Abstract

This Study entitled “ Analysis Of Financial Performance On PT. GLOBALINDO ALAM LESTARI. The purpose of this study were : 1. To determine the development of the Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Cash Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over ( TATO), Fixed Assets Turn Over (FATO), Debt Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI) dan Return On Equity (ROE). 2. To determine the financial performance of PT. GLOBALINDO ALAM LESTARI. To achieve this goal in doing the following steps : 1. See the development of the financial performance of the PT. GLOBALINDO ALAM LESTARI by using Liquidity Ratios, Activity Ratios, Solvabilitas Ratios and Profitability Ratios. 2. Conduct an analysis of financial performance of the PT. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Brand Image, Price Perception and Product Quality on Consumer Purchasing Decisions for NPK Nitroku 161616. The research method used is associative descriptive. The research sample consisted of 78 respondents who were involved using the census method. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that Brand Image, Price Perception, and Product Quality significantly influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions for NPK Nitroku 161616. Brand Image has a significant positive influence, meaning that the more positive the brand image of NPK Nitroku 161616, the higher the consumer's tendency to buy. that product. Price Perception also has a significant positive influence, indicating that the more affordable the product is, the more likely consumers are to buy it. Apart from that, Product Quality also has a significant positive influence on Consumer Purchasing Decisions, which indicates that the higher the product quality perceived by consumers, the more likely they are to buy NPK Nitroku 161616. This research provides important implications for NPK Nitroku 161616 in designing marketing strategy. Increasing a positive brand image, offering affordable prices, and improving product quality can be factors that support consumer purchasing decisions. In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market, companies need to pay attention to these aspects to gain a competitive advantage and maintain existing market share.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Jebak Kecamatan Muara Tembesi Kabupaten Batanghari Provinsi Jambi. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah aparat desa dan warga yang menerima BLT yang berjumlah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerima bantuan langsung tunai di Desa Jebak Kecamatan Muara Tembesi Kabupaten Batanghari Provinsi Jambi memiliki penghasilan yang tidak tetap sehingga kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Mekanisme penyaluran bantuan langsung tunai dan berjalan secara efektif.Mengingat dalam penelitian ini hanya untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerimaan bantuan lansung tunai maka diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dari program tersebut. Salah satu cara yakni dengan melakukan sosialisasi lebih lanjut dan meningkatkan keinginan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan bantuan langsung tunai untuk melakukan usaha.

Abstract

In this research, a study was carried out on the influence of capital and business volume on residual business results. This research aims to determine the effect of capital and business volume on the remaining business results at KUD Selikur Makmur in Bukit Jaya Village, Kec. South Bahar, Kab. Muaro Jambi. This research uses a quantitative approach using secondary data from 2023 with 41 samples obtained from where the research took place. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 29 program. The results of this research show that simultaneously the capital and business volume variables have a significant effect together on the remaining business results in KUD Selikur Makmur Bukit Jaya Village, Kec. South Bahar, Kab. Muaro Jambi. Keywords: Capital, Business Volume, SHU KUD Selikur Makmur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaji dan insentif terhadap produktivitas karyawan di MyRepublic Branch Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (gaji dan insentif) terhadap variabel dependen (produktivitas karyawan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaji berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, hasil uji parsial (uji t) di mana nilai signifikansi variabel gaji sebesar 0,002  Begitu pula, insentif juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, nilai signifikansi variabel insentif sebesar 0,045. Secara simultan, gaji dan insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di MyRepublic Branch Jambi,  Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji simultan (uji F) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 85,619. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,863 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 86,3% variasi dalam produktivitas karyawan dipengaruhi  oleh variabel gaji dan insentif secara bersama-sama.  Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan gaji dan pemberian insentif yang tepat dapat mendorong peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

As a country that has various types of creative industries such as the batik craft industry. Batik should be able to become one of the business fields that can support the economy (Nengsih et al., 2021). This is also what makes the government serious in managing batik crafts so that they can be used as superior products. The Jambi Batik industry is currently shrinking, one of the reasons is that most of the Jambi patterned batik circulating in the market is supplied from Java. This causes the price of Javanese Jambi batik to be more popular with the public because the price is cheaper. One of the strategies that can be applied to improve the performance of MSMEs is through the Comparative Advantage  approach (Porter, 1985). This strategy emphasizes the use of competitive advantages possessed by MSMEs in order to compete effectively in the market (Suryana A, Kartika R, 2022). To support the implementation of the Comparative Advantage strategy, this study adopts The House Model approach, which is a business development model based on competitive advantage. The House Model consists of several main elements, such as a strong business foundation, innovation strategy, resource management, and the role of stakeholders in supporting business growth (Nengsih et al, 2021 and Schmitz, 2007). The results of this study show that Jambi batik crafts can develop and compete with crafts in other batik centers by utilizing local and innovative materials to improve the quality and added value of Jambi batik, so that the results of these batik products have their own characteristics. Furthermore, from the Marketing side, it must also be based on local identity by not forgetting the use of digitalization to open up access to the global market.
