Abstract

Absrtak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan teknik dasar forehand tenis meja menggunakan modifikasi meja  pada kelas x a SMAN 1 Rasau jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research“ (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 41 siswa. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang diperoleh hasil deskriptif tindakan dari pre-implementasi, siklus I dan Siklus II menunjukan perubahan yang signifikan, dari ketuntasan pada pre-implementasi 14,34% meningkat pada sikus I sebesar 21,94%. Sedangakn pada siklus II meningkat signifikan menjadi 73,17%. Dengan demikian modifikasi pembelajaran ini dapat dikatakan berhasil karena ketuntasan peserta didik telah mencapai lebih dari 70% dari jumlah peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penigkatan teknik dasar forehand berhasil. Kata Kunci: Penigkatan Teknik Dasar Forehand. Abstract: the objective this research to know the increase in basic technique forehand table tennis using a modification of a table at a class X SMAN 1 Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya west Kalimantan Province .Methods used in this research was classroom action research ( the act of a class ) research .A total of 41 students the sample . The results of research and analysis of data obtained the results of descriptive pre-implementasi the action of , cycle cycle i and ii showed a significant change , of ketuntasan in pre-implementasi 14,34 % increase in sikus i of 21,94 % .Sedangakn in cycles ii rise significantly be 73,17 % .Thus modification this learning can be assessed as being successful because ketuntasan school tuition reaches more than 70 % of the school tuition .Based on these results we can conclude that penigkatan basic technique forehand successfully . Abstract

Hormon tiroid mengontrol pertumbuhan, diferensiasi dan metabolisme semua sel somatik jaringan. Level abnormal hormon tiroid akan menyebabkan infertilitas atau berkurangnya fungsi reproduksi. Hormon tiroid ini kemungkinanm empunyai peranan penting dalam pengaturan steroidogenesis dalam folikel ovarium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi level T3 dan T4 sapi bali pada saat estrus dan ovulasi. Sapi bali yang digunakan tiga atau empat ekor dengan umur yang seragam (dua tahun) dan dalam keadaan sehat. Pengamatan estrusdilakukan setiap hari sedangkan penentuan waktu ovulasi menggunakan USG. Sampel darah diambil dari vena jugularis pada saat estrus dan ovulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjuk level T3 1,46ng/dl±0,173 saat estrus dan 1,98ng/ml±0,41 saat ovulasi, level T4 10,43 ±0,442 saat estus dan 10,48±0,896 saat ovulasi sedangkan ratio T3/T4. Level T3, T4 dan ratioT3/T4 tidak berbeda signifikan antara waktu estrus dan ovulasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa hormon T3 dan T4 kemungkinan berpengaruh terhadap fungsi ovarium.Kata kunci: triiodothyrosin, estrus, sapi Bali, waktu ovulasi

Abstract

The climate challenge is essentially an energy challenge. With that in mind, policymakers around the world are trying to accelerate the adoption of clean energy technologies. Stronger policy support such as minimum performance standards is needed so that the building sector is on the right track towards a Zero Emission Scenario by 2050. PUPR Ministerial Regulation number 21 of 2021 concerning green building performance assessment which is a minimum performance standard as a government policy must be implemented in Indonesia. The districts/cities of Jambi province currently have not carried out green building construction at any time, both in terms of planning and implementation. Therefore, it is hoped that this policy can be implemented well from the aspect of building construction. This research aims to identify factors exploring the performance of green building criteria, environmental awareness and the implementation of workshops on the impact of barriers to green building construction. A qualitative approach was used in this research and data was collected from workshop participants in Jambi City. The analysis method was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 qualitatively. From the results of the research conducted, environmental concern for barriers to green buildings has a significant influence, so it is important to socialize the impacts of global warming to the community, one of which is the role of implementing green buildings. The results of this research are expected to include workshops, training and outreach activities as well as policies in the form of PERDA providing incentives to the community so that they can trigger the interest of building owners Keywords: SmartPLS, Green Building.

Abstract

Gedung rumah sakit merupakan bangunan yang mengkonsumsi energi listrik cukup besar seperti pendingin ruang, pemanas, pompa, jaringan data, penerangan dan lainnya. Pada sistem penerangan ruangan, tidak optimalnya pencahayaan alami pada suatu ruangan gedung akan berpengaruh pada produktivitas baik manusia maupunn peralatan yang ada pada ruangan tersebut. Untuk dilakukan pencahayaan buatan berdasarkan ketentuan yang diisyaratkan. Objek pada penelitian ini berfokus pada desain pencahayaan sistem penerangan ruangan hemodialisis yaitu ruang tindakan medis untuk pelayanan cuci darah bagi pasien yang mengalami kerusakan ginjal, ketentuan pencahayaan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Indonesia nomor 40 tahun 2022. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapat besar tingkat pencahayaan rata-rata minimum ruang hemodialisis umum sebesar 348 lux pada siang hari dan 74 lux pada malam hari sedangakan ruang hemodialisis infeksi tingkat pencahayaan rata-rata minimum didapat 346 lux pada siang hari dan 98 lux pada malam hari. Pada ruangan pendukung lainnya dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan pencahayaan alami yang tidak mampu untuk mengoptimalkan tingkat pencahayaan rata-rata minimum setiap ruang, maka untuk mengoptimalkan kenyamanan penghuni bangunan dan mempertimbangkan aspek ramah lingkungan serta biaya, dilakukan pencahayaan buatan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang memenuhi SNI 6197:2020.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di lembaga kursus Bahasa Inggris, Zain Academy, yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kotaanyar, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan penyuluhan sekaligus pelatihan perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik melalui implementasi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan pemilihan pendekatan yang tepat berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan abdimas ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) keterampilan menulis (writing skills) yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 dan buku Step Forward Language for Everyday Life  karya Jeni Currie Santamaria dan Christy M. Newman yang digunakan Zain Academy, dalam hal ini implementasi CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) dan memberikan keterampilan kepada guru-guru tentang penyusunan rancangan pembelajaran sekaligus melakukan simulasi. Dari tujuan tersebut kemudian solusi-solusi diantaranya pendampingan secara langsung dan intensif serta mengkaji, membedah, dan berdiskusi lebih intsensif mengenai pembuatan pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) keterampilan menulis (writing skills) yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 dan buku Step Forward Language for Everyday Life  karya Jeni Currie Santamaria dan Christy M. Newman dengan implementasi CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) untuk beberapa unit atau topic pembelajaran.

Abstract

In order to improve energy conservation efforts and comfort in building structures, all building managers such as professional associations, consultants, contractors, suppliers can apply the concepts of lighting system design procedures in building structures that can be utilized by planners as required by SNI 6197:2020. In this study, technical calculations were carried out using dialux evo software to obtain lighting intensity based on the function of the residential room. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the minimum average lighting level of the lighting intensity of each room function in natural lighting during the day, there are 2 rooms that meet the requirements, namely the bedroom and bathroom (KM1, for this purpose artificial lighting is carried out using lamps, at night the minimum average lighting level on the first floor gets a large lighting intensity of the room that meets the requirements based on SNI 6197:2020 which is required for each room function. To save energy, the bedroom and bathroom (KM1) switches are in the off position during the day while at night the switches for each room are in the on position.

Abstract

The automotive sector is very important to achieve net zero global emissions to limit global warming because 65% to 80% of the emissions produced come from exhaust and indirect emissions come from fuel. In 2050, the volume of oil production is expected to fall by 55% and gas by 70% and coal will no longer be produced. For this reason, regional governments, especially Jambi province, can be pioneers in preparing to use electric vehicles, starting with the use of official cars in every government agency. Muaro Jambi Regency (Sengeti) is 30.4 km from Jambi City, where the average government employee lives in Jambi City and uses fossil fuel official cars every day. This is of course a long-term global energy security problem. In this research, data analysis was carried out regarding solar radiation and energy production of Photovoltaic (PV) systems using the Photovoltaic Geographical Information System (PVGIS) web application located at the Muaro Jambi DPRD office where the data was used as charging infrastructure for 1 electric car in one trip. . From the research results, there is potential for Photovoltaic (PV) system energy as infrastructure for charging electric cars and allows for 2 units of electric cars with the same specifications, because there is an average energy per day that is not captured at 5512.2 Wh.

Abstract

This article discusses the decision-making process in overcoming the shortage of human resources in the Indra Jaya convection as MSMEs. This study was conducted to explore the challenges MSMEs faced in recruiting and managing the workforce and to identify the strategies implemented by managers in dealing with these problems. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The study results indicate that MSMEs face difficulties finding new employees who meet the required criteria, thus requiring stricter recruitment procedures and clear standards. In addition, this article also describes the various decision-making styles used, such as autocratic, participatory, and delegative, as well as systematic steps in the decision-making process. The data collected will be analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to understand how managers carry out decision-making to overcome human resource shortages. These findings are expected to provide insight for MSME owners in improving the effectiveness of HR management to support business sustainability.
