Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of domino game learning media on students learning achievement of class VIII at SMP N 1 Padang, West Sumatera. The methodology of the research which is used in this research is experimental research. The research population was 256 students. The sampling technique used in the research is cluster random sampling, so that the sample acquired was class VIII-E which consisted of 34 students. The techniques of data collection used are documentation and tests. The techniques of data analysis are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. Based on the research finding, there is significant effect of using domino game learning media on students learning achievements of class VIII at SMP N 1 Padang, West Sumatera.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of dimensions servicescape, price, employee performance on customer loyalty. Sampling using descriptive method approach verification ex post facto and survey. A sampling technique that accidental sampling using the formula of Joseph obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires processed by linier regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the result that there is influnce dimensions servicescape, price and employee performance on customer loyalty on PT. Yamaha Lampung Sakti Motor.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi servicescape, harga, kinerja karyawan, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Joseph didapat sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan analisis regresi linier dan analisis regresi multiple. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh dimensi servicescape, harga dan kinerja karyawan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada PT. Yamaha Lampung Sakti Motor. Kata kunci : harga, kinerja karyawan, loyalitas konsumen, servicescape.

Abstract

Obstacles faced by students include a socio-economic background from the lower middle class, low interest in continuing their education, and a lack of understanding of the KIP-K registration procedure. To overcome this, the proposed solution is to carry out activities to provide accurate information, provide motivation, and provide assistance during the KIP-K Program registration process. The aim of this activity is to provide guidance or assistance so that relevant information regarding tuition funding assistance solutions from the KIP-K Program can be conveyed effectively, stimulate interest in continuing education to a higher level, and increase the understanding and skills of the target audience. The method used in this activity is clinical coaching. This program was successfully participated in by class XII students of SMK Ma'arif 3 Pesawaran Lampung. The results show a positive impact by increasing understanding of information knowledge regarding KIP-K by 100%, the level of understanding regarding KIP-K is 87.5%. the level of understanding regarding creating a KIP-K account is 83.3%, the level of knowledge regarding the requirements for creating a KIP-K account is 83.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, mensintesis, dan menggambarkan implementasi digital marketing yang telah dilakukan oleh UMKM keripik pisang di Provinsi Lampung. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 32 UMKM keripik pisang di Lampung. Data diambil menggunakan teknik FGD, kuesioner, dan observasi. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing yang diimplementasikan oleh UMKM keripik pisang di Lampung merupakan strategi yang mengadaptasikan produk-produk UMKM berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Digital marketing telah membantu UMKM keripik pisang untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan pasar, perubahan perilaku konsumen, dan juga kebijakan pemerintah.. Kata Kunci: Perilaku konsumen, Strategi Pemasaran, SWOT.
