Abstract

The importance of community and students’ parentsparticipation should be a serious concern for schools because without the support of participation from relevant parties (stakeholders), the quality and objectives of education as desired by all parties will not be easy to realize properly. This research is qualitativeresearch with the type of case study. In this study, a number of data collection techniques will be used, namely participant observation techniques (participant observations), in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research that has been done, the following results are obtained (1) School work program to encourage community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education in Sekayam 2 High School; (2) The forms of community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education in Sekayam 2 High School are physical and non-physical; (3) The supporting factors for community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education at Sekayam 2 High School, is the existence of a forum or access to participation, the willingness and ability, hopes of obtaining good and quality education, trust in schools, and positive response from the school; (4) The inhibiting factors of community and students’ parentsparticipation in administering education at State 2 Sekayam Senior High School, are places of residence that are far from school, the economic level is still relatively low, the view that education is the responsibility of the school, the socialization of work programs is not optimal school, and busyness of parents with their work; and (5) The level of community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education at Sekayam 2 High School, classified as low or passive.

Abstract

In this study the model used is the waterfall model in designing and building new student admissions information systems, the waterfall model is a model that is part of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) design model, where the design begins with the process of requirements, design, implementation, integration & testing, operations & maintenance. Data collection techniques through field observations, interviews, and literature studies. The new student admission application is designed based on a website using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, and SublimeText3 as an editor. This application has two levels of access rights, namely admin, and prospective students. Admin has the highest access rights and can perform user management, form data for prospective students, as well as management of the number of prospective students who have passed, and prospective students have the lowest access rights in the application. The purpose of making this research is to develop new student acceptance applications that are able to manage the implementation of new student admissions. Applications for accepting new students can help admins and prospective students in accepting new students so that PPDB can run more effectively and efficiently. The result of making this final project is a Website-Based New Student Acceptance Application at SMP Negeri 1 Ledo.

Abstract

Aset Desa adalah barang milik desa yang berasal dari kekayaan asli milik desa, dibeli atau diperoleh atas beban Anggaran yang sah. Pada Desa Mekar Baru, kegiatan manajemen aset sudah dilakukan dengan menggunakan dukungan perangkat komputer, namun belum dibuat sistem khusus untuk melakukan kegiatan tersebut, kegiataan manajemen aset saat ini masih didukung dengan penggunaan software spreadsheet dan pengarsipan hanya dengan hardfile saja. Aset yang dimiliki oleh Desa Mekar Baru seperti aset tanah, aset barang dan mesin, aset angkutan, aset alat kesehatan, aset komputer, aset bangunan belum terkontrol dengan baik sehingga menyulitkan dalam memonitoring penyusutan setiap aset. Desa Mekar Baru juga mengalami kesulitan dalam mengetahui aset mana yang harus diperpanjang usianya atau aset mana yang harus dihapus. Kondisi ini tentunya memberikan dampak dalam penyusunan anggaran pembelian barang dan biaya pemeliharaan aset. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan aset untuk mendukung kegiatan pencatatan dan pengelolaan aset yang sedang berjalan pada Desa Mekar Baru sekaligus menampilkan data pemetaan lokasi asetnya.

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru merupakan langkah awal dalam manajemen pelayanan sekolah kepada masyarakat dalam dunia pendidikan. Bagaimana sebuah sekolah melakukan promosi produk dan sekaligus pelayanan prima diawali dari penerimaan peserta didik, selanjutnya siswa/orang tua akan melakukan pendaftaran melalui aplikasi secara online. Pada penelitian ini model yang digunakan adalah model waterfall dalam melakukan rancang bangun sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru, model waterfall adalah suatu model yang merupakan bagian dari model perancangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dimana perancangan diawali dengan proses requirement, design, implementation, integration & testing, operation & maintenance. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literature. Aplikasi penerimaan peserta didik baru dirancang berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL, dan SublimeText3 sebagai editor. Aplikasi ini memiliki dua tingkat hak akses, yaitu admin, dan calon peserta didik. Admin memiliki hak akses tertinggi dan bisa melakukan manajemen user, data formulir calon peserta didik, serta manajemen jumlah calon peserta didik yang dinyatakan lulus, dan calon peserta didik memiliki hak akses terendah dalam aplikasi. Tujuan pembuatan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi penerimaan peserta didik baru yang mampu mengelola pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru. Aplikasi penerimaan peserts didik baru yang dihasilkan dapat membantu admin, dan calon peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru sehingga pelaksanaan PPDB dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil dari pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah Aplikasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbasis Website di SMP Negeri 1 Ledo.

Abstract

Landslides are a significant threat in Indonesia, with major impacts on social, economic, and infrastructure aspects. One important mitigation measure is the development of landslide hazard index maps. However, conventional methods using proprietary software such as ArcGIS or manual processing in QGIS are time-consuming and prone to technical errors. This study analyzes the performance of a QGIS plugin developed to accelerate and simplify the process of generating landslide hazard indices. The plugin was built using the Python programming language, GDAL and Rasterio spatial libraries, and an interface designed with QtDesigner through a Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. Performance analysis was conducted by comparing processing duration and output consistency between the conventional method and the plugin. The test data included a Digital Elevation Model (DEM), Landslide Susceptibility Map (ZKGT), and administrative boundaries of Sanggau Regency. The results showed that the plugin reduced processing time from 410 seconds to 280 seconds while producing hazard index maps consistent with the manual method. In addition, the plugin reduced the risk of user errors in repetitive stages, such as reclassification and raster calculations. In conclusion, the developed QGIS plugin improves efficiency and reliability in landslide hazard index mapping. This performance analysis confirms that the plugin can serve as an effective open-source solution for disaster mitigation and reduce dependence on commercial software.
