Abstract

Child is unique individual and isn’t miniature of adult. So, they don’t treat like of adult. Beside that, child want especial care to optimal their development. Parenting style is one of factor that influence child development, if parenting style given, is not appropriate, so it will inhibit of child’s development. Objective research is knowing corelation of parenting method and social personal, motoric and languange development of pre school in PAUD AL-HIDAYAH Manyarsari-Gunungsari village, Dawarblandong district, Mojokerto regency. This design research used analytic method cross sectional approach. Technique of gathering sample used full method with 23 mother-child couples. Collecting data was done by questionnaire and KPSP and the result presented in forms cross tabulating. Result of research then there was corelation of parenting style and social personal, motoric and language development of pre school. It show that category of parenting is authoritative of 60,9%, permissive 21,7% and authoritarian 17,4%. Social personal, motoric, and language development is normal of 65,3%, doubted of 30,4%, and late of 4,3%. And the most parenting style is using authoritative parenting with normal development (52,3%) than parenting another. For that, the parent’s of children can understand some parenting then will give to their child so it will form good social personal, motoric and language development of children.Keywords: Parenting styles, Social personal, motoric, and languange development, child of pre school age

Abstract

Nowadays, midwifery learning model still cannot answer the needs of society, so the alternative learning model is needed to fulfill social needs in midwifery competence. Integrated learning model is learning model that systematic and comprehensive so the purpose of this implementation model can increase motivation and competence in midwifery clinical practice, in the end it expected to create patient satisfaction from student services in midwifery clinic practice.Analytic research method with research plan queasyexperiment withpretestposttest design. Sampling will be doing in a way total population with the research subject is fourth semester midwifery DIII students with total thirty seven students and postpartum mother who is in their third and fourth stage of their childbirth helped by student. Wilcoxon data analysis to measure students’ differentiate between competences (knowledge, attitude and skill) before and after implementing learning model.The result of the research shows that motivation and competences increase after implementing the learning model (p<0, 05), competences, 45, 06% on knowledge aspect, 42, 06% on attitude aspect, 53, 83% on skill aspect. Motivation did not have correlation with competences with p>0, 05. Motivation did not have correlation with students’ competences, the factor that influence this matter is students’ factor, family environment, and learning environment. Competences have a role in the matter of patient satisfaction on students’ services in the clinic. The competence that have the most significant role in this matter is attitude aspect..Keywords: Integrated learning model, competences

Abstract

Childrens health needs attention, especially children who do not like to eat so as to require direction to increase appetite. Factors that cause the occurrence of malnutrition is the lack of nutrient intake, because the child is difficult to eat. Tuina massage is an alternative in increasing appetite in small. This study aims to determine the weight of children under five after done tuina massage. Type of research used is one group pre test-post test design. Population in this research is all balita at posyandu Dusun Kedung Klinter Canggu Village Jetis Subdistrict Mojokerto Regency as many as 29 children under five. The sample is some toddlers in Posyandu as many as 16 respondents This research uses purposive sampling, experiment in the form of 8 steps tuina massage and weighing tool balita. After the data collected, then performed data processing through the stages of Editing, Coding. The result of the discussion about the influence of tuina massage in children aged 3-5 years can be concluded that after doing tuina massage body weight of toddlers known that almost all respondents weighing badanya after given tuina massage in fixed category as many as 15 respondents (93,75%). Tuina massage can stimulate the nerves in the digestive system so that the absorption of optimal nutria that can increase the childs weight.Keywords: Weight Gain, Tuina Massage

Abstract

The process of growth and development in infancy and toddlers were a very important process in determined the future of children both physically, mentally and behaviorally. Motor development was one of the most important factors in the development of the individual as a whole. The physical skills children need for activities and sports can be learned and trained in the early days of development. This research aims to determine the gross motor development in children under five years old in Village Keret Sumberjati Mojoanyar District of Mojokerto. The research design used descriptive method. The population in this research were all under five in Dusun Desa Keret Sumberjati Mojoanyar District of Mojokerto regency as many as 43 infants, whereas the samples used in this study as many as 27 respondents drawn by simple random sampling technique. The variables in this research are rough motor development in toddler. Data was collected used DDST sheet and then the data has been collected treated with the stages of editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating. Then presented in the form of frequency distribution table. The results showed that almost half of the respondents had a rough motor development warning of 13 respondents (48.1%) and a small proportion had late gross motor development that was 3 respondents (11.1%). Gross motor development in infants affected by various external and internal factors such as nutritional status, physical activity, and socioeconomic conditions. Educational institutions should make the results of this research provide additional information about the importance of understanding the importance of nutrition in an effort to optimize the gross motor development in infants.Keywords: Motorik Rough, Toddler

Abstract

Sectio caesarea surgery is an action that can cause tension (stress). Mothers who will undergo surgery sectio caesarea generally experience anxiety (ansietas) that vary from mild to severe levels. Guided imagery is a therapeutic technique used for relaxation and can reducing anxiety. This study aims to prove the influence of guided imagery techniques on changes in anxiety levels of preoperative patients sectio caesarea in RSUD. Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojokerto regency. In this research the design used is pre experiment with one-group type pre-post test design. A sample of 15 people was taken by accidental sampling. Given guided imagery therapy at 2 hours before surgery then performed tabulation of data tested using descriptive analysis mode. Data collection using HARS questionnaires. There is influence of guided imagery technique to change anxiety level of pre surgical patient of sectio caesarea which level of anxiety before given guided imagery technique obtained data more than half that is 9 respondents (60%) with moderate anxiety level and anxiety level after given guided imagery technique obtained data more than half that is 9 respondents (60%) with mild anxiety level. Guided imagery technique capable of making the visual cortex of the brain processing the imagination strongly associated with the autonomic nervous system that controls involuntary movements include: pulse, respiration and physical response to stress. Guided imagery can also secrete endorphin hormones that can help the relaxation process to affect of anxiety levels.Keywords: Anxiety, Sectio Caesarea, Guided Imagery.

Abstract

Competences have a role in the matter of patient satisfaction on students&rsquo; services in the clinic.
