Abstract

Yadika 13 Tambun Vocational School has criteria where the school does not yet have a system that can support a decision. The decision support system (DSS) for selecting exemplary teachers in appreciating teacher performance presentations that have been made while teaching staff is expected to increase motivation so that they can improve their performance. Many DSS methods are used to find a decision in this study. The method to be used is VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, (VIKOR) which can produce the best alternative in the form of ranking of an existing sample by looking at the utility values and weights of each sample. This study describes the design of a decision support system for conducting assessments in selecting exemplary teachers at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The decision support system (DSS) is very helpful for those who will carry out the assessment process, before there was a decision support system the school always found it difficult to assess because it took quite a long time, the assessment was still done manually, it was difficult to calculate the assessment, sometimes there is an error in the assessment results. Therefore, this decision support system, it can help the school minimize these problems.

Abstract

This research aims to produce an output in the form of a cooperative sales application to its members using a 13.56 MHz RFID membership card. The research was conducted at Toko Koperasi Ubhara Jakarta Raya, which is a cooperative owned by employees of Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, from January 2024 to February 2024. The cooperative membership card, which contains a 15.56 MHz RFID chip, can be used to validate cooperative member data when shopping at the cooperative store. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify sales transactions for members and minimize input errors by store personnel. The system development method in this research uses the prototype method, the application is developed using native PHP programming language, and the database used is MySQL. The application created is expected to assist the cooperative in selling its products using a 13.56 MHz RFID card for better data management and quick presentation of sales reports.

Abstract

Traditional learning methods that rely on books and static images often fail to effectively capture children's attention and help them understand the material. This is one of the challenges in increasing learning motivation. To address this issue, an Android-based AR application was developed to teach vowel letters to kindergarten children. By using the fast corner detection algorithm and Unity3D, AR offers a more engaging and effective approach compared to conventional methods. The implementation stages include designing, developing, and testing the application by involving kindergarten children as research subjects to assess the effectiveness of the application. The goal of this PKM is to enhance children's interest in learning, facilitate the understanding of vowel letter concepts, and provide an innovative and interactive learning method. Research results show that AR has the potential to increase children's interest in learning and facilitate the understanding of vowel letter concepts.

Abstract

Social assistance is one of the government's programs aimed at helping people in need. However, the process of applying for social assistance often faces issues related to data security, particularly the personal data of aid recipients. This research aims to implement the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm with a 128-bit key (AES-128) in the social assistance application system to enhance data security. The system development method used is the prototype approach, which allows for iterative and participatory system development. The results show that the implementation of AES-128 can effectively secure sensitive data, such as identification numbers, addresses, and financial information. This system is expected to be a solution for increasing public trust in the social assistance application process.

Abstract

UBJ Employee Cooperative or commonly referred to as KP UBJ is an employee cooperative owned by University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya that serves savings and loan services and consumption cooperative shop units for its members. As for savings and loan activities because the funds managed are not so large and with the imposition of interest of only 5% per 10 months or 0.5 percent per month, the nominal benefits are not so large. Likewise with shop units, which for the time being have only served aqua gallons to work units at University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya with the current turnover, the benefits have not been too large, because of this KP UBJ has taken the initiative to develop business breakthrough, both on the business / capital capabilities of UBJ employee's own cooperatives by selling various kinds of Office Stationery or ATK and basic needs through an Android- based application by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the application designed using the PHP and Java programming languages while for the database the application uses MySQL which can process store data, UBJ cooperative member data and user data and storage media in the database. With the sales application in the UBJ employee cooperative unit, it can simplify the buying and selling transaction process between UBJ's admin and cooperative members as well as the computerization of buying and selling transactions at UBJ Employee Cooperative Stores, making it easier for future data storage and search as well as a media campaign for store products.  Keywords: Application, Sales, Cooperatives, Android

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dengan sistem komunikasi yang semakin pesat memungkinkan perusahaan atau institusi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan proses bisnisnya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi komunikasi yang sedang berkembang adalah Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) dimana teknologi ini perlahan menggantikan sistem barcode yang umumnya masih banyak digunakan. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) merupakan sebuah sistem yang menggunakan metode identifikasi dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID atau transponder untuk menyimpan dan mengambil data menggunakan frekwensi radio. Label atau kartu RFID adalah sebuah benda yang bisa dipasang atau dimasukkan di dalam sebuah produk berupa kartu atau bentuk lainnya dengan tujuan untuk identifikasi menggunakan gelombang radio. Setiap tag memiliki unique ID masing-masing terdiri dari 10 digit sehingga memungkinkan pelacakan tag lewat gelombang radio. Saat ini masih banyak pengelolaan parkir di gedung kampus yang masih menggunakan karcis tanda masuk, sistem parkir masih menggunakan kertas yang ditulis nomor polisi dan yang menulisnya pun terkadang hanya ada seorang petugas parkir dan ketika keluar dari area parkir, setelah karcis diberikan kepada petugas, petugas terkadang tidak memeriksa kecocokkan nomor polisi di kertas dengan nomor polisi kendaraan, sehingga parkir kendaraan di area tersebut kurang terjamin. Teknologi RFID menjadi jawaban atas berbagai kelemahan yang dimiliki teknologi barcode yaitu selain karena hanya bisa diidentifikasi dengan cara mendekatkan barcode tersebut ke sebuah reader, juga karena mempunyai kapasitas penyimpanan data yang sangat terbatas dan tidak bisa diprogram ulang sehingga menyulitkan untuk menyimpan dan memperbaharui data dalam jumlah besar untuk sebuah item. Dengan mengunakan kartu RFID akan lebih efektif dan efisien, karena penggunaan dan registrasinya cukup mudah serta kartu tersebut dapat diisi ulang (tup up), sehingga petugas parkir tidak perlu repot untuk mempersiapkan uang kembalian. Selain itu juga akan menghemat penggunaan kertas parkir di kawasan kampus. Sistem perparkiran ini terdiri dari kartu mahasiswa yang di dalamnya sudah terdapat RFID, USB RFID Reader yang digunakan untuk membaca kartu RFID dan aplikasi berbasis intranet yang digunakan untuk mengelola data peminjaman aset di perusahaan. Hasil keluaran dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototype aplikasi sistem pengelolaan parkir berbasis RFID yang berfungsi untuk mengelola data parkir kendaraan di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan implementasi teori – teori pengambilan keputusan yang telah diperkenalkan oleh ilmu – ilmu seperti Operation Research dan Management Science, hanya bedanya adalah bahwa jika dahulu untuk mencari penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi harus dilakukan perhitungan iterasi secara manual (biasanya untuk mencari nilai minimum dan maksimum), saat ini komputer telah menawarkan kemampuannya untuk menyelesaikan persoalan yang sama dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Sistem ini digunakan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam situasi semi terstruktur dan situasi yang tidak terstruktur, dimana tak seorangpun tahu secara pasti bagaimana keputusan seharusnya dibuat mengarahkan kepada pengguna informasi agar dapat melakukan pengambilan keputusan dengan lebih baik. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan adalah AHP. AHP suatu teori umum tentang pengukuran yang digunakan untuk menemukan skala rasio, baik dari perbandingan berpasangan yang diskrit maupun kontinyu. AHP menguraikan masalah multi faktor atau multi kriteria yang kompleks menjadi suatu hirarki. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta penyimpanan menggunakan DBMS MySQL Kata Kunci : ahp. Pendukung keputusan, kendaraan operasional
