Abstract

Abstract This research is aimed to prove whe of positive and significant influence from the teachers competence, job motivation teachers, job environment teachers, and principals leadership on the teachers performance of state vocational high school in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously. The population of this research were 169 teachers of state vocational high school productive program of turism group in Yogyakarta Special Region. The sample of this research were 118 teachers who represent each school proportionally. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire, which was used to measure teachers performance variable, teachers competence, job motivation teachers, job environment teachers, and principals leadership. The result of hypothesis test shows that: (1) the influence of the teacher’s competence on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (2) the influence of the job motivation on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (3) the influence the job environment on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, (4) the influence of the principal’s leadership on the teacher’s performance is positive and significant, and (5) the teacher’s competence, job motivation, job environment, and principal’s leadership in aggregate have positive and significant influence on the teacher’s performance of vocational high school productive program of turism group in Yogyakarta Special Region. Abstract

This research examines the social and cultural evolution of pre-Islamic Arab society through an in-depth analysis of the influence of the Roman and Persian Empires. The main focus of this research is to explore the structural changes that occurred in Arab society before the emergence of Islam, by considering the complex dynamics of interethnic interactions, trade systems, and cultural practices. This research uses an interdisciplinary approach that combines the perspectives of archaeology, historical anthropology, and geopolitical studies to reveal complex mechanisms of social change. The research results show that pre-Islamic Arab society had a very dynamic and adaptive social structure. The initially rigid tribal system experienced significant changes due to interactions with large empires, economic exchange, and the process of cultural acculturation. This study confirms that the pre-Islamic period was not just a transitional period, but was an important phase in the formation of the social and cultural identity of Arab society. The findings of this research provide a significant contribution to understanding the complexity of the history of the Arab region, as well as dismantling conventional narratives that tend to simplify the social dynamics of that period.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kerja sama tim yang efektif dan komunikasi yang jelas adalah landasan dari asuhan pasien yang aman dan berkualitas tinggi. Namun, mahasiswa keperawatan sering kali mempelajari keterampilan ini dalam lingkungan yang terfragmentasi dan individualistis. Tujuan : Nursing huddle, sebuah rapat berdiri singkat yang diadopsi dari praktik klinis, muncul sebagai alat pedagogis yang kuat dalam dunia akademik keperawatan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan ini. Metode : Tinjauan literatur ini mensintesis bukti-bukti yang ada mengenai implementasi dan dampak nursing huddle di lingkungan akademik, seperti laboratorium simulasi dan konferensi pasca-praktik klinik. Hasil : Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa huddle akademik menyediakan ruang terstruktur dan aman bagi mahasiswa untuk melatih teknik komunikasi vital, meningkatkan kesadaran situasional, serta menumbuhkan budaya kerja sama tim dan keamanan psikologis. Meskipun literatur sangat mendukung manfaatnya, masih terdapat kesenjangan terkait kurangnya model implementasi yang terstandarisasi dan studi longitudinal yang melacak transfer keterampilan ini ke dalam praktik profesional. Kesimpulan : Tinjauan ini menyimpulkan bahwa nursing huddle adalah strategi pendidikan berdampak tinggi dan berbiaya rendah yang secara langsung menjawab kompetensi inti dan mempersiapkan mahasiswa dengan lebih baik untuk realitas lingkungan kerja layanan kesehatan yang kolaboratif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop media “my first sexual knowledge" based on animated videos for the protection of children from sexual violence aged 4-6 years. The research method carried out by the researcher is the method research and Development. The development used is qualitative and quantitative according to the model ADDIE which consists of four components: Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery and Evaluations. This video has been validated by media experts with the final assessment results of 98.75% and 97.58%. Besides being validated by media experts and material experts, this video has also been tested on a small scale on 16 children accompanied by parents with the results of 85.03% and 90.20% has been tested on a large scale on 34 children accompanied by parents. small and large scale trials are categorized as very good. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the video my first sexual knowledge is a reference for educators and parents to provide education to children so that they are protected from acts of sexual violence.

Abstract

Introduction: High-quality nursing services are critical to hospital performance; however, they are frequently constrained by imbalances between nurse availability, competency, and workload. Simpang Lima Gumul Kediri Regional Hospital experiences such challenges, as indicated by excessive workload conditions in the Gelatik Ward and potential fatigue risks in the Perkutut Ward. Additionally, administrative issues arise from nurses’ limited awareness of the validity periods of their Work Plan Requirements (RKK) and Practice Permits (SIP), which can lead to temporary deactivation from clinical duties and reassignment to non-clinical tasks, thereby reducing effective nursing capacity. Objective: This community service program aims to develop and implement a digital system to support nursing workforce management by addressing staffing workload gaps and improving administrative compliance related to RKK and SIP validity. Methods: The program employed the introduction and implementation of E-PROLIC (Electronic Professional License), a digital platform designed to monitor the validity status of nurses’ RKK and SIP. The system integrates administrative tracking with workload analysis using the Workload Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) method to support staffing planning and prevent permit expiration. Results: The WISN analysis showed that the Gelatik Ward requires 20.21 nurses but has only 12 available, resulting in a WISN Ratio of 0.59, which indicates an excessive workload. In contrast, the Perkutut Ward requires 12.78 nurses and has 13 available, yielding a WISN Ratio of 1.00, indicating adequate staffing levels. Conclusion: The implementation of E-PROLIC provides a digital mechanism for monitoring RKK and SIP validity while supporting workload-based staffing analysis, thereby contributing to improved administrative management and nursing workforce planning.
