Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Penpen Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap lingkungan sekitar, memelihara kondisi lingkungan dari bencana kekeringan di musim kemarau dan menjaga daerah resapan air dengan kegiatan penanaman pohon. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah: kegiatan sosialisasi, penanaman pohon, serta kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. Pada bulan Februari 2021 dilaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi di aula Desa Penpen Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon. Dalam kegiatan sosialisasi ini dijelaskan tentang manfaat dari penanaman pohon di daerah resapan di Desa Penpen. Bibit tanaman yang ditanam adalah jenis tanaman buah-buahan dengan varietas unggul. Setelah 15 hari penanaman, dilakukan kegiatan monitoring. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi menandakan bahwa sosialisasi dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal, sebagian masyarakat dan stakeholders mengikuti dan menanggapi kegiatan pengabdian dengan memahami materi tentang penghijauan di daerah resapan, serta pohon hidup dan tumbuh berbuah di lokasi penanaman.

Abstract

The rain that fell in the city of Cirebon, especially the drainage on Jalan Pemuda, could not accommodate and drain the water so that it could create puddles on the roads and surrounding areas. Hourly rain intensity, planned flow rate and channel cross-sectional dimensions are the first steps for flood prevention. Hydrological analysis is used to calculate the discharge capacity of the drainage plan. The results were then analyzed the dimensions of the channel, the drainage ability to accommodate the falling rainwater where Qs is bigger than Qp. the channel discharge has not been able to accommodate the Q plan in the channel so that there will be a runoff of 17.759%. So to anticipate runoff, it is necessary to have a channel improvement plan of 33.477%. In addition to channel improvement solutions, arrange and define the boundaries of water storage areas by measuring and mapping boundaries and issuing regulations that prohibit or limit the construction of buildings that can reduce the ability of areas to store and absorb rainwater by referring to the basic building coefficient (KDB) permitted as stated in the RT/RW.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to know volume of work on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, analyze method of implementation of work, to know the cost of implementation on construction of Karawang Government Office Project, and the comparison of time duration between scheduling prediction of owner with scheduling prediction of author. This type of the research is quantitative. That describes the condition of a particular project with existing data related to the construction of local government buildings. That existing data is processed in such a way as to produce the final conclusion. The result of the research is Based on Budget Cost calculations to complete Karawang government office construction until the final stage, more or less costly Rp.41.906.713.365,-. From the calculation of weight of work is estimated completion of Karawang government office construction work takes 75 weeks. With the CPM method can be known critical path occurs in the project are Excavation and Pile Up Work – Pile Foundation Work – River Stone Foundation Work – Reinforced Concrete Work – Wall, Brick, and Plastering Work – Door Frame, Leaf Door, and Window Work -  Ceiling Work – Sanitation Set Work -  Lighting Installation Work – Lift Work. Keyword : Construction Management, Barchart, S Curve, Critical Path.

Abstract

Jakarta City is a city that became the heart of the unitary State of the Republic of indonesia has potential as the city develops. Jakarta is already good enough if compared to its neighboring cities – city, seen from there is a lot of building skyscrapers. Therefore the population in this city is very solid plus the number of communities outside the city looking for work, education and so on, and many choose to find a place the residence then the role of the existence of an agency that handles problems a place to live and help with much needed to help the business community in order to be better, as there are Houses kost. Currently, the central building were built as high as five floors with one basement, exactly on JL. TegalParang Utara, South Jakarta.To meet the criteria of safety and service required the existence of a design careful planning. Therefore the imposition of planning process must comply with the SNI 1727-2013 as well as planning the structure of the building should be referred to with the SNI-2847-2013 reinforced concrete, which is the latest peratuaran which refers to the AISC and has adapted to the the latest materials technology development. In the calculation of earthquake engineering, this refers to the SNI 1726 – 2012. Based on data obtained from a Home Building project, tegalparangkost has an area of approximately 3224.86 m2. The author will meredesain a building material by using the concrete structure which consists of 5 (four) along with the basement 1 floor. Analysis of the structure of the used software SAP2000, a material used for reinforced concrete beams, columns, roof and floor plates are plates. Abstract

ABSTRACTA hospital is one of the important elements in the people of nation, especially in the medical sector. Cideres hospital is one of hospital in district Majalengka that has the best services. Healthy is important to make development of quality people sector. Cideres hospital has a target to make Majalengka become a healthy district in Indonesia.As one of citizen needs, healthy is important to make development of quality people sector. Cideres hospital has a target to make Majalengka become a healthy district in Indonesia. After this building constructed, it make the service healthy to the people in Majalengka more increase.In order to create a structure that is safe and meets serviceability limit, in the process of design the building structure must be according to SNI-2847-2013 of reinforced concrete, which are the latest regulations adapted from the latest material technology development refers to the AISC. Besides planning, the loading structure must be according to SNI-1727-2013 and the calculation of earthquake engineering refers to SNI-1726-2012.With the special programs, the completion of structural analysis for various purposes can be performed quickly and accurately, when compared with the structural analysis is done manually including SAP2000 program.Keywords : Analysis and design, SNI codes, SAP2000 Program

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe industrial area in Cirebon Regency which has absorbed a number of industrial workers need to be supported by the infrastructure that facilitates the existence of industrial workers from inside and outside of Cirebon Regency, namely is residence that becomes one of the primary needs / basic human and they should find a place to live that suits the needs and financial capabilities. According to the Constitution 1945, Law No. 4 1992 Housing and Settlement and the Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights, the house is the people's basic rights and guaranteed by law and supported by the Presidential Decree 22/2006 issued a national program "Flats 1000 Tower" which was targeted to build flats are middle to lower class.In order to create a structure that is safe and meets serviceability limit, so in the process of design the building structure must be according to SNI 2847-2013 of reinforced concrete. Beside planning, the loading structure must be according to SNI 1727-2013, then for calculation of earthquake engineering refers to SNI 1726-2012. Analysis structure using ETABS, for the material of structures is used concrete including frame section (column, sloof, beam, and slab).From the planning and design of the flats that were done in this thesis obtained 2 types of columns with a size 50/50 using reinforcement 12-D19 and shear reinforcement Ø10-100 and 35/35 using reinforcement 8-D19 and shear reinforcement Ø10-100, then obtained 2 types of main beams with a size 35/50 using reinforcement 12-D16 with shear reinforcement Ø10-100 and size 25/30 using reinforcement 5-D16 with shear reinforcement Ø10-120, then for floor and roof slab obtained a thickness 13cm using reinforcement D12-150. RAB structure obtained in this plan is Rp.15,920,000,000,- so that the price per meter is Rp.3,686,000,-.Keywords : Analysis and Planning structure, ETABS, Thesis Result.

Abstract

            Project management is all planning, implementation, controlling and coordination a project from early the (idea) the end project to en sure of the project appropriately time, money and quality. Selection method scheduling project is also one the very policy note in order to obtain result in according with the original plans.This thesis specifically discuss how project management planning the construction of Muhammadiyah Bandung University. The research was conducted by means of a survey into the field and study of literature.This thesis analysis includes volume calculation, Needs of labor, materials and equipment, Bar chart, Cash flow, S Curve, method of CPM (Critical Path Method) is a method of identifying critical work paths or items.
