Globalisasi ekonomi dan pasar bebas merupakan di satu pihak sumber kekayaan bagi pemilik modal besar dan mereka yang memiliki akses kekuasaan, di pihak lain globalisasi menjadi sumber pemiskinan dan malapetaka bagi kebanyakan keluarga dan masyarakat kecil. Sadar akan kenyataan ini, para intelektual negara-negara berkembang sepakat bahwa globalisasi ekonomi merupakan mesin kapitalis yang memproduksi kemiskinan global karena telah merampas sebagian besar dari kekayaan dunia untuk segelintir orang. Peningkatan mutu kehidupan sosial ekonomi, pendidikan dan kesehatan masyarakat serta upaya mencari solusi atas masalah kemiskinan akibat kebijakan ekonomi global dan pasar bebas ini merupakan bagian dari misi profetis dan tanggung jawab semua agama dan umat beriman. Agama Katolik sebagai suatu institusi sosial di tengah mayarakat dunia mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab profetik untuk membela dan membebaskan keluarga dan masyarakat yang kurang beruntung dari kemiskinan dan ketertindasan melalui bantuan karitatif maupun pemberdayaan sosial ekonomi, politik, kesehatan dan lain-lain.

Participation in politics is the rights and obligations of citizens. The Church and the Government has been providing a wide range of container construction for young people. This aims to help young people become responsible individuals, including in the exercise of their rights and obligations in the field of politics. The Second Vatican Council Decree Apostolicam Actuositatem through article 12 confirms that adults play a role built dialogue, give example and wise advice, andencourage young people to the apostolate, including in the field of politics. The outline of the research issues include: what does political and Ministry, whether politics is part of the Apostolic Church, how young people's interest and involvement in the political sphere, and how implementation of the role of adults in improving the Ministry in the field of politics for young people based on the mandate of the Decree Apostolicam Actuositatem article 12. Based on the outline of the issue, this research aims to describe the sense of politics and Ministry, describing politics as part of the Church's apostolic work, analyzing the interest and involvement of young people in the political sphere, and analyze the implementation role of adults in improving the Ministry in the field of politics for young people. The research was carried out in may 2015 in the parish of St. Cornelius Parish and Mater Dei of Madiun. The researchers used a qualitative research method. The respondents of the research consisted of six young people and four adults. The process of collecting data using the method of interview. The results showed that politics is an attempt to achieve common prosperity. And Ministry is an attempt to achieve a common prosperity based on the teachings of the Church. Politics is part of the Apostolic Church. However, young people are less interested and involved in political activities. In addition, adults have not been able to carry out their task in improving the Ministry in the field of politics for young people effectively and optimally.

The task of organizing education is primarily the responsibility of parents and assisted by the community as long as it is needed. The task of organizing education is also the responsibility of the Church. The Church takes part in the world of education, among others, through Catholic religious education in Catholic schools. The learning process of Catholic Religious Education is intended to improve the faith of Catholic youth. The research was conducted by using qualitative research method. Qualitative research method is a form of research designed to examine attitudes, views, feelings, and behavior of individuals or groups of people or social issues being investigated. This study aims to analyze the extent to which Catholic Religious Education affects the development of faith and behavioral change of the Catholic Junior High School students in Madiun. The results of the research indicated that 7 (58%) of respondents stated that junior high school students were students between 13-15 years old. There were 12 (100%) respondents said that Catholic Religious Education taught in the School was able to help the junior high school students to have more knowledge about Jesus and his preaching. As many as 6 (50%) of respondents stated that Catholic Religious Education is very helpful to get know more about themselves personally. There were 8 (67%) of respondents stated that the teaching of Catholic Religion made their faith progressively improved. Broadly speaking, all respondents experienced that Catholic Religious teaching has made their Catholic faith being developed so far. It made the respondents more diligent and actively involved in throughout Catholic Church activities and any social affairs.

Tujuan hakiki dari peziarahan setiap manusia ialah beristirahat dalam Allah. Maka, tidak ada satupun kekayaan material di dunia ini yang sanggup memberikankepuasan abadi kepada manusia selain Allah sendiri. Kebangkitan spiritual luar biasa di kalangan remaja berupa ziarah rohani ke berbagai tempat suci di duniamerupakan kecenderungan terdalam lubuk hati remaja untuk bersatu dengan Allah. Hal ini terjadi karena setiap remaja diciptakan dan dipanggil Allah untuk mencari dan menemukan sesuatu yang indah, baik, bernilai dan tidak terbatas di luar dirinya sendiri. Kebangkitan spiritual ini perlu direspon secara serius dan positif oleh Gereja melalui berbagai upaya konkrit memberi perhatian, membimbing, mendidik dan merayakan iman bersama remaja agar iman remaja dapat bertumbuh dan berakar dalam Yesus. Sebab tanpa Yesus hidup remaja akan pudar, layu, lenyap dantidak bermakna.

Pembaharuan liturgi akan memberi pengaruh yang bertahan lama kepada remaja dalam mengikuti perayaan Ekaristi jikalau para pemimpin Gereja dan petugas pastoral serta umat beriman itu sendiri secara terus menerus membawa remaja kepada Yesus dan InjilNya lewat pembinaan iman dan cara hidup komunitas Ekaristi yang berorientasi kepada Injil dan berakar dalam Yesus. Pembinaan iman dan cara hidup yang berakar pada Yesus dan berorientasi kepada Injil ini dapat melahirkan habitus baru dalam diri remaja yaitu perilaku hidup dimana kehidupan seorang remaja tidak lagi dituntun oleh keinginan atau kemauan sendiri melainkan oleh Yesus dan Injil. Hidup seperti ini pada gilirannya akan melahirkan sikap hidup remaja yang penuh kasih dan kebaikan, dan bukannya menjadi pokok persoalan dan kebencian.

The call and mission of Catholic laymen in the Church and in the midst of society is often associated with the parable of the hired people in the Lord's vineyard (Mt 20: 1-16). Changes and various problems which have been occurring in the Church and in the community at all times urge the Catholic community to respond immediately. Catholic lay people are prohibited from becoming spectators when facing various problems and changes being occurred. The question is how and to what extent has the layman tried to live a family life and organize economic, political, legal, social, cultural activities, etc. according to God's plan and will?Answering the question, this paper intends to describe a number of main things, namely: first, lay call and mission in the community, second, Spontaneously answer of lay man to the call and mission of God; third, the perfection and novelty of life; and fourth, the call for holiness of life. This writing is inspired by the parable of the hired men in the vineyard (Mt 20: 1-8).

Indonesia's human development index is still low among ASEAN countries. This losing quality of human resources results in decisions taken often not in favor of the interests of the nation. The low quality of human resources has resulted in one of the national development agendas as stipulated in the National Medium Term Development Plan IV (RPJMN-IV) currently putting strong pressure on improving human resources. The independent campus policy is designed to reinforce the position of tertiary institutions as a center for superior Indonesian human resources, and at the same time challenge tertiary institutions to continue of building a sustainable education system which is directly related to economic, social, and environmental aspects, as well as 21st century life and work skills demanded.

The celebration of the Eucharist is the culmination and source of Christian life. The Spirit of the Eucharist in the Parish of St. Pius X Karanganyar is always cultivated in every faithful, especially in the Catholic Youth. Through the Eucharistic Celebration, the faith of Catholic Youth can grow and develop, along with the development of the times. The problem to be investigated is the extent to which the Catholic Youth at St. Pius X Karanganyar understands the meaning and meaning of the Eucharistic Celebration?. The research objective was to analyze the extent to which the understanding and appreciation of the St. Catholic Youth at St. Pius X Karanganyar understood the meaning and meaning of the Eucharistic Celebration. In this study, the authors used quantitative research methods using a questionnaire via google form. Respondents in this study were the Catholic Youth of the St. Petersburg parish. Pius X Karanganyar, who is 15 to 35 years old or not married. From the results of the research analysis showed that the Catholic Youth in the Parish of St. Pius X Karanganyar really understands the understanding and appreciation of Catholic Young People in the Parish of St. Pius X Karanganyar towards the Eucharistic Celebration.

The teacher has a duty as an educator and also as a guide for students in the learning process. Therefore, teachers must be aware of their position as professional educators and have high performance. Teacher performance will be optimal if it is supported by good leadership from the principal as well as good and adequate work facilities and infrastructures. Principal leadership is one of the determining factors to improve teacher performance in the school. As a leader, the principal should have an ability to influence everyone, especially the teachers, so that they can work better for the realization of educational goals. This study explores the theme of the Influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the principal's leadership influences on the performance development of teachers in schools. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out by online interview techniques through the WhatsApp application and also directly or face to face interview. Respondents in this study consisted of seven teachers, namely homeroom teachers I-VI and student affair section at SDK St. Yusuf Madiun.
