Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu ingin mengetahui penerapan strategi pemasaran personal selling dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.Hipotesa dalam penelitian ini yaitu diduga penerapan strategi pemasaran personal selling dapat meningkatkan penjualan pada Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.Penelitian dilakukan di Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.      Jumlah tenaga personal Selling pada Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. adalah sebanyak 5 (lima) orang, maka semua tenaga personal Selling tersebut diambil untuk diteliti. Berarti penelitian ini dinamakan penelitian populasi.Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Multindo Optik dan memberikan efek penjualan signifikan adalah menggunakan penjualan langsung dengan angsuran sesuai dengan kemampuan konsumen yang berpegang pada prinsip penjualan personal selling yaitu profesionalisme, negoisasi dan relationship marketing. Posisioning Multindo Optik dalam memasarkan kacamata optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro adalah produk yang berkualitas tidak harus mahal dan sulit untuk mendapatkannya. Bauran pemasaran yang dipakai adalah produk Multindo optik dapat membantu dan mampu memecahkan masalah konsumen; harga yang dibayarkan konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan; produk tersebut mampu menyenangkan konsumen karena mudah diperoleh; Multindo optik melakukan komunikasi produk kepada konsumen secara benar dan tepat sasaran. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor. Where the independent variable of job satisfaction consist of the work it self and co-workers. The research design used is quantitave descriptive associative. The method of data collection is using a distributed questionnaire. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled. The sampled used in this study amounted of 30. The results showed that the work variable it self and co-workers simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. From the results of the two independent variables which are the dominant variables affecting the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor, the work variable is proven by the largest regression coefficient value, which is 0.472 compared to the regression coefficients of other variables

Abstract

This study discusses the Development of Pottery Entrepreneurship, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The problem in this research is how is the marketing strategy used in developing the pottery craft business so that it can survive in the midst of intense competition in other handicraft businesses that exist today. The type of research used is qualitative research in the form of applied research, which takes place in the center of the pottery industry, Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis in this study was carried out using inductive analysis techniques using interactive analysis models and the preparation of community empowerment strategies with SWOT analysis using cross strategies, namely the strategy of utilizing all strengths to seize opportunities, strategies for overcoming weaknesses to seize opportunities, strategies for utilizing all strengths to overcome threats and strategies to overcome weaknesses and threats. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, eight strategies were produced for the pottery industry in Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency, (1) Opening new outlets, (2) Utilizing social media to sell products, (3) Activating promotions, (4) Adding capital to increase sales. production capacity, (5) Improving the quality of products and services, (6) Developing new products, (7) Improving managerial capabilities, (8) Improving the quality of human resources. Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this research are: a. What is the Description of the Implementation of HR Competencies in the Production Development Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman District in Bojonegoro Regency. B. What is the appropriate marketing strategy for MSMEs for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman Bojonegoro District. The objectives of this research are: a. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of bank credit and the growth of the manufacturing industry on economic growth in Indonesia. There are two independent variables, namely banking credit and the manufacturing industry, and the dependent variable, namely economic growth. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The type of data in this study is time series data with a time period from 2011-2021. Data sources were obtained through the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and Banking Statistics. The analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression. The analysis tool used was Eviews 12. The results showed that the use of bank credit had a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The manufacturing industry growth variable has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Individual financial conditions have a major influence on human survival. Low wage rates can be one of the causes of financial problems. Seeing the low level of wages in Bojonegoro City, it is necessary to have knowledge about how to manage good sources of income. One way to do good financial management is to invest.. Bibit mutual fund application is one of the investment media whose advertisements appear on social media. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of mutual fund seed advertisements, financial literacy, and personal interest on the investment decisions of the people of Bojonegoro City. Sampling in this study used a nonprobability sampling method with a Snowball sampling approach. The results show that Bibit advertising, financial literacy, and personal interest influence investment decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan dari (UMKM) rengginang singkong dalam kurangnya daya saing dan daya jual sehingga harapkan melalui inovasi kemasan mampu meningkatkan daya saing tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pembinaan dan edukasi kepada pemilik UMKM perihal analisis packaging dan produk pesaing. Metode ini menjadi langkah strategis yang penting dalam inovasi kemasan. Hasil dari inovasi ini, UMKM rengginang singkong berhasil menciptakan desain kemasan yang menarik dan memikat konsumen. Setelah meluncurkan produk dengan inovasi kemasan, UMKM rengginang singkong mendapatkan respons positif dari konsumen. Sehingga konsumen yang biasa membeli menjadi sangat puas terhadap UMKM Teguh Rahayu. Kesimpulannya, meningkatkan kualitas usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) rengginang singkong melalui inovasi kemasan merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk menambah daya saing dan keberlangsungan usaha. Dengan desain kemasan yang menarik, pemilihan bahan kemasan yang berkualitas, dan penerapan teknologi kemasan yang modern, UMKM dapat mencapai diferensiasi produk, menciptakan nilai tambah, dan menghadapi persaingan pasar dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the priority strategies for improving performance, Financial Literacy, Human Capital, and Marketing for Batik Bojonegoro Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach with a population of 56 Batik SMEs in Bojonegoro Regency. There are 8 research samples taken by purposive sampling technique. It is hoped that this research can determine the most important parties that influence the MSME performance improvement strategy through the AHP approach. Based on the results of AHP calculations, it is known that the policy priority strategy on sub-criteria to be considered in an effort to improve the performance of batik MSMEs is that MSME actors need to increase experience, knowledge, and education so that they can improve the performance of Batik MSMEs.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dominasi belanja, biaya dan pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini mengambil jenis kuantitatif deskriptif. Sehingga fungsi deskriptif tiap uji menjadi jelas untuk dilihat atau dianalisis. Data penelitian berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dengan mengambil keuangan pemerintah (pendapatan, belanja dan biaya). Pengolahan data menggunakan penyaringan outlier. Analisis statistik menggunakan beberapa uji yaitu uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas, uji t, uji F. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa (1) variabel belanja signifikan dan berpengaruh terhadap variabel pendapatan (sig. 0.000<0.05; 49.402 > 2.052) dan variabel biaya tidak signifikan dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel pendapatan (sig. 0.266>0.05; 1.137 < 2.052) dan (2) variabel belanja dan biaya dengan uji simultan signifikan dan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan (sig. 0.000>0.005; 1236.727> 3.37). Selain itu, data yang dilakukan penyaringan tidak terdapat outlier dari 29 data tiap variabel.

Abstract

Kajian ini dilakukan guna melihat pengaruh indeks harga perdagangan besar (IHPB), Inflasi, serta nilai tukar terhadap ekspor nonmigas Indonesia periode 2001-2021 yang mana pada tahun 2019-2020 terjadi pandemi Covid-19 yang turut memberikan dampak pada aktivitas perekonomian di seluruh belahan dunia termasuk Indonesia. Jenis data yang dipakai yaitu data sekunder dalam bentuk time series yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPD), Worldbank, Bank Indonesia, jurnal dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan populasi yang terdiri atas indeks harga perdagangan besar, inflasi, nilai tukar, dan ekspor nonmigas yang dimulai dari tahun 2001-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini, yaitu purposive sampling. Sedangkan metode yang dipakai adalah regresi linear berganda dengan maksud untuk melihat pengaruh variabel independent atas variabel dependen dengan menggunakan alat analisis Eviews 10. Hasil regresi memperlihatkan bahwa secara bersamaan indeks harga perdagangan besar (IHPB), inflasi, dan nilai tukar menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ekspor nonmigas. Sedangkan, secara parsial IHPB menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan, inflasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan, dan nilai tukar tidak mempunyai dampak atau pengaruh terhadap ekspor nonmigas.
