Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas VII terdapat Kompetensi Dasar Menyajikan Rangkuman Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan, peneliti menemukan yakni masih rendahnya motivasi siswa belajar merangkum isi teks laporan hasil observasi. Media pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah membuat siswa hanya belajar mendengarkan dari video yang ditampilkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, siswa membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam mencapai tujuan dan indikator pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah mengembangkan produk media “Tongtumon” untuk menyajikan rangkuman teks laporan hasil observasi pada siswa kelas VII . Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4-D yang memiliki empat tahap yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan peyebaran (desseminate). Subjek uji coba validasi meliputi validator media, validator materi, guru bahasa Indonesia kelas VII dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data melputi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil yang didapat dari ahli materi memperoleh skor 88,3%, dari ahli media 75%, dari praktisi/guru memperoleh skor 93%, dan dari siswa memperoleh skor 95,2%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan media “Tongtumon” masuk pada kriteria “sangat layak” dengan tindak lanjut dapat diimplementasikan. Abstract: In learning Indonesian for class VII, there are Basic Competencies in Presenting Summary of Observation Result Reports. Based on the results of observations in the field, the researchers found that students' motivation was still low in learning to summarize the contents of the text of the observation report. Learning media in schools makes students only learn to listen from the videos shown. Based on these problems, students need interesting learning media and can support the learning process in achieving learning objectives and indicators. The purpose of this research and development is to develop a media product "Tongtumon" to present a summary of the text of the report on the results of observations to class VII students. The development method used is a 4-D model which has four stages, namely definition, design, development, and dissemination. The validation test subjects included media validators, material validators, Indonesian language teachers for class VII and students. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and observation. Data analysis techniques include qualitative and quantitative. The results obtained from material experts scored 88.3%, from media experts 75%, from practitioners/teachers got a score of 93%, and from students got a score of 95.2%. From these results it can be concluded that the product development of the media "Tongtumon" is included in the criteria of "very feasible" with follow-up can be implemented.
