Abstract

            Project management is all planning, implementation, controlling and coordination a project from early the (idea) the end project to en sure of the project appropriately time, money and quality. Selection method scheduling project is also one the very policy note in order to obtain result in according with the original plans.This thesis specifically discuss how project management planning the construction of Muhammadiyah Bandung University. The research was conducted by means of a survey into the field and study of literature.This thesis analysis includes volume calculation, Needs of labor, materials and equipment, Bar chart, Cash flow, S Curve, method of CPM (Critical Path Method) is a method of identifying critical work paths or items. Forwards calculation, backwards calculation, free float and total float.           Keyword: Project Management, Bar Chart, S Curve, Critical Path Method.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe industrial area in Cirebon Regency which has absorbed a number of industrial workers need to be supported by the infrastructure that facilitates the existence of industrial workers from inside and outside of Cirebon Regency, namely is residence that becomes one of the primary needs / basic human and they should find a place to live that suits the needs and financial capabilities. According to the Constitution 1945, Law No. 4 1992 Housing and Settlement and the Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights, the house is the people's basic rights and guaranteed by law and supported by the Presidential Decree 22/2006 issued a national program "Flats 1000 Tower" which was targeted to build flats are middle to lower class.In order to create a structure that is safe and meets serviceability limit, so in the process of design the building structure must be according to SNI 2847-2013 of reinforced concrete. Beside planning, the loading structure must be according to SNI 1727-2013, then for calculation of earthquake engineering refers to SNI 1726-2012. Analysis structure using ETABS, for the material of structures is used concrete including frame section (column, sloof, beam, and slab).From the planning and design of the flats that were done in this thesis obtained 2 types of columns with a size 50/50 using reinforcement 12-D19 and shear reinforcement Ø10-100 and 35/35 using reinforcement 8-D19 and shear reinforcement Ø10-100, then obtained 2 types of main beams with a size 35/50 using reinforcement 12-D16 with shear reinforcement Ø10-100 and size 25/30 using reinforcement 5-D16 with shear reinforcement Ø10-120, then for floor and roof slab obtained a thickness 13cm using reinforcement D12-150. RAB structure obtained in this plan is Rp.15,920,000,000,- so that the price per meter is Rp.3,686,000,-.Keywords : Analysis and Planning structure, ETABS, Thesis Result.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKasus kebakaran yang mcnimpa gudang PT Gracia Plumbon menyisakan berbagai persoalan sepcrti kelayakan suatu bangunan. Kelayakan suatu bangunan ini sangat penting untuk keberlangsungan kegiatan produksi rotan dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam bekcija. Pada kasus gedung pasca terbakar, konstruksi bangunan sepcrti beton merupakan bahan bangunan yang memiliki daya tahan terhadap api yang relatif lebih baik dibandingkan dengan material lain seperti baja, terlebih lagi kayu. umur pakai suatu gedung tidaklah nresti berakhir dengan terjadinya kebakaran, melainkan masih dapat dipakai apabila pada gedung tersebut diperbaiki dengan teknologi rehabilitasi yang tepat. Hal ini akan diperoleh jika survey atau investigasi yang dilakukan di lapangan dapat inenggambarkan kondisi riil yang sebenamya.Dari hasil pengamatan visual menunjukan bahawa kebakaran menyebabkan terjadi kcretakan pada pada pedestal pondasi. Rctaknya 0,2 mm - 0,10 mm, dan ini dibuktikan dengan hasil hummer test pada kolom pedestal, kuat tekannya dibawah K 175. Artinya pondasi pedestal sebagai penyangga kolom struktur baja sudah tidak layak memikul beban. Kondisi visual dari struktur rangka baja mengalami masalah tekuk akibat dari peningkatan temperatur (terbakar) sehingga kolom mengalami deformasi permanen. Artinya material baja tersebut telah melewati kondisi leleh akibat temperatur dan beban yang terjadi secara bersamaan.Kata Kunci : Betonjwmmer test, kolom,struktur baja,pondasi  ABSTRACTCase of a fire that struck a warehouse PT Gracia Plumbon left many problems such as the feasibility of a building. Feasibility of a building is very important for the sustainability of rattan production and user comfort in work. In the case of post-burning building, building construction materials such as concrete is a building that has a fire resistance is relatively better than other materials such as steel, especially wood, lifespan of a building does not necessarily end up with fire, but still can be used if the building is repaired with the proper rehabilitation technology. This would be obtained if the survey or investigation carried out in the field can describe the actual real conditions.From visual observations indicate that fires cause cracks occurred on the pedestal foundation. Cracking of 0.2 mm - 0.10 mm, and is evidenced by the results of tests on a column pedestal hummer, compressive strength under K 175. That is the foundation of the pedestal as a support column of steel structures is not feasible to carry the load. Visual condition of the steel frame structure having trouble buckling result of an increase in temperature (burning) so that the column undergo permanent deformation. This means that the steel material has passed through the melting due to temperature conditions and loads that occur simultaneously.Keywords: Concrete, hummer test, columns, steel structures, foundations Management, ConstructionÂ
