Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah menyebabkan penutupan sekolah dan kelas media digital di Selandia Baru. Artikel ini melaporkan penelitian yang berada di luar cakupan Kearney et al. sebagai lensa untuk menguji pengalaman siswa dengan pembelajaran digital di rumah selama Covid19. Kerangka kerja ini menawarkan tiga karakteristik yang mempengaruhi pengalaman belajar saat menggunakan alat pembelajaran digital: personalisasi, keaslian, dan kolaborasi. Siswa sekolah menengah dalam dua tahun terakhir sekolah menjawab kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, di mana data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematis dan data kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Aspek Kearney et al. mereka tercermin dalam pengalaman para peserta, tetapi karakteristik tambahan diidentifikasi. Keaslian dan kolaborasi memfasilitasi pembelajaran, tetapi para peserta menghargai strategi pedagogi dan motivasi yang mendukung yang memungkinkan kemajuan akademik dan kesejahteraan yang lebih besar. Penggunaan efektif pendidikan dukungan yang dimediasi teknologi dan pengaturan alternatif telah dirancang untuk mempertimbangkan temuan tambahan ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of learning in class. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research is qualitative in nature where the main problem in this research is about the evaluation of classroom learning. The method used in this research is the literature method in which this method uses topics from certain research that support a specific identification of research questions, as well as processing research material from researchers and from books that have been published or which have been researched. From the data analysis it is known that evaluation of learning in class is a process for determining the value of learning and learning carried out, through assessment activities or measuring learning and learning.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Implementation of School Performance Management in Improving the Quality of Education at SMA PAB 4 Sampali". This research aims to: Find out how school performance management is implemented in improving the quality of education, find out the steps in implementing school performance management in improving the quality of education. To obtain data in this research, the author used qualitative research methods from data produced through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was carried out in the principal's room and the teacher's room. From the results of research at this school, it can be concluded that SMA PAB 4 Sampali has implemented part of the process of implementing school performance management in improving the quality of education. In implementing school performance management there are inhibiting and supporting factors in this education. And activities for implementing school performance management have running well, but not yet fully implemented, because the school principal has not held regular meetings to evaluate the program of activities that have been planned and implemented so that the implementation of school performance management in improving the quality of education runs well.
