Abstract

Kegiatan pengelolaan surat menyurat akan berakhir di pengarsipan sebagai dokumen yang merupakan kegiatan yang memberikan catatan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dan menjadi memory kegiatan di Perusahaan/ Instansi/ Institusi baik swasta maupun negeri. Arsip memiliki peranan penting dalam instansi/Intitusi karena menjadi sumber informasi. Tujuan pengarsipan adalah catatan yang digabungkan sebagai sumber informasi yang membutuhkan waktu cepat untuk penyampain informasi yang dibutuhkan. Masalah yang timbul di dalam pengelolaan arsip surat menyurat dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan pendataan dilapangan adalah penumpukan data dan sulitnya pencarian informasi dikarenakan belum adanya aplikasi khusus yang membantu mengarsipkan dan masih tidak efektif dan efisien dalam pencarian karena pengarsipan belum terstruktur. Pengembangan aplikasi pengelolaan surat menyurat sebagai arsip di Sektertarian DPRD Kota Bandar Lampung menggunakan aplikasi java web dengan database MySQL, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu extreme programming dan dibantu dengan metode penyusunan FIFO (Fisrt In First Out). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikas berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pencatatan arsip dan notifikasi pengarsipan surat menyurat sampai ke pencarian informasi serta pelaporan surat menyurat sehingga memudahkan untuk mengarsip dan penemuan sumber informasi yang lebih effektif dan effisien dari sistem sebelumnya

Abstract

One type of sale and purchase transaction that is generally known is an auction transaction. However, many users are dissatisfied with the online auction system for many reasons. The development of information technology at this time has grown very rapidly. One of the benefits of its application is that it is used in the world of trade to help the auction process or buying and selling of goods online to run effectively and efficiently. The advancement of the internet in Indonesia has resulted in the development of the e-auction industry. The proliferation of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for Indonesians to sell. search and buy the desired item. This application is built from the PHP programming language and utilizes the CodeIgniter framework with the Exreme Programming development method. The process of this development stage is divided into six stages, namely: needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and development of the system. At the testing stage, a functionality test is carried out using the BlackBox Testing method, which is to test the function of the application that has been built whether it is in accordance with the needs. From the test results show the application runs well and has a good processing time. Web-based online auction system is a web-based application that was built to make it easier for us to carry out the auction process or buy and sell goods.

Abstract

Obstacles faced by students include a socio-economic background from the lower middle class, low interest in continuing their education, and a lack of understanding of the KIP-K registration procedure. To overcome this, the proposed solution is to carry out activities to provide accurate information, provide motivation, and provide assistance during the KIP-K Program registration process. The aim of this activity is to provide guidance or assistance so that relevant information regarding tuition funding assistance solutions from the KIP-K Program can be conveyed effectively, stimulate interest in continuing education to a higher level, and increase the understanding and skills of the target audience. The method used in this activity is clinical coaching. This program was successfully participated in by class XII students of SMK Ma'arif 3 Pesawaran Lampung. The results show a positive impact by increasing understanding of information knowledge regarding KIP-K by 100%, the level of understanding regarding KIP-K is 87.5%. the level of understanding regarding creating a KIP-K account is 83.3%, the level of knowledge regarding the requirements for creating a KIP-K account is 83.3%.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to foster and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit of SMK YADIKA Natar students through training in local product innovation based on the potential of local resources. As future young entrepreneurs, SMK students need to have the ability to innovate in order to develop creative products that are economically valuable and highly competitive. This activity was motivated by the low interest of students in entrepreneurship and their limited understanding of how to turn local potential into promising business opportunities. The training was conducted through an intensive two-day programme with a participatory approach, which included the delivery of basic entrepreneurship material, the development of product ideas based on local potential, product innovation practices, and simple marketing simulations. Each training session was designed to foster active participant involvement, strengthen group collaboration, and instil values of creativity and independence. The activity was evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the increase in students' knowledge and changes in their entrepreneurial attitudes. The results showed a significant improvement in the students' understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, their ability to innovate, and their confidence in designing new business ideas. In addition, the students also showed high enthusiasm and awareness of the importance of creativity as the main capital in entrepreneurship. This training is expected to be a step forward in developing the entrepreneurial spirit among students.
