Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan (leadership) berkenaan dengan seseorang memengaruhi perilaku orang lain untuk suatu tujuan. Dengan kekuasaan, pemimpin dapat memengaruhi perilaku para bawahannya. Kekuasaan dapat dibagi menjadi lima, yaitu: (1) kekuasaan keahlian (expert power); (2) kekuasaan legitimasi (legitimate power); (3) kekuasaan referensi (referent power); (4) kekuasaan penghargaan (reward power); dan (5) kekuasaan paksaan (coercive power). Disamping berhubungan dengan kekuasaan, kepemimpinan juga erat kaitannya dengan karakter. Berbagai upaya riset dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi karakter-karakter yang konsisten dengan kepemimpinan. Upaya riset yang dilakukan untuk memisahkan karakter kepemimpinan banyak menemui jalan buntu. Dinyatakan juga bahwa pencarian untuk mengidentifikasi seperangkat karakter yang membedakan pemimpin dan pengikut dan antara pemimpin yang efektif dan tidak efektif, banyak yang gagal. Hasil yang paling dapat diterima adalah riset yang bertujuan hanya untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap karakter-karakter yang dapat dikaitkan secara konsisten dengan kepemimpinan. Abstract

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) possessed by workers is one of the critical elements in the smooth operation of an organization or company. Especially for those who are related to hazardous work or related to things that have the potential to cause accidents. Activities related to nature, such as the sea, also require certain skills to minimize accidents. Mastery of K3 and Balawistaan in particular needs to be possessed by SMK students who will switch to the world of work. Therefore, it is necessary to provide introduction, debriefing, and training about this to SMK students as a generation that will soon be involved in the industrial.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on employee performance, as well as the role of tri hita karana culture as a moderator of the influence of LMX on employee performance. The research was conducted at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Hita, Buleleng Regency, where 73 employees were involved in this research. This study uses a quantitative approach and Moderate Regression analysis for data analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of LMX on employee performance, the tri hita karana culture had a significant effect on employee performance, and the interaction between LMX and the tri hita karana culture can strengthen employee performance. Discussions on important points in the tri hita karana culture can be adopted as a stimulus in improving LMX and employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Hita.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) for the period 2017 to 2021 using the RGEC method and the EVA method. This descriptive research uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that 1) the financial performance of PT BPR Daerah Bangli using the RGEC method with the predicate Very Healthy composite rating 1 (PK 1) complies with the standards set by Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations. 2) the financial performance of PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli using the EVA method is able to provide economic added value of Rp.1,045,513 over the last five years, this means that in 2017-2021 the EVA value is greater than zero, and that means that PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) gets a positive value and this number has a positive value.By testing statistical analysis, namely using data analysis techniques t-test one sample. This analysis technique is used because the number of sample members (df) = n-1 = 4. and based on the calculations the value < is obtained so that the number shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the statistical test that states the level of financial performance of PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) has been able to create economic value from the expected positive criteria that can be accepted, which means that the management of PT Regional Bank Bangli has succeeded in creating economic added value for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and use of electronic money on consumptive behavior, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative using survey methods. The population in this study is the millennial generation of Denpasar City who are in the age range of 22-42 years. This research uses probability sampling technique in taking samples and using random sampling method. The number of samples is 100 people. Data was collected using a component questionnaire in the context of financial literacy, lifestyle, use of electronic money and consumer behavior. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: (1) financial literacy has a significant negative effect on the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City, (2) lifestyle has a significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City, (3) the use of electronic money has a significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of the next generation millennials in Denpasar City, (4) financial literacy, lifestyle and use of electronic money jointly influence the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City. Thus these three factors influence the consumtive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the Altman Z-Score in predicting the potential for bankruptcy of public sector companies, hotels and tourism. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design because the data used are quantitative data and the bankruptcy variable described using the Altman Z-Score method. The data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of issuers in the tourism, restaurant and hotel sectors including data on working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and taxes to total assets, and total equity to total debt. . The results showed that 19% of companies that experienced losses in 2021, the remaining 81% of companies experienced losses. The results of the classification comparison based on the Z-Score value and the auditor's opinion show that 43% was accurate, while the remaining 57% was inaccurate.

Abstract

Saham merupakan salah satu produk investasi dalam bentuk surat berharga yang memiliki risiko yang cukup tinggi tetapi banyak diminati kalangan investor. Salah satu saham yang memiliki tingkat likuid yang baik adalah saham sektor perbankan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh reputasi auditor, Net Interest Margin (NIM) dan sentimen investor terhadap harga saham sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2022. Jumlah sampel perusahaan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 perusahaan sehingga diperoleh 105 data pengamatan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan reputasi auditor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Net Interest Margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sentimen investor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan reputasi auditor, net interest margin dan sentiment investor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham sektor perbankan di BEI tahun 2020-2022.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) on the volatility of sectoral stock indices on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Secondary data were collected from the ten sectors on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely agricultural, mining, basic industry, various industries, consumer goods, property, infrastructure, finance, trade and services, and manufacturing, obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The data were analyzed using an Android-based t-test application called the Difference Test to compare sectoral stock index volatility before and after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. The research results show that almost all sectors were significantly affected by the collapse of SVB, except for companies operating in the industrial sector. The sectors most affected by this incident were companies operating in the technology sector, followed by the raw goods sector. These findings highlight the interconnectedness of global financial events and their ripple effects on different sectors of the Indonesian stock market. This research provides valuable insights for investors and policymakers regarding sectoral vulnerabilities and the importance of monitoring global financial stability.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan guna menguji dampak net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, serta earning per share pada return saham pada emiten sub bagian otomotif serta komponen yang tercatat di BEI. Informasi yang dipakai ialah berkas pelaporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan emiten selama kurun waktu 2017-2021 di dalam BEI. Penarikan sampel pada kajian ini memakai metode purposive sampling serta memperolehkan 12 emiten yang sama dengan kriteria. Kajian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi linier berganda memakai program Analisa Regresi Smartphone. Temuan pada kajian ini menunjukkam bahwasanya secara bersama NPM, DER serta EPS berperan substansial pada return saham. Secara individual (1) NPM berperan positif serta substansial pada return saham. (2) DER berperan negatif serta substansial pada return saham. (3) EPS berperan positif serta substansial pada return saham.
