Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) evaluasi perencanaan pendidikan dan latihan pengawasPendidikan Agama Islam di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Medan dan Kanwil kementerian Agama ProvinsiSumatera Utara, 2) evaluasi pengorganisasi sumberdaya pendidikan dan latihan pengawas PAI di BalaiDiklat Keagamaan Medan dan Kanwil kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara, 3) evaluasi pelaksanaanrencana pendidikan dan latihan pengawas PAI di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Medan dan Kanwil kementerianAgama Provinsi Sumatera Utara, 4) evaluasi kegiatan pengawasan pendidikan dan latihan pengawas PAIdilakukan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Medan dan Kanwil kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara.Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) Evaluasi perencanaan Diklat pengawas PAI mengikuti program yang telahditetapkan oleh Badan Litbang dan Diklat Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Selanjutnya, tahapanperencanaan diklat yang dimulai dari pendaftaran peserta di sistem SIMDIKLAT untuk mengetahui pesertayang akan di diklat. Lalu diadakan rapat untuk membahas kesiapan widyaiswara, Kepanitiaan, serta KurikulumDiklat, 2) Evaluasi pengorganisasi Diklat pengawas PAI berawal dari rapat persiapan diklat yang dihadirioleh Kepala Balai, Kasi Teknis Administrasi, Kasi Pendidikan dan Keagamaan, KTU, STAF, Widyaiswaraserta perwakilan dari Kanwil dan semuanya berjumlah 15 orang Salah satu agenda rapat membahas mengenaikepanitiaan. Kepanitiaan terdiri dari tiga orang yaitu ketua, wakil ketua dan bendahara. Mereka inilah yangbertugas untuk menjalankan kegiatan diklat yang mengurus mengenai kurikulum, jadwal Diklat, pembagianjadwal widyaswara, penataan pemakaian asrama, kelas dan kelengkapan pembelajaran, 3) Evaluasi pelaksanaanDiklat pengawas PAI berjalan mengikuti jadwal pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Prosespembelajaran bermula dari pemberian modul Diklat, jadwal Diklat yang selanjutnya dilatih dengan bimbinganpara widyaiswara. Segala fasilitas dan sarana pembelajaran tersedia dan digunakan dengan baik dalamproses pembelajaran, 4) Evaluasi proses pelaksanaan rencana Diklat pengawas PAI sesuai dengan programyang ditetapkan, dan mengikuti langkah-langkah kegiatan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menambah pengetahuandan meningkatkan kompetensi pengawas PAI sesuai persyaratan kepengawasan, atau tugas pokok danfungsi yang menjadi tanggung jawab pengawas PAI dalam mengevaluasi profesionalitas guru dan meningkatkankemampuan para pengawas..Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Manajemen, Pendidikan dan Latihan.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the ideas of one of the foremost Arab thinkers, Muhammad Abed al-Jabiri. As a leading Moroccan Muslim thinker, Al-Jâbirî offers three approaches (bayânî, burhânî, and 'irfânî) to Islamic studies. This paper aims to provide an understanding of the three approaches. The type of research used is library research. The results showed that; 1) Bayani reason places text (revelation) as an absolute truth, 2) knowledge is obtained by conscience, where with a pure heart, it is hoped that God will bestow knowledge directly to Him, 3) Burhani upholds intellectual abilities in the form of senses, experience, reason and ratio in an effort to achieve and prove this knowledge and truth.

Abstract

This paper is structured to answer contemporary issues from an Islamic perspective. Today, contemporary issues are very prevalent in society. The things discussed in this article are about the history of human rights, the Islamic religious view on human rights, which until now many human rights have been misunderstood in the community. Exploring the relationship between democracy and Islam which will give birth to a state based on the principle of government of the people for the people, by the people. Gender in Islam has a comprehensive role and equality of dignity as servants of Allah SWT and carries out the same mandate between women and men. Humans are given the freedom to follow the religion they think is the most correct. No one can forbid someone to follow a religion that is not in accordance with what he wants. Allah swt does not force his people to embrace the religious teachings brought by the Prophet Muhammad, but Allah swt gives guidance to humans to see the truth of Islam. The method of writing this article uses Library Research, using qualitative descriptive techniques by collecting data and reviewing library sources. The results of this article are to answer contemporary issues in society regarding Human Rights (HAM), democracy, gender and religion in the view of Islam.

Abstract

Islam and civilization are a unity that cannot be separated. Since its presence, Islam has carried the concept and mission of civilization that is inherent in itself. Islamic civilization is rooted in din which comes from Allah's revelation. That is why civilization is commonly known as tamaddun or madaniyyah, because it originates from the dn. Then the high expression of Islamic civilization in the history of human civilization got its place in Yathrib which later turned into Medina. From the relation of modernism to the current world phenomenon, of course, religion faces the challenges of Modernism. Religion is like humanity itself, and is essentially spiritual in origin. It symbolizes a resealed series of divine instructions to various prophets and apostles of Allah to direct mankind in the right direction.

Abstract

This study generally aims to describe (1) how the principal's policy planning is in improving school facilities and infrastructure (2) how is the implementation of the principal's policy in improving school facilities and infrastructure (3) how is the evaluation of the principal's policy in improving facilities and school infrastructure. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were students of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the madrasa head of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the teachers of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the KTU of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School and the student affairs department and curriculum of the Integrated Islamic Private Middle School. Al emigrated. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques with credibility, transferability, dependability and certainty. The results of this study indicate (1) Principal Policy Planning in Improving Learning Facilities and Infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH, compiling a list of needs, estimating costs, compiling priority scales and preparing a procurement plan. (2) Implementation of the Principal's Policy in Improving Learning Facilities and Infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH. Implementation of the principal's policy regarding facilities and infrastructure is the second step after planning in management, carrying out the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, distribution, utilization, maintenance. And (3) Evaluation of the Principal's Policy in Improving Facilities and Infrastructure and Learning Achievement at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH. a) The evaluation of facilities and infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH is the responsibility of the principal and representatives of the facilities and infrastructure sector through supervision, b) input and processes, c) products and results of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Implementation of School Performance Management in Improving the Quality of Education at SMA PAB 4 Sampali". This research aims to: Find out how school performance management is implemented in improving the quality of education, find out the steps in implementing school performance management in improving the quality of education. To obtain data in this research, the author used qualitative research methods from data produced through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was carried out in the principal's room and the teacher's room. From the results of research at this school, it can be concluded that SMA PAB 4 Sampali has implemented part of the process of implementing school performance management in improving the quality of education. In implementing school performance management there are inhibiting and supporting factors in this education. And activities for implementing school performance management have running well, but not yet fully implemented, because the school principal has not held regular meetings to evaluate the program of activities that have been planned and implemented so that the implementation of school performance management in improving the quality of education runs well.

Abstract

Manajemen Kelas berasal dari dua kata, yaitu manajemen dan kelas. Manajemen berasal dari kata management, yang juga diterjemahkan sebagai pengelolaan. Dengan kata lain, arti dari manajemen adalah pengelolaan bisnis, pengelolaan, direksi, serta mengelola penggunaan sumber daya secara efektif untuk mencapai target yang diinginkan. Eksplorasi ini melibatkan penelitian lapangan, yaitu: "Eksplorasi yang dilakukan secara logis dengan mengumpulkan data di lapangan." Tempat yang dipilih sebagai situasi untuk mengeksplorasi tanda-tanda alam yang terjadi di daerah tersebut, yang juga dilakukan untuk eksplorasi yang sebenarnya" (Arikunto, 1995). Penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata yang diucapkan oleh orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Menggunakan aplikasi manajemen kategori untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah Islam Swasta Nur Ihsan, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang sesuai dengan kesimpulan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Islam Swasta Nur Ihsan Medan, Jalan. Bersama No. 83, Bandar Selamat, Kec. Tembung Medan. Metode Pengumpulan Data Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan data kualitatif dalam pengumpulan data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti untuk memperoleh informasi yang diperlukan adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Data PrimerTujuan pengumpulan informasi adalah untuk langsung sampai ke posisi penelitian. Metode berikut digunakan untuk pengumpulan data primer: a. Wawancara b. Observasi atau Pengamatan c. Dokumentasi d. Subjek Pengumpul Data. 2. Data SekunderMencari dan memperoleh informasi serta data dari novel, catatan harian, dan karya objektif lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian merupakan tujuan dari penelitian kepustakaan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Manajemen kelas tentu sangat penting untuk motivasi belajar. Dengan manajemen kelas yang baik, pembelajaran tidak akan terasa kaku dan membosankan. Siswa akan terus termotivasi untuk belajar sehingga mereka akan mencapai kesuksesan dalam kegiatan belajar di kelas. Kepala sekolah, terutama wali kelas, berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas. Kewajiban untuk berusaha agar semua potensi di kelas dapat dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Berikut ini dapat disampaikan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di lapangan. 1. Bagaimana manajemen kelas diterapkan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah Islam Swasta Nur Ihsan? 2. Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah Islam Swasta Nur Ihsan? 3. Apa solusi untuk mengatasi hambatan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah Islam Swasta Nur Ihsan?

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the principal's strategy in implementing instructional leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan. The steps implemented by the principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan in developing instructional leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan. The methodology of this study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study research type. In this study, data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely, interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal as the main informant along with the vice principal, teachers, as supporting informants. The analysis of this research data through steps including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that the principal's strategy in implementing instructional leadership at SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan consists of: The strategy carried out by the principal in implementing instructional leadership is good, but still requires development to implement instructional leadership in schools. So that the implementation of this leadership is worthy of being developed and can be an example for other schools. The steps implemented by the principal related to instructional leadership are very good, because the principal covers the whole leadership from teachers, staff and students in the school. The role played by the principal is quite good, because the principal carries out the role of instructional leadership to understand that one of their tasks is to encourage teachers and other school members to join in their efforts and focus their energy on school goals.
