative commitment toward nurse performance in fulfillment of basic human needs. This research was an analytical descriptive using correlation design with cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all nurses who work in Wards of Madinah Islamic Hospital Kasembon and they taken by using purposive sampling method and obtained 27 respondents as the sample. The independent variable was affective and normative commitment and the dependent was nurse performance. Nurse performance was measured by using observing the respondents and the data collected by using observation form. Affective commitment and normative commitment were measured by using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). This data were analyzed by using Regression linier statistic test. The result of this study showed that there was correlation of affective commitment (t = 2,737 and α = 0,011), and normative commitment (t = 8,003 and α = 0,000) to nurse performance. The conclution of this study is the affective and normative commitments have significant positive effect toward nurse performance, with the most significant was normative commitment. Further research is expected to develop this research and be able to analyze more other factors are influence the nurse performance.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to find out what philosophy behind the education curriculum in Germany,its system and structure especially on history curriculum to be compared with Indonesia”s experience.Traditionally the German educational system is strongly influenced by the tradition of naturalistichumanism - specifically those of the Humbold philosophy regarding as Bildung. History Education is acompulsory subject that is given to students from grade 6-10 as much as two hours of lessons per week,while in grade 10-12 or 13 lessons, history is no longer a compulsory subject. In grade 6-9 curriculum isbased on chronological history revolves around the history of Western Civilization, in grade 10 historylessons relating to contemporary history in the 20th century, while in grade 11-12 / 13 history lessonfocused on the history of modern Europe and non- European history.

Abstract

This article describes the historiography toward Indonesia after independence and its relevance to the teaching of history at the time.The Method used in writing this article is the research literature. Writing the history of Indonesia, which has a style Indonesiacentric is an issue that has always promoted in the historiography Indonesia. Since independence in 1945, a form of history writing seeks embodied Indonesiacentric.Therefore it seeks a National History Congress was held to formulate the form of historiography Indonesiasentric but Congress was not fully able to formulate clearly .Historiografi Indonesia finally caught up to the political interests that lead to the deconstruction of old regime history. History teacher thus becomes very important in answering the anxiety people especially students in learning history.Curriculum 2013 gives greater space to the history teachers to design learning history allows students not only rely on textbooks but explores a variety of sources and historiography are available.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical data of the impact of the application of course review horay type cooperative learning model to the learning result of history at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. This study was conducted from Juni 2017 to January 2018This study is a quantitative study with experimental method. The population target of this study was 16 classes contain 541 students. The reachable population is 10th graders covered five classes. The sample of this study is two classes, X OTP 2 (Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran) and X AKL (Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga) which defined through random sampling. The experiment class is X OTP 2 and the control clas is X AKL. Through the validity formula, “r Product Moment”, the result showed that from 60 instruments questions, 40 questions was valid and 20 questions is invalid. The readability test, with Spearman Brown. The normality test used Lilliefors. In the homogeneous test used Barlette. The hypothesis used t formula with the trusted level 95% (a=0,05). So, it could be concluded that there was an impact of the use of the impact of the application of course review horay type cooperative learning model to the learning result of history at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris tentang Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay Terhadap Hasil Belajar Sejarah di SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari bulan Juni 2017 sampai Januari 2018.Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi target adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta, terdiri dari 16 kelas yang berjumlah 541 siswa. Populasi terjangkau penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X yang terbagi menjadi lima kelas. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random sampling sehingga didapatkan kelas X OTP 2 (Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran) sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X AKL (Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga) sebagai kelas kontrol. Melalui uji validitas dengan rumus “r Product Moment” hasilnya menunjukkan dari 60 soal instrumen 40 soal valid dan 20 soal tidak digunakan sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus Spearman Brown. Pengujian normalitas dengan menggunakan uji Lilliefors. Uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Bartlett Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus uji t pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (a=0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay Terhadap Hasil Belajar Sejarah di SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar sejarah siswa di SMA Negeri 13 Bekasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen desain treatment by level 2x2. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas XI IIS. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XI IIS 2 dan XI IIS 3 dengan jumlah 72 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk hasil belajar adalah tes pilihan ganda dan yang digunakan untuk kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) hasil belajar siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran integratif lebih tinggi dari siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran kooperatif; 2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis; 3) hasil belajar sejarah siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran integratif dan memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi, lebih tinggi dari siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran kooperatif dan memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi; 4) hasil belajar sejarah siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran integratif dan memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah, lebih rendah dari siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran kooperatif dan memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah.The effect of integrative learning model and critical thinking ability toward students’ historical learning outcome in SMA Negeri 13 BekasiThis study aims at determining the effect of learning model and critical thinking ability toward students’ historical learning outcome in State Senior High School 13 Bekasi. This study is quantitative research by using experiment method with treatment by level 2x2 design. The population of this study is all students of XI IIS class. While, the sample is chosen two classes, namely XI IIS 2 class and XI IIS 3 class with total of 72 students. The instruments used are multiple choice test to measure learning outcome and questionnaire to measure critical thinking ability. The results of this study indicated that: 1) students’ learning outcome by using integrative learning model is higher than using cooperative learning model, 2) there is an interaction effect between learning model and critical thinking ability, 3) students’ historical learning result using integrative learning model and having higher critical thinking ability is higher than using cooperative learning model and having higher critical thinking ability, (4) students’ historical learning outcome using integrative learning model and having low critical thinking ability is lower than using cooperative learning model and having low critical thinking ability.

Abstract

Abstract Infant massage is the oldest and most popular touch therapy known to man. Role in ruralcommunities is still held by the midwife. Lack of knowledge of mothers on infant massagetechniques, could result in the mother can not properly massage their infants would likely occur a result of unwanted things that could be fatal for infants.The purpose of this study was determine maternal knowledge about massage techniques on infants aged 0-12 months.The methodused is descriptive survey approach. Samples taken in this study were mothers who had infantaged 0-12 months in the Village District Bulurejo Diwek Jombang District, in a way probabililisampling with cluster sampling technique, number of population is 116 by the number of samplused 89 respondents who carried out the month June 2012. The instrument used was questionnaire. From the results showed 42.7% knowledgeable enough about the massatechniques on infants aged 0-12 months, 34.8% and 22.5% knowledgeable both lesknowledgeable. It is expected that the mothers further enhance knowledge of massage techniqueon infants aged 0-12 months with more consultation with local health workers, following tcounseling's and find information in various media such as books, internet, television, radio, andso forth, so the mother can increase knowledge.  Key words: Knowledge Capital, Technical Massaging the Baby Ages 0-12 Months

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah lansia juga mengakibatkan berbagai permasalahan dalam kehidupan saat ini. Beberapa masalah tersebut diantaranya adalah tingkat kemandirian lansia yang menurun karena adanya kemundurun fungsi tubuh, psikis dan juga dari fungsi sosial. Tidak seluruhnya lansia tinggal bersama keluarga ataupun anak-anaknya. Beberapa lansia harus tinggal di Panti Werdha seperti di UPT. Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru. Lansia yang berada di panti werdha tidak seluruhnya sehat. Sebagian lansia memiliki penyakit seperti hipertensi. Gastritis, post stroke, halusinasi, isolasi sosial, skizofrenia dan lain-lain. Panti werdha Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru telah membuat jadwal kegiatan agar lansia tetap dapat beraktivitas di lingkungan Panti Werdha. Panti memiliki jadwal dalam seminggu seperti ceramah agama, membuat keterampilan, bimbingan sosial, pemeriksaan kesehatan, wirid dan senam. Namun demikian, tidak seluruhnya lansia ikut dalam kegiatan tersebut. Berdasarkan data tersebut, terlihat bahwa lansia yang berada di panti memiliki masalah kesehatan, baik secara fisik serta psikologis. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penatalaksanaan psikogeriatri berupa Brain Gym, Art Therapy dan Reminiscence Therapy. Metode pelaksanaan berupa praktik secara lansung. Capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, adanya peningkatan kognitif pada lansia serta tidak adanya lansia yang memiliki tanda dan gejala depresi. Rekomendasi dari hasil kegiatan ini adalah hendaknya ada pasrtisipasi dari pihak pengurus Panti agar kegiatan ini dapat dilaksanakan oleh terapis yang sudah terlatih agar kegiatan ini dapat berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract - A quality audit is the ultimate process that the auditors wants to achieve. Auditors must continuiously improve audit quality to maintain the trust of stakeholders. This study aims to find out if professional skepticism, task complexity, and computer-assisted audit techniques have an impact on audit quality. This research model used to analyze data is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Research data is the primary data obtained from 67 respondents of external auditors from Public Accounting Firm in the DKI Jakarta Region. The result showed that professional skepticisim and computer assisted audit technique had a significant and positive influence on audit quality, while the complexity of the task had no significant effect on audit quality. The results of this study encouraged the Public Accounting Firm to consider the use of technology as one of the aspects that can improve the quality of audit and synergy it with the profesional skepticism. Abstract

 This research aims to to increase result of learning at subject of IPA at least reaching KKM ( 70) by using method of Contextual Teaching and Learning that leads students to be  active, goodness in cooperating, question and answer, searching answer, explaining and also pay attention to the material described by friends Research type the used of Research Of Action Class ( PTK) classroom action by research conducted by the research of V grade teachers through 3 cycles. Where each cycle is carried out 2 meetings each cycle consisting of four aktivities namely planning,impleminting,observing,evaluatinf, and reflectingPursuant to result of research, reached result in each natural cycle of improvement. In  cycle of I percentage of student activity 39,28%. in cycle of II percentage of student activity 85,71%. in cycle of III, percentage of student aktifitas 92,85%. As well as the  result of student evaluation each cycle also experience of improvement. in cycle of I only 14 student or 58,33% complete student. In cycle of II there were 19 student or 79,16% complete student. Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship education for students has been a concentration for all universities in Indonesia. In fact, the lack of entrepreneurial interest and motivation as a job seeker and not a job creator after finishing school or college. The same mindset was experienced by sharia economic studies students at STAI Denpasar-Bali. With the specification of sharia banking knowledge, the competency orientation that is owned is working as a staff or employee in sharia financial institution. This mindset must be revamped, with entrepreneurial education that can shape character and attitude to dare to take business risks. That is, entrepreneurship education is expected to shape the mindset, attitude, and behavior of students into a true entrepreneur, thus directing them to choose entrepreneurship as a clear career choice. The campus should be able to map the attitude of what is owned by the entrepreneur and be able to apply in further entrepreneurship education
