Abstract

Emesis Gravidarum is caused by changes in liver glycogen and an increase in the hormone HCG. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effectiveness of ginger oil aromatherapy and lemon oil aromatherapy on the reduction of emesis gravidarum in pregnant women. The design in this study is a quasy experiment with two groups of pretest posttest design with a sample size of 15 respondents per group. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling while the data analysis test uses the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test. Before being given Ginger Oil aromatherapy as many as 9 respondents experienced moderate emesis. After being given ginger oil aromatherapy, 8 respondents did not experience emesis. Before being given Lemon Oil aromatherapy 9 respondents experienced mild emesis. After being given Lemon oil aromatherapy 12 respondents did not experience emesis. Analysis of the Wilcoxon test results there is an effect of giving Ginger Oil and Lemon Oil aromatherapy to reduce emesis gravidarum and the Mann Whitney test it is that Ginger Oil Aromatherapy is more effective in reducing nausea and vomiting compared to Aromatherapy Lemon Oil. Ginger oil contains essential oils that can be used to reduce nausea in pregnant women because the aroma produced is stronger.

Abstract

Triple elimination examination plays an important role in overcoming the transmission of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), syphilis and hepatitis B in pregnant women to their babies. Factors that influence mothers to perform triple elimination checks include attitudes, husband's support and distance to health services. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of attitude, husband's support and distance to health services on triple elimination examinations for pregnant women At UPTD of Palla Public Health Center, Wewewa Utara District, Southwest Sumba Regency. The research design used correlation analytic approach cross sectional. The research population was 120 pregnant women and the research sample was 30 respondents with the determination using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis method used is the Spearman Rank test. The results showed that most of the 17 (56.7%) respondents had a poor category attitude about the triple elimination examination, most of the 18 (60.0%) respondents received support from their husbands in the lower category, and most of the 21 (70.0%) respondents traveled long distances. to health services in the very far category and almost all 23 (76.7%) respondents did not perform a triple elimination examination. The results of the Spearman Rank prove that the factors that influence the triple elimination examination in pregnant women are attitude (p = 0.000), husband's support (p = 0.000) and distance to health services (p = 0.002). The next researcher needs to know other factors that influence the triple elimination examination, including maternal knowledge and socio-cultural knowledge.

Abstract

COVID-19 vaccination for pregnant women is a strategic instrument to prevent transmission, reduce the risk of serious illness, and reduce maternal and infant mortality. Family support is an attitude, action, and acceptance of the family towards family members who are seen as an inseparable part where family members are always ready to provide assistance and assistance if needed. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between willingness to participate in COVID-19 vaccination during the pandemic in terms of family support for pregnant women in the working area of Sampung Public Health Center, Ponorogo Regency. Metode this research is a cross sectional study. The sample in this study was pregnant women aged 13-33 weeks who had not been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the working area of the Sampung Public Health Center, Ponorogo Regency in July 2022 as many as 45 people using simple random sampling technique. Statistical test chi-square with a significant level of = 0.05.The results showed that 68.9% of respondents stated that they received good family support and 66.7% of respondents stated that they were willing to participate of vaccination. The results of the chi-square obtained that the chi (32.402) is greater than the chi table (3.841), it shows that good family support has an effect on vaccine availability. Family support and willingness to take the vaccine in pregnant women have a strong relationship, with test value of 0.647. Good family support can affect vaccination participation in pregnant women.

Abstract

The low knowledge of pregnancy care is influenced by the lack of information so that it has an impact on the utilization of MCH book. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the MCH book on knowledge about pregnancy care for pregnant women. This study used a correlational analytic with a cross sectional. The population in this study were 40 respondents with a total sample of 36 respondents using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection by using a questionnaire, statistical test Spearman Rank. The results showed that 36 respondents, almost half of the respondents used MCH book in the high category, namely 15 respondents (41.7%), most of the respondents had knowledge of good pregnancy care, as many as 26 respondents (81.2%) . The results of data analysis using the Spearman Rank obtained a P value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the use of MCH book is effective on knowledge about pregnancy care in pregnant women. The utilization of the MCH book as a source of information and medical records as well as an important communication tool and information medium for health workers, pregnant women and families.

Abstract

During pregnancy, women will experience changes both anatomical, physiological and psychological, causing discomfort during pregnancy. One of the discomforts that pregnant women often experience is back pain. Back pain is pain felt in the vertebral area, mainly arising from excessive bending, lifting heavy loads, or previous experiences of back pain. Back pain can be mild to severe, disrupting the activities of pregnant women. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between back pain in third trimester pregnant women in terms of stress levels and physical activity in Lambangan Village, Pagimana District.. This research uses designCorrelational Analytics And Time approachCross sectional. The samples in this study were some pregnant women in the third trimesterLambangan Village, Pagimana District by a total of 30 respondents. The sampling method in this research uses the technique Accidental Sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. The results of data analysis to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable using statistical testsUji Spearman Rank with a significant level of α = 0.05. The research results showed that of the 30 respondents, the majority of respondents had normal stress levels, by total of 19 respondents (63.3%), half of the respondents had light physical activity, by total of 15 respondents (50.0%), half of the respondents experienced back pain. mild, by a total of 15 respondents (50.0%). Results of data analysis using statistical testsSpearman Rank obtained a P value < α 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between stress levels and back pain in third trimester pregnant women and there is a relationship between physical activity with back pain in third trimester pregnant women in Lambangan Village, Pagimana District with valuesP value < α 0,05 (0.000 < 0,05) Normal stress levels and activity The mild physical condition of pregnant women can influence the occurrence of mild back pain.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Anemia pada kehamilan merupakan masalah karena mencerminkan nilai kesejahteraan sosial ekonomi masyarakat dan berpengaruh sangat besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Anemia pada ibu hamil disebut ”potencial danger for mother of child” (potensial membahayakan bagi ibu dan anak) karena itulah anemia memerlukan perhatian serius dari pihak yang terkait dalam pelayanan kesehatan pada lini terdepan. Tujuan: pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan Anemia kehamilan. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dengan leaflet kepada ibu hamil tentang pencegahan anemia kehamilan dengan memberikan pre tes sebelum penyuluhan dan post tes sesudah penyuluhan. Hasil: Hasil penyuluhan didapatkan sebelum diberikan penyuluhan sebanyak 3 peserta (30%) dengan pengetahuan Baik dan setelah kegiatan terdapat peningkatan menjadi 8 peserta (80%) dengan pengetahuan Baik. Kesimpulan: Edukasi kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia. Kata kunci: anemia, edukasi, ibu hamil ______________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Anemia in pregnancy is a problem because it reflects the value of the socio-economic welfare of the community and has a very large influence on the quality of human resources. Anemia in pregnant women is called "potential danger for mother of child" (potentially dangerous for mother and child) because of that anemia requires serious attention from those involved in health services at the forefront. Objective: this community service is to increase pregnant women's knowledge about preventing anemia in pregnancy. Method: This activity is carried out by providing counseling with leaflets to pregnant women about preventing anemia in pregnancy by giving pre-test before counseling and post-testing after counseling. Result: The results of counseling were obtained before counseling was given as many as 3 participants (30%) with good knowledge and after the activity there was an increase to 6 participants (60%) with good knowledge. Conclusion: Health counseling conducted can increase participants' knowledge related to anemia. Keywords: anemia, education, pregnant woman

Abstract

Birth weight is one measure of the success of health programs, related to the risk of disease and child survival. The weight gain of pregnant women will affect the weight gain of the fetus. ANC is very important for detecting infant abnormalities during the neonatal period. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of maternal weight gain during pregnancy and quality pregnancy examinations on birth weight in Jombok Village, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency. This research design uses a survey method with a cross sectional approach, the research sample is 30 respondents, using accidental sampling techniques and measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires. The independent variables are Weight Gain for Pregnant Women, and Quality Pregnancy Examination, the dependent variable is Birth Weight. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Test with a significant value (p ? 0.05). The results of the research show that there is an influence of weight gain in pregnant women and quality pregnancy examinations on birth weight with a significance value (p) of 0.001b (p < 0.05), so it is stated that H1 is accepted. Quality pregnancy checks (at least 6 times) will increase the mother's knowledge about her pregnancy and detect all risks to pregnancy and danger signs. Health workers need an active role in quality pregnancy checks and monitoring pregnant women's weight gain to achieve normal birth weight.

Abstract

Many pregnant women do not take prenatal gentle yoga classes because their husband’s roles and knowledge.The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the role and knowledge of husbands accompanying their wives by attending prenatal gentle yoga classes.The design this research is observational analytics with a cross sectional approach,sample of pregnant women, total of 30 respondents.Sampling used purposive sampling technique.Data collection uses a questionnaire adopted from previousresearch.Data analysis used the Chi square statistical test.The research results, most of the husband's role in prenatal yoga wassupported by 16 people (53.4%),almost half of the respondents had insufficient knowledge 11 people (36.7%),and the majority did not take prenatal yoga classes 18 people (60.0%).The results of the Chi square statistical test have P value < α 0.05 (0.000), there is arelationship between the role of the husband accompanying his wife and attending prenatal gentle yoga classes,and the P value < α0.05 (0.001) is obtaine,meaning there is a relationship between knowledge and attending prenatal gentle yoga classesThe pregnantwomen's participation in prenatal yoga classes is influenced by their husband's role and knowledge.It is hoped that pregnant women will be motivated to regularly attend prenatal yoga classes.

Abstract

Kebanyakan WUS lebih memilih menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal, dikarenakan Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim (AKDR) merupakan benda padat yang apabila dipasang dalam cavitas uteri dapat menyebabkan perubahan endometrium uterus sehingga menganggu implantasi ovum.Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup, yaitu 25 responden (56,8%), sebagian besar responden memiliki persepsi negatif, yaitu 24 responden (54,5%), serta sebagian besar responden memiliki dukungan suami tidak mendukung, yaitu 26 responden (59,1%) dan sebagian besar responden memiliki sikap negatif, yaitu 30 responden (68,2%). Hasil uji regresi logistic menunjukkan adapengaruh pengetahuan terhadap sikap WUS dalam menggunakan kontrasepsi AKDR di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pesantren II Kota Kediri dengan p-value=0,048 <a=0,05.Berdasarkan kondisi ini maka sikap responden terhadap keuntungan AKDR sangat dipengaruhi oleh kognisinya, artinya setiap informasi yang diterima oleh responden akan menjadi alat bagi responden un.tuk menentukan sikapnya tentang AKDR tersebut

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai pengaruh pola makan dan kepatuhan mengkomsumsi Tablet Fe terhadap kejadian Anemia di BPM rosa siskawati plosoklaten Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hampir setengah responden (48,6%) memiliki pola makan yang kurang yaitu 17 responden, Lebih dari setengah responden (57,1%) tidak patuh mengkomsumsi Fe yaitu 20 responden dari total 34, dan Lebih dari setengah responden (54,3%) dengan kejadian anemia yaitu 19 responden dari total 34 responden Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic yang telah dilakukan menggunakan uji Regresi logistik , diketahui bahwa nilai ρ-value Pola makan = 0,006 lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sedangkan nilai p value kepatuhan komsumsi = 0,048 lebih kecil dari α (0,05). Ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antra pola makan dengan kejadian anemia dan juga kepatuhan komsumsi Tablet Fe dengan kejadian.
