Abstract

Penelitian didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa ada fluktuasi perbedaan yang tajam pada kinerja perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia sehingga memunculkan adanya fenomena gap. Fenomena gap diketahui adanya inkonsistensi pengaruh variabel institutional ownership, managerial ownership, likuiditas, TATO, leverage, dan firm size terhadap ROE dan dampaknya pada nilai perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel institutional ownership, managerial ownership, likuiditas, TATO, leverage, dan firm size, terhadap ROE dan dampaknya pada nilai perusahaan pada industri real estate dan property yang listed di BEI periode Tahun 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan real estate dan property yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2016-2020. Sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria: (1) Perusahaan real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan pengklasifikasian ICMD (Indonesian capital market directory) tahun 2016-2020. (2) Perusahaan real estate dan property yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara lengkap dari tahun 2016-2020 berturut-turut, (3) Perusahaan real estate dan property yang memperoleh laba pada periode penelitian tahun 2016-2020. Sampel diambil dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory periode 2016-2020 sejumlah 15 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regressi. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data managerial ownership, likuiditas, TATO, leverage, dan firm size secara parsial signifikan terhadap ROE industri real estate dan property periode 2016-2020 pada level of significance kurang dari 5%, dan institutional ownership, managerial ownership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan level of significance lebih kurang dari 5%. Implikasi kebijakan yang disarankan agar perusahaan perlu memprioritaskan institutional ownership dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Abstract

Yogyakarta City is a City of Culture and Tourism City in Indonesia. The purpose of optimizing the tourism sector is to improve community welfare by utilizing facilities and infrastructure, one of which is a parking lot. The revitalization of parking locations indicates a decrease in the income level of parking attendants around Malioboro. Therefore, efforts are needed to achieve personal financial management based on Financial Attitude and Financial Literacy. This research method uses quantative with parking attendant respondents around the Malioboro area. Data analysis using SEM. The results show that financial attitude affects personal financial management, financial attitude affects financial literacy and financial literacy affects personal financial management. But financial literacy cannot mediate between financial attitudes towards Personal Financial Management.

Abstract

Housewives in Tinalan GK II RW 04 Prenggan Kotagede Yogyakarta are business actors who manage their businesses with inadequate skills, especially in terms of financial management and recording, as well as entrepreneurial innovation. Financial management is an important aspect for the progress of family entrepreneurship. This is because the actors are faced with the problem of human resource capabilities in financial management and recording. Financial management and recording can be done through accounting, although in this case the standards used are basic and simple. On the other hand, entrepreneurial innovation related to packaging design and marketing is another major problem. Based on these problems, this community service aims to improve the insight, knowledge, and skills of housewives in Tinalan KG II RW 04 Prenggan, Kotagede District, Yogyakarta City in financial management and recording in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial innovations that need to be done for their businesses.
