Abstract

This study aims to determine financial performance. Based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XI / 2008. The type of research conducted by descriptive quantitative. The data sources used are secondary data derived from financial statements in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss between 2012-2016. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis, namely analyzing financial statements with a ratio approach, namely the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets, then adjusted to the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M .KUKM / XI / 2008. The results showed that based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XI / 2008 "SALIMA" Women's Cooperative in Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency for five years from 2012-2016 seen from the Current Ratio including the unhealthy category. Thus the "SALIMA" Women's Cooperative is unable to pay its short-term obligations. Whereas based on the Debt to Equity Ratio from 2012 to 2016 included in the category of unhealthy. Thus indicating that the cooperative capital condition is insufficient to guarantee the debt given by the creditor. While based on On Asset Returns from 2012 to 2016 included in the category of being less healthy. Thus cooperatives are less able to manage their assets so as to produce unhealthy profits.

Abstract

Effect of Competence and Organizational Commitment on Teacher Performance at H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competency and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on teacher performance in the H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The population and sample in this study were 37 teachers. The results of the regression equation obtained are: Y = 9.635 + 0.326 X1 + 0.399 X2 .. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.621 or 62.1% and the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion is that: Competence has an influence on Teacher Performance in H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency, with a tcount = 4.894 greater than t table = 1.688, with a significant level = 0,000. Organizational commitment has an influence on Teacher Performance at H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas District, with a tcount = 6.090 greater than t table = 1.688, with a significant level = 0,000. Competence and Organizational Commitment have an influence on Teacher's Performance at H Wukirsari State Middle School, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency, with Fcount = 27.851 greater than Ftable = 3.28, with a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Lingkungan Kerja dan Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai dan untuk mengetahui kombinasi dari Lingkungan Kerja dan Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan SDM Kbupaten Musi Rawas yang berjumlah 46 Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 32 responden, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuisioner dengan convenience sampling sebagai teknik pengambilannya. Pengujian Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Model Statistik yang terdiri dari Uji validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear berganda, Uji F, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi ( R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara variabel Independen yaitu Lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap Variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai. Nilai Uji Hipotesis ( Ttest) diperoleh bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai , kemudian Variabel Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Uji F menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja dan Komunikasi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Uji Koefisien determinasi dari kinerja Pegawai di pengaruhi oleh variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan Komunikasi, dan model tersebut telah diuji melalui dari hasil asumsi klasik.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of Organizational Culture and Training on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau. The number of research samples was 30 people taken from all teachers. The results of the study have a simultaneous impact: (a) First Hypothesis (H1) the influence of Culture on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau, the results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture partially affects Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau. (b) Hypothesis II (H2) i The Effect of Training on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau. And the calculation results obtained t value of 5.542 while the value of t table with a = 5% df (n-2) = (30-2) i is 1.701, t count> t table then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. (c) The third hypothesis (H3) is the Influence of Organizational Culture and Training on Teacher Performance in the Model SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklingau City. The results showed that Organizational Culture and Training simultaneously had an effect on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 5 Kota Model Lubuklinggau. With the value of R squere (R2) the result of the analysis is the value of 0.812 (81.2%). And from the test results obtained the value fcount of 21,281. With a significant level of 0.000, and a = 5% and the numerator (k = 2) is the fable of 3.35 fcount> ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between organizational culture and training on teacher performance in SMA NEGERI 5 Model Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine partially and simultaneously the Effect of Training and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance (coach) at the Edison Learning Center Lubuklinggau. This study data taken from direct respondents using a questionnaire instrument. The sample of this research is 37 people. The results of hypothesis testing with simple linear regression found the results that there is an effect of training on employee performance (coach) by obtaining the value of simple linear regression equation Y '= 33,638 + 0,873X, correlation coefficient 0.871, t test obtained value of tcount 10.487> t table 1.687, and Sign. 0,000 <0.05, the results of hypothesis testing with simple linear regression found that there was an influence of organizational commitment to employee performance (coach) by obtaining the value of simple linear regression equation Y '= 26.418 + 1.664X, correlation coefficient 0.834, t test obtained value tcount 8,936> table 1,687, and Sign. 0,000 <0.05 and While the results of hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression found that there was a significant influence of training and organizational commitment on employee performance (coach) by obtaining the value of the multiple linear regression equation Y '= 21.812 + 0.564 + 0.869, the coefficient of determination 0.924 , F test obtained fcount 98,774> ft. 3,25, and Sign 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Education and Culture Office of the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this study using a questionnaire and observation. Testing the first hypothesis, namely Variable Competence (X1) on Motivation (Z) "shows that t count produces a coefficient of 16.347. With a sample size of 58 found df = 58 (58-2) at a significant level of 0.05, the critical value of t table is 1.672. with these results it can be said that competence has a significant effect on motivation because tcount (16.347)> t table (1.672). The second hypothesis testing is that it can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on motivation because tcount (10.038)> t table (1.672). Third Hypothesis testing can be said that competence has a significant effect on employee performance because tcount (10.412)> t table ( 1.672). The fourth hypothesis testing can be said that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance because tcount (14.897)> t table (1.672). " and testing the fifth hypothesis, it is found that the value of fcount obtained is 152.197> F table = 3.16 and the simultaneous significant level of sig F is 0.000b. This shows that competence and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderation Variable in the Transportation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. with respondents as many as 40 people.”This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used in this research are using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, and moderation test. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the variable Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) shows that tcount produces a coefficient of 5000. With a sample size of 40, it is found that df = (40-2) and at a significance level of 0.05, the t table value is 1.686. With these results it can be said that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Pegwai's performance because tcount (5000)> ttable (1.686). Then the second hypothesis testing shows that there is an increase in the R square value from 0.397 to 0.533.”This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) can strengthen the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). So with this variable Work Discipline (X2) is Pemoderation in the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and employee performance and the influence of motivation on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline is an attitude that is indispensable for everyone to improve performance in order to achieve organizational goals. Motivation leads to disciplinary attitudes, high motivation for work discipline can affect employee performance. This study uses simple regression analysis and interaction test or Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) The population in this study includes employees at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. The sample of this study amounted to 68 employees, selected using a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the value t_count for the Work Discipline variable (X_1) is greater than the t-table value. This indicates a significant influence between Work Discipline (X_1) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. So it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted. The next result is that the motivation variable is a moderating moderating variable in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Motivation as a moderation variable affects the relationship between Work Discipline (X_1) and Employee Performance (Y). So, Motivation (X_2) as a Moderation variable has an effect on the relationship of Work Discipline (X_1) and Employee Performance (Y) at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be said that the Motivation variable (X_2) as a Moderation variable affects the relationship between the Work Discipline variable (X_1) on Employee Performance (Y). Motivation as a moderation variable has an influence on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. So, giving motivation to employees is important so that giving motivation should be further improved at the Inspectorate Office of Musi Rawas Regency so that employee performance can increase even more.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and communication on the performance of Musi Rawas District Education Office employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and observations. The number of respondents 53 people. Data analysis techniques using simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, multiple regression test, determination test, and f test. The first hypothesis testing is the Supervision variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) which shows that the calculation produces a coefficient of 22,830. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With this result it can be said that Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Performance because t arithmetic (22,830)> t table (1,675). The second hypothesis testing is the Communication variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) which shows that t arithmetic produces a coefficient of 8,178. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With these results it can be said that supervision has a significant effect on employee performance because t arithmetic (8,178)> t table (1,675). Then testing the third hypothesis found that the calculated F value was 291,566> F table = 3.18 and the significant level simultaneously sig F was 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method.
