Abstract

Memahami ayat al-Qur’an yang mengandung perumpamaan bukanlah perkara mudah untuk dipahami dengan jelas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa isi pesan yang akan disampaikan bersifat sangat penting. Begitu pula mengenai perumpamaan pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW yang diberikan Allah SWT kepada Rasul-Nya. Pengikut tersebut memiliki potensi iman yang luar biasa hebat dan kuat nya bagai tanaman yang mengeluarkan tunas, sehingga tumbuh subur dan kokoh. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan Al-Qurṭubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî tentang karakteristik pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam surat al-Fath ayat 29 serta bagaimana pandangan Al-Qurṭubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî tentang perumpamaan karakteristik pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam surat al-Fath ayat 29. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research (studi pustaka). Menurut pandangan  Al-Qurṭubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî memberikan karakteristik terhadap pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW yaitu mereka menyikapi orang kafir dengan bersikap keras, layaknya seekor singa yang menemui mangsanya, dan bersikap lembut terhadap sesama muslim, dan memperbanyak ibadah sholat untuk mendekatkan diri dan dan meraih ridhaNya. Sedangkan perumpamaan pengikut Nabi Muhammad SAW menurut Al-Qurṭubi dan Syekh Muhammad Mutawalli Ash-Sha’râwî ialah seperti benih yang tumbuh kemudian menjadi tunas dan membentuk akar tanaman yang kuat.

Abstract

The Qur'an not only tells us about prohibitions and commands, but also talks about the problems of the lives of previous people. Among them are illustrated by the human lifestyle that prioritizes pleasure and physical luxury. Based on the hedonistic lifestyle, it certainly has 'ibrah that can be learned if an in-depth study of the life of hedonism is carried out. The author wants to examine the life of hedonism from the perspective of al-Tabari and Sayyid Muhammad Rasyid Rida. This paper uses a qualitative approach that is classified into library research with library materials, especially Jami' al-Bayan fi Ta'wil Ayi al-Qur'an and Tafsir al-Manar and uses comparative data analysis. The conclusion in this paper is that the life of hedonism according to al-Tabari and Sayyid Muhammad Rasyid Rida is an excessive human lifestyle and indulges in lust in reaching the pleasures of the world. The similarities and differences according to these two mufassirs are almost the same in interpreting the life of hedonism in surah Ali Imran verse 14 that Allah SWT makes beautiful in human views of the pleasures of the world, namely women, children, large assets of gold and silver, selected horses, livestock and rice fields. Sayyid Muhammad Rasyid Rida besides agreeing with Imam al-Tabari, he added that human love for the beauty and pleasure of the world is not only specific to the Jews, but is general.

Abstract

In the view of Islam, women are people who are highly respected. Al-Qur'an proves the nobility of women in a special sura named Al-Nisa>’ which means woman or woman. Rasulullah SAW also explained that heaven lies in the soles of women's feet, because in women there is a soft heart that causes women's characters to be different from men's. Based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadits, women have a big role in the life of the Al-Qur'an and are never separated from matters relating to women. This is evidenced by the many words used to describe women. Apart from the background above, the author examines the characteristics of women in surah al- al-Tahri<m verses 10,11 and 12 according to Buya Hamka in Tafsir Al-Azhar and M. Quraish Shihab in Tafsir Al-Misba>h as the main source of interpretation. In this study the authors used a qualitative approach which was classified into library research using descriptive data analysis methods. From the results of the research, the authors conclude that: Characteristics are formed not because of who one lives with, not because the family is respectable, so one's good or bad depends on one's piety to Allah swt. Indeed, guidance only comes from Allah SWT, even if he is the wife or husband of a believer. A person who is disobedient and treacherous will still receive punishment from Allah SWT, as well as a believer will not reduce his faith even though he lives with an unjust person. And a person who holds fast to religion and believes in what Allah SWT has decreed for him will be safe. In the analysis I did in the book Tafsir Al-Azhar and Tafsir Al-Misba>h both commented like this.

Abstract

Manusia dan komunikasi tidak bisa dipisahkan satu sama lain, karena 90% manusia pasti melakukan komunikasi dalam aktivitas kehidupannya sehari- hari. Komunikasi pertama adalah saat Allah SWT mengajarkan kepada Adam seluruh kosakata. Lalu setelah itu, Adam diperintahkan oleh Allah swt. untuk mengajarkan kepada para Malaikat kosakata yang telah diajarkan kepadanya. Selanjutnya praktik komunikasi yang dilakukan berkenaan dengan awal pertama proses turunnya al-Qur’an, dimana al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci dan pedoman hidup bagi umat Islam lebih dari itu al-Qur’an mengandung isyarat-isyarat ilmiah. Salah satu isyarat ilmiah yang dapat dipahami dari ayat-ayat al-Qur’an adalah memberi landasan pokok bagi ilmu pengetahuan tertentu termasuk jurnalistik. Sedangkan komunikasi dapat menggunakan media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan data melalui buku-buku, atau berbagai jurnal yang berhubungan dengan objek kajian penelitian. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi membuat kemajuan yang signifikan juga terhadap perkembangan media teknologi yang ada, termasuk munculnya sebuah media yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet atau biasa disebut dengan media sosial. Karena kemajuan tersebut, banyak dampak yang bermunculan akibat media sosial, mulai dari kejahatan dunia maya, sampai kegiatan tidak senonoh yang diawali dengan komunikasi di media sosial yang tidak sehat. Sehingga perlu diadakannya kajian terhadap etika yang mengatur segala aktivitas komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media sosial. Maka, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan fokus penelitian etika komunikasi di media sosial yang berdasarkan dengan al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara etika komunikasi bermedia sosial diatur dalam undang-undang komunikasi dengan al-Qur’an berjalan lurus, sehingga saling mendukung untuk memberikan arahan bagi pengguna media sosial dalam melakukan aktivitas komunikasinya.

Abstract

Knowledge and understanding of truth play a pivotal role in shaping the character of youth. The Quran, as the primary source of knowledge in Islam, illustrates this through the story of Yusa' bin Nun, a companion of Prophet Musa, in Surah Al-Kahfi verses 60-65. This research analyzes the role of Yusa' bin Nun in the pursuit of knowledge and truth based on the interpretations of Ibn Al Kathir and Al-Maraghi. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, the study focuses on two issues: the role of Yusa' bin Nun in seeking knowledge according to Ibn Al Kathir and Al-Maraghi, and the similarities and differences in their opinions. Ibn Al Kathir's interpretation highlights Yusa's loyalty and enthusiasm in seeking knowledge alongside Prophet Musa and Prophet Khidir. Despite facing peculiar actions, Yusa' demonstrates loyalty and conviction, inspiring the younger generation in their scholarly and spiritual journey. Al-Maraghi's interpretation emphasizes the moral role, enthusiasm for learning, and loyalty of Yusa' as symbols of spiritual values. This perspective underscores patience and perseverance in the scholarly journey, revealing that the pursuit of religious knowledge involves profound spiritual experiences. The results of this research provide a deep understanding of the role of youth in seeking knowledge and truth, portraying Yusa' bin Nun as an exemplar of loyalty, enthusiasm for learning, and spiritual experience. This story serves as inspiration for the younger generation, illustrating that the pursuit of knowledge is not merely about acquiring information but also involves profound spiritual experiences.

Abstract

This research deeply examines character building in productive age through non- formal education approach and strategic collaboration between parents and At- Tanzil Guidance Center, Serdang, Malaysia. Productive age is a crucial period in character building, but the lack of solid synergy between parents and non-formal education institutions often becomes an obstacle in achieving transformative results.  Through a case study method with interview and observation techniques with parents, learners, and teachers, it was found that the active involvement of parents with programs in Sanggar significantly increased the motivation, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and empathy of learners. This study recommends the development of more innovative programs and the strengthening of sustainable collaboration between families and non-formal education institutions. Various positive activities such as skills training and religious activities have proven to be able to be internalized into children's daily lives, especially when supported by the consistent role of parents at home. The role of parents is proven to be the main pillar in maintaining continuity and strengthening the impact of the education that has been initiated, making it a non-negotiable key factor in the success of character building.  The survey results strongly suggest that the role of parents is not just important, but is a vital, strategic, and irreplaceable keyword in sustaining, strengthening, and ensuring the continuity of every educational achievement that has been pioneered in the Guidance Studio at tanzil serdang malaysia. Parental support, whether in the form of active involvement, intense communication with the school, or attention to the development of children's learning at home, is the main foundation for the success of the educational process. Without a strong synergy between schools and parents, all the efforts and educational programs that have been implemented will be difficult to achieve maximum and sustainable results.

Abstract

The Qur’an teaches ethical values in social life, including in Surah Al-Qashash verses 23-28, which narrates the encounter between Prophet Musa (AS) and two women in Madyan. This story contains moral values such as social care, etiquette in interactions, as well as trustworthiness and responsibility. This study compares the interpretations of M. Quraish Shihab in Tafsir al-Misbah and Buya Hamka in Tafsir al-Azhar to understand how both scholars interpret social ethics in these verses. This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data was collected through document studies of tafsir books and related literature, then analyzed using interpretation, description, and comparative methods. The findings indicate that both scholars emphasize the importance of social ethics, particularly in maintaining politeness and modesty. M. Quraish Shihab focuses more on linguistic aspects and the relevance of the verses in a modern social context, whereas Buya Hamka emphasizes the spiritual aspect and the exemplary character of Prophet Musa in facing life’s challenges. Tafsir al-Misbah is more academic and systematic, while Tafsir al-Azhar is more reflective and easier to understand for the general public. Despite their different approaches, both tafsir emphasize that the ethical values in these verses are essential for social life.

Abstract

There are many verses in the Qur'an that explain the occurrence of thunder and lightning phenomena/events, all of these events are proof of the power and greatness of Allah SWT. Lightning has a very important role in the lives of all creatures on earth. However, there are times when it can cause disaster/danger for His creatures. Thunder and lightning are natural phenomena that occur when rain falls. Therefore, the nature of lightning will be the object of this research based on the interpretation of Mafa>tih }al-Ghoyb by Fakhruddi>n Al-Ra>zi>. The problem that will be discussed in this research is the nature of lightning according to Fakhruddin Al-Ra>zi in the interpretation of Mafa>tih} al-Ghoyb and will be explained in two focuses, namely: 1. What is the essence of lightning according to Fakhruddi>n Al-Ra>zi> in his book Mafa>tih} al-Ghoyb)? 2. What are the benefits and dangers of lightning in identifying, collecting, processing and research related to lightning, whether in the form of the Koran according to Fakhruddi>n Al-Ra>zi> in his book Mafa>tih} al-Ghoyb)? In this research, the author uses a library research approach, so steps will be taken on primary data and secondary data accurately and factually. Based on the results of this research, the greatness of Allah SWT will be revealed in His creation, especially regarding lightning, which in the Al-Qur'an is expressed in three words, namely Al-Ra'd, Al-Barq, and Al-Sa>'iqah. According to Fakhruddi>n Al-Ra>zi> interprets the meaning of the word Al-Ra'd as the sound heard from clouds colliding with each other caused by gusts of wind which cause them to collide with each other, Al-Barq is light coming out of the clouds accompanied by a strike. which strikes something so that it shines on it, and Al-S}a>'iqah is an explosion accompanied by a lightning strike accompanied by soft fire which can destroy something strongly, the speed of the strike cannot be matched and it immediately reaches the earth. Lightning is a direct guidance from Allah SWT to humans so that they always have devotion to Him and have a big role for His creatures. Lightning is good news for farmers because there will be a sign of rain that will fertilize the plants, a warning for humans to always glorify Allah SWT, wisdom for people who always remember the greatness of Allah SWT and a lesson for people who are wise.
