Abstract

Abstrak; Konsep Islam kāffah berimplikasi tidak adanya pilihan lain bagi kaum muslimin selain menjalankan mengikuti seluruh ajaran Islam. Di sisi lain kenyataan sosial disertai keanekaragaman falsafah dan budaya yang mengitarinya seringkali bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Pertentangan tersebut bukan hanya berasal dari luar Islam tetapi juga dapat terjadi berasal dari dalam Islam sendiri sebagai akibat perbedaan memahami Islam. Hal itu seringkali membuat sebagian kaum muslimin mengharuskan “berbuat sesuatu” untuk mengubahnya yang dapat berujung kepada tindakan kekerasan –meski Islam tidak pernah mentolelir kekerasan dalam mencapai tujuan – dengan label jihad dalam rangka menjalankan konsep Islam kāffah. Abstract

Abstract There are several events of sirrî (secret) marriage that employ wâlî (best man) muhakkam in Madurese society. It relies on the basis of fiqh (law) clauses especially Syâfi’î school of law. This kind of marriage is considered lawful but the term of wâlî (male relative legally responsible for a bride) muhakkam is unknown in legal constitution of Indonesia. The common reason behind it is that wali does not allow marriage permission and/or wali has fulfilled a required distance 2 marhalah (masâfat al-qashr) with the bride. It is around ± 92,5 km (wâlîghâ’ib). The wâlî transposition legality of a marriage, from wâlînasab to wâlîmuhakkam by denying the wâlîhâkim, needs to study from the perspective of Syâfi’î school of law itself. Abstrak Pada masyarakat Madura, terdapat beberapa peristiwa pernikahan sirrî dengan menggunakan wâlîmuhakkam yang didasarkan pada ketentuan hukum (fikih) terutama mazhab Syâfi’î. Pernikahan dengan cara tersebut diyakini sebagai cara yang sah meski keberadaan wâlîmuhakkam tidak dikenal dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Alasan yang jamak digunakan adalah wali tidak mau menikahkan (wali ‘adlal) dan/atau keberadaan wali sudah memenuhi jarak 2 marhalah (masâfat al-qashr) dengan calon mempelai wanita yaitu ± 92,5 km (wâlîghâ’ib). Perpindahan perwalian dalam pernikahan dari wali nasab kepada wâlîmuhakkam tersebut –dengan ‘menafikan’ posisi wali hakim– perlu ditelaah keabsahannya dari sudut pandang mazhab Syâfi’î sendiri.   Kata Kunci: Wâlînasab, wâlîhâkim dan wâlîmuhakkam, mazhab Syâfi’î

Abstract

Study to message of Allah pass His oath in al- Quran is oftentimes only focussed at Muqsam ` alayh (news strengthened with oath). While message of muqsam bih( lasing of oath) used by Allah not yet many expressed. Result of study to message from varous muqsam bih which is described in 10 short letters concluded to become two matter 1) Inviting human being to comprehend muqsam ‘alayh ( message strengthened with oath) by the way of contemplating muqsam bih (lasing of His oath); and 2) Motivating the human being to be deepening farther about important values, scientific truth and relevance in life a day from varous muqsam bih used.

Abstract

Para Imam Qurra’ berbeda pendapat dalam menghitung jumlah ayat al-Qur’an. Tujuan Penelitian ini, yaitu pertama, mendeskripsikan perbedaan pendapat para ulama tentang jumlah ayat pada masing-masing surat. Kedua, mendeskripsikan mushaf al-Quran yang diterbitkan oleh beberapa penerbit. Ketiga, merumuskan implikasi perbedaan pendapat para ulama terhadap penerbitan mushaf al- Quran.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research (study kepustakaan). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil Penelitian adalah terdapat tujuh madzhab yang terkenal mengenai penghitungan jumlah ayat al-Qur’an, yaitu pertama, Al-Madanî al-Awwal menyebutkan sebanyak 6217 atau 6214 ayat. Kedua, Al-Madanî al-Akhîr menyebutkan sebanyak 6214 ayat. Ketiga, Ahl Mekkah menyebutkan angka 6210 ayat. Keempat, Ahl Bashrah menghitungnya sebanyak 6204 ayat. Kelima, Ahl Damaskus berpendapat sebanyak 6227 atau 6226 ayat. Keenam, al-Humushi berpendapat sebanyak 6232 ayat. Ketujuh, ahl Kufah menyebutkan sebanyak 6236 ayat. Mushaf al-Qur’an yang diterbitkan di Indonesia jumlah ayat al-Qur’an sebanyak 6236 ayat. Mushaf Standar Indonesia mengikuti pendapat Kûfiy, yaitu Imam Asim (127/744), Imam Hamzah (156/772), Imam Al-Kisai (189/804) Khalaf al-Asyir (229/843), dan al-A’masy (148/765).

Abstract

Al-Qur’an dikenal dengan sebutan Mushhaf (himpunan dari shuhuf, bentuk plural dari kata shahîfah yang berarti ‘surat kabar’), dan al-Kitâb (Buku), sebagai dua media komunikasi dalam proses komunikasi massa yang memiliki fungsi yang kurang lebih sama dengan fungsi media massa cetak lainnya, seperti informasi, mendidik, hiburan, persuasi, transmisi budaya atau pewarisan sosial, pengawasan sosial, korelasi, penafsiran, dan bahkan membius. Mushhaf al-Qur’an pun memeroleh perhatian yang tiada bandingannya bagaikan sebuah permata yang memancarkan cahaya yang berbeda-beda dengan dari berbagai sudut pandang. Apakah dengan demikian Mushhaf al- Qur’an dapat disebut sebagai media massa? Artikel penelitian ini ditulis untuk meyakinkan para pemerhati studi al-Qur’an bahwa asumsi tersebut adalah benar.

Abstract

The research intends to examine the idea of madrasah environmental management through the lens of the Qur’an and Hadith as a means to establish a clean, healthy and religious educational setting. This research demonstrates that management extends beyond administration, encompassing environmental factors that facilitate the execution of education. This research emplys a qualitative method through a literature review strategy, which involves gathering and examining literature from pertinent primary and secondary sources, including verses from the Qur’an, Hadith of the prophet and scholarly references concerning environmental management and Islamic education. The study’s findings indicate that the Qur’an clearly emphasizes the significance of preserving and maintaining nature as a divine command from Allah SWT, as expressed in its verses. In the meantime, tha hadiths of the prophet highlight the importance of hygiene, community responsibility and the banning of environmental pollution. The aplication of these principles within madrasah involves creating eco-friendly policies, promoting a clean lifestyle, and instilling ecological character education grounded in Islamic values. Therefore, the environmental management of madrasahs is not just practical but also theological and ethical, serving as a means to embody islamic values in daily life.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need to gain a deeper understanding of the main values of Makkiyah and Madaniyah verses in a socio-historical context and their relevance to the social, cultural, and religious dynamics of the Pamekasan community. The research problem focuses on how the values contained in these two types of verses can be adapted and implemented in local da'wah practices. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the main values of the Makkiyah and Madaniyah verses from a socio-historical perspective, (2) to analyze the relevance of these values to the social, cultural, and religious life of the Pamekasan community through Fazlur Rahman's double movement theory, and (3) to formulate theoretical and practical contributions to the development of a contextual and transformative model of local Islamic da'wah in Pamekasan. The approach used in this study is qualitative-descriptive with a hermeneutic-sociological paradigm. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies of classical and modern interpretations and literature, interviews with local religious and cultural figures, and observation of da'wah activities in various majelis taklim and Islamic boarding schools in Pamekasan. Data analysis was carried out using analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the Makkiyah verses emphasize the values of monotheism, justice, and spiritual liberation, while the Madaniyah verses emphasize aspects of law, social ethics, and community strengthening. These values are proven to be relevant in building an inclusive Pamekasan da'wah model, rooted in local culture and oriented towards peaceful Islamic social transformation.
