Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan usaha jamur tiram coklat adalah lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jamur tiram putih di Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro dan untuk mengetahui usaha jamur tiram coklat lebih efisien dibandingkan jamur tiram putih di Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diduga pendapatan usaha jamur tiram coklat lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jamur tiram putih di Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro dan diduga usaha jamur tiram coklat lebih efisien bila dibandingkan dengan jamur tiram putih di Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Dilakukan penelitian di lapang jumlahnya yang relatif sedikit maka pengambilan sampel usaha jamur tiram putih dan jamur tiram coklat ini tidak peneliti lakukan, akan tetapi peneliti mengambil semua usaha jamur tiram putih dan jamur tiram coklat Kecamatan Kapas Bojonegoro adalah sebanyak 15 usaha jamur tiram putih dan 15 usaha jamur tiram coklat. Dengan demikian maka, penelitian ini dinamakan penelitian populasi karena semua masyarakat yang melakukan usaha atau budidaya jamur tiram putih dan jamur tiram coklat di Kecamatan Kapas Kabupaten Bojonegoro adalah sejumlah tersebut. Metode pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan cara metode sensus adalah mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada sebagai responden. Dari data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa semua usaha jamur tiram dijadikan responden.Biaya variabel terbesar dipergunakan untuk  enam bulan setiap kali produksi adalah biaya bibit, baik itu untuk usaha jamur tiram coklat maupun untuk usaha jamur tiram putih. Biaya bibit untuk jamur tiram coklat adalah Rp.18.000.000,- dan biaya bibit untuk jamur tiram putih adalah Rp. 14.490.000,- dalam satu kali produksi jamur tiram.Sedangkan biaya variabel yang terkecil adalah biaya pembelian kapur yaitu sebesar Rp.55.000,- untuk jamu tiram putih dan Rp. 70.000,- untuk jamur tiram coklat. Biaya tetap yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah merupakan biaya penyusutan peralatan-peralatan yang digunakan di dalam proses produksi tersebut. Adapun peralatan-peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses produksi jamur tiram coklat maupun putih adalah bangunan, peralatan dan sewa lahan.Dengan cara mengurangi rata-rata total penerimaan dan rata-rata total biaya maka dapat diperoleh rata-rata pendapatan. Rata-rata pendapatan pada usaha jamur tiram coklat adalah Rp. 51.000.000 ,- dan rata-rata pendapatan pada usaha jamur tiram putih adalah Rp. 37.270.000,- Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa t hitung besarnya 20,515 sedangkan t tabel (α=0,05) besarnya 1,711. Nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, maka pendapatan usaha jamur tiram coklat (Rp. 51.000.000,-/ 6 bulan) lebih tinggi dari pendapatan usaha jamur tiram putih (Rp. 37.270.000,-/ 6 bulan) adalah nyata atau signifikan. R/C Ratio pada usaha jamur tiram putih adalah besarnya 1,63 dan R/C Ratio untuk usaha jamur tiram coklat adalah 1,81. Nilai R/C Ratio usaha jamur tiram di Kecamatan Kapas Bojonegoro lebih dari satu koma dua yang berarti bahwa usaha jamur tiram putih dan coklat di  Kecamatan Kapas Bojonegoro adalah efisien atau usaha jamur tiram di Kecamatan Kapas Bojonegoro adalah menguntungkan dan memberikan keuntungan yang layak.Kata kunci :  usaha, jamur tiram coklat, jamur tiram putih

Abstract

Limestone mining in Tuban District has serious problems due to unlicensed mining that does not comply with conservation rules and mining procedures standards. This review article aims to study the socioeconomic and environmental aspects of limestone mining in Tuban Regency. Limestone mining by the village community substantially meets the eligibility criteria. Most of them work as unlicensed or illegal miners, mining kumbung limestone as material for building bricks. They generally work for landowners or investors who have limestone management rights. Livelihoods as miners provide better welfare guarantees compared to working on agricultural land. Limestone mining activities have impacted the destruction of the natural landscape, leaving lakes, caves, or giant holes in the ex-mining limestone hills. Efforts to resolve the issue include licensing arrangements, partnerships to improve the status of illegal miners, reclamation work to control erosion, and the development of the limestone tourism business. JEL Classification: J21, L72, Q15

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of production quality, capital and labor on the production of floor mattresses in Baureno District, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is quantitative using quantitative descriptive associative research methods, for technical data analysis using multiple linear regression, partial correlation analysis, simultaneous, and determinant coefficient (R2). The population in this study were entrepreneurs and workers in Gunungsari Village, 80 respondents were taken as samples using the solvin formula. Collecting data using a questionnaire. From the research that has been carried out, it shows that the variables of production quality, capital, and labor partially have a significant effect on the production of floor mattresses, as evidenced by the results of partial testing that the results of the X1 variable are 0.541 > 0.05, the X2 variable is 0.876 > 0.05, and the variable X2 is 0.876 > 0.05. X3 0.616 > 0.05 means that the independent variable partially has a significant effect. The variables of the quality of raw materials, capital, and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on the production of floor mattresses with simultaneous test results where a value of 0.078 > 0.05 simultaneously has a significant effect on independent variables. And from the research, the coefficient of determination was 62.7%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this research are: a. What is the Description of the Implementation of HR Competencies in the Production Development Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman District in Bojonegoro Regency. B. What is the appropriate marketing strategy for MSMEs for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman Bojonegoro District. The objectives of this research are: a. To find out how the description of the implementation of HR competencies in the Production Development Strategy of MSMEs for Lathe Crafts in Kasiman Bojonegoro District. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) are parties that have a large share in the movement of the national economy. (SME) have contributed to increasing national income, employment, increasing income for people who have low incomes and utilizing the ability to use local raw materials to produce goods and services for the wider community. Rice cracker products and shrimp paste onion crackers which are located in Semanding Village, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency during this pandemic have not succeeded in increasing orders from consumers because the marketing of these cracker products is still limited to markets and buying and selling centers in the surrounding area. The problems faced by these cracker (SME) include that the cracker marketing strategy is still limited and not optimal, which has resulted in a minimum audience of people who are familiar with the Semanding Roso Cracker (SME) product. The methods used in the implementation of this community service activity are 1) counseling on marketing strategies and marketing costs by providing information about effective and efficient business management through promotional strategies, as well as explaining information about marketing costs. 2) Dissemination of marketing techniques by providing information on the benefits of upgrading packaging and product variants, and 3) evaluating the results of activities on the ability of participants to make good marketing strategies to increase product sales turnover and evaluation of the ability of participants to allocate marketing costs so that participants can calculate profit and loss correctly. The result of this community service program activity is the mastery of business management strategies in the field of marketing in the development of (SME) Krupuk Semanding Roso products with rice crackers and shrimp paste crackers so that (SME) Krupuk Semanding Roso in Semanding Village, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency are more productive in developing their business .

Abstract

The creative economy plays a vital role in business growth and economic growth. The rapid growth of the internet results from technological advances in today's digital era. One strategy to overcome competition and boost income is to empower farmer groups with digital marketing in the creative economy era. The farmer group in Ponggok District, Blitar Regency, is one of them. Farmer groups in Ponggok District process waste from coconut shells often found in Ponggok District Blitar Regency. Natural pesticides or biopesticides (BIOPEST) can be made from coconut shells processed by Ponggok District, Blitar Regency farmer groups. Digital marketing and education in the creative economy are discussed in this report. This did because the farmer groups in Ponggok District, Blitar Regency, still needed to understand. As a result, this activity aims to educate farmer groups on how to market digitally in the future. This activity focuses on developing quality capabilities to face business competition in the creative economy sector by using digital marketing, such as packaging, adding economic value, becoming a commodity, and managing a business.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian secara partial maupun secara simultan di Toko Fandim Jaya Collection. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data secara observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Variabel yang digunakan adalah harga (x1), kualitas produk (x2), promosi (x3) dan keputusan pembelian (Y). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik meliputi: uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji hipotesis dan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua data penelitian lolos uji asumsi klasik, dan keabsahan data (validitas dan reliabilitas), untuk uji hipotesis secara partial diperoleh harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,02; kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,478; dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002. Harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi juga berpengaruh secara simultan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,004 terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,167 atau sebesar 16,7% harga, kualitas produk dan promosi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara linear.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran gaya kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh kepala desa dalam melaksanakan sistem pemerintahanya untuk mewujudkan kemandirian desa. Jenis pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif yaitu untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang peran gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala desa dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat Desa Ngumpakdalem Kecamatan Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro adalah gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif yang mengarah pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat secara mandiri, selain itu, kepala desa dan aparatur desa sangat mendukung masyarakat dan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat. Faktor pengahambat penerapan gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat adalah kurangnya dukungan masyarakat secara menyeluruh, hal ini perlu disadari bahwa tidak semua kebijakan dapat diterima masyarakat secara menyeluruh atau ada sebagian masyarakat yang masih kurang mendukung kebijakan kepala desa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy for developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) through improving the quality of human resources. In general, the role of BUMDes is very significant in improving community welfare. BUMDes plays a role as the main driver in developing local economic potential at the village level. This research method was carried out using a qualitative analysis approach and adding simple quantitative analysis. The data used in this research is primary data taken directly from key people who have been determined in this research so that it can provide representative decision results. The results of this research can be explained that improving the quality of human resources is the main component in the development of BUMDes in Bojonegoro Regency. Meanwhile, increasing human resources in developing BUMDes in Bojonegoro Regency can be done through increasing innovation followed by education, knowledge and experience. Thus improving the quality of human resources in the development of BUMDes in Bojonegoro Regency can prioritize increased innovation. The results of this research can provide empirical benefits as a basis for policies carried out to develop BUMDes which can be done by prioritizing increasing human resources as one of the most important aspects in efforts to develop BUMDes by increasing innovation in BUMDes management, education, knowledge and experience possessed by BUMDes actors. , This research has limitations, namely that the analysis used can only focus on the development of BUMDes in Bojonegoro Regency.  Keywords: Quality of Human Resources; BUMDes; Business Development Strategy

Abstract

Activity Aims To Improve The Travel Business Operational System As An Effort To Improve Management Quality Based on the results of assistance for the "Nafis Transport" travel business, it can be concluded that this assistance is specifically focused on improving service SOPs for customers and fleet management. The impact of this assistance shows that there are benefits for "Nafis Transport" management in understanding the systematics and flow of service to customers as well as better travel management. This increased understanding allows companies to provide services to customers more efficiently and manage their transportation fleet in a more structured manner. The evaluation results also reflect the lack of human resources for good administrative preparation. The evaluation suggests that addressing these challenging needs is done through a more advanced approach, perhaps by providing additional training or strengthening the administration team with appropriate resources. Along with improving SOPs, addressing limited human resources is very important to ensure long-term improvements and improvements in operational quality for attenuation objects.
