Abstract

This study aims to find a new PAI learning model that is more creative and innovative. Data collection methods used were observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the qualitative analy-sis of interactive models. Based on the research methods used, the findings are: a) the policy of the PAI learning in SDIP Kroya deals with learning inside and outside the classroom, b) the implementation stages of the PAI learning are through religious values socialization, religious values inter-nalization, continuity and religious values institutionalization, c) learning outcomes indicate that the new religious values just become a custom made by students, not as strong character, d) the PAI learning model found with the name of SICI learning Model.

Abstract

Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik ana-lisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif model interaktif. Berda-sarkan metode penelitian yang digunakan, diperoleh temuan penelitian bah-wa: a) kebijakan tentang pembelajaran PAI di SDIP Kroya adalah pembela-jaran yang dilakukan di dalam kelas dan luar kelas, b) pelaksanaan pem-belajaran PAI melalui tahapan sosialisasi nilai agama, internalisasi nilai agama, kontinuitas dan institusionalisasi nilai agama, c) hasil pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai agama baru sekedar menjadi kebiasaan yang dilakukan oleh subjek didik, belum sepenuhnya menjadi karakter yang kuat, d) temuan model pembelajaran PAI dengan nama Model Pembelajaran SICI.

Abstract

AbstractTh is research was aimed at describing and explaining: (1) the implementation of Educational Financing Management at MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan Cilacap, (2) analysis existing model of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy (Study at MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan Cilacap and (3) to formulate conceptual Development Model of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy. Th is research to study existing objectives by using a qualitative approach and research and development from Borg and gall. Th e object of this research was the implementation of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy and its conceptual Development Model of Educational Financing Management Based Ziswa-School Levy in MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan. Th e data were obtained by conducting a direct observation in the ? eld, in-depht interviews and documentation. The technique of data analysis was qualitative analysis of the interactive model. Th e result of the research show that: the implementation of educational financing management at MI Ya BAKII Karangjengkol Kesugihan Cilacap so acuntable, and not yet utilization ziswa as educational financing sources its rich, and sustainable.Keyword: Strategy, management, school.

Abstract

Effectiveness of Acceleration of Completion Strategy Study Program S1 Faculty Tarbiyah IAIIG Cilacap The purpose of this research is to: 1) know the policy, 2) to identify the various strategies, 3) to identify the variety of programs, and 4) to analyze the effectiveness level of the acceleration strategy of S1 studies at the IAIIG Cilacap Tarbiyah Faculty from 2013-2016. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach, with interview and documentation method. The findings of this research are: 1) Acceleration policy of S1 study in Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIIG Cilacap from 2013 to 2016 there are 5 policies, namely: a) Development of Curriculum 2010 and 2014 which mandate thesis loaded sks 6, b) Determination of Thesis Supervisor and Reviewer, Which then becomes mentor 1 and 2, c). Periodization Graduation twice in one academic year, d) Short Semester, conducted at faculty level since 2013 and 2014 established as institute policy and e) Setting the ideal Study Period for S1 as much as 8 semesters, 2) Some acceleration strategy of S1 study is : A) to synergize the courses of MPP, PPL and Thesis, b) to describe the distribution of subjects that support the completion of final project work in such a way done earlier, such as subjects of MPS, MPP, PTK, statistic and KKN, c) research worshop and e) "Saving" the title of the research, 3) The programs to support acceleration strategy of S1 study are: a) establishment of Tarbiyah Faculty of Education and Training Center, b) research workshop for students, c) solid semester for improvement As well as to take new courses and d) accompaniment completion of final task and 4) Implementation of acceleration strategy of S1 study in Faculty T IAIIG Cilacap Tarbiyah from 2012/13 to 2015/16 is comprehensively effective

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hak setiap warga negara. Hak ini harus dipenuhi sekaligus dijaminkan kualitasnya sedemikian rupa oleh negara agar sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan mampu berkontribusi bagi perkembangan, kemajuan dan kesejahteraan bangsa Indonesia maupun dunia pada umumnya. Dalam realitasnya  menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dan masih banyak persoalan yang bisa menjadi faktor tidak berkualitasnya hasil pendidikan, seperti masih kurangnya jumlah dosen minimal per program studi, sulitnya akses pendidikan tinggi khususnya bagi lulusan pendidikan informal maupun nonformal. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini hadir di tengah pembaca untuk memberikan alternativ solusi tentang cara mengatasi persoalan kurangnya dosen maupun akses terbuka bagi calon mahasiswa baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis library research dan content analysis sebagai teknik analisisnya. Hasil penelitian adalah ditemukannya Model Rekruitmen Dosen Mahasiswa AB-RIE. rekruitmen ini dibangun dari konsep SN-Dikti dan RPL, serta RIE sebagai sumber dalam MSDM.Kata Kunci: standar nasional pendidikan tinggi, dosen, mahasiswa dan Rekruitmen.

Abstract

Efforts to create peaceful world by upholding values of pluralism and to bring prosperity on earth by developing science and technology become very crucial and urgent. However, horizontal conflicts due to religious differences and technological abuses are still prevalent. This study provides an alternative design for Islamic education that is believed to be able to make life on earth more advanced, peaceful and prosperous with reference to al-Ghazali’s thoughts. It reveals some possible ways to empower pesantren to meets the needs of students in the contemporary era, extracted from al-Ghazali’s thoughts on shak, tawāḍu‘, ṣuḥbah, mukhtalif al-alwān and the classification of knowledge. The study is qualitative research with descriptive analysis of literatures concerning education. In this paper, the author argues that such an ideal pesantren should uphold the characteristics of (1) inclusive religious education, (2) balanced religious and scientific development, (3) student-centered learning, and (4) entrepreneurial institution.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an alternative model of Islamic Religion Education Based on Islam Nusantara on College, that make students able to emerge as wise leaders in the midst of Indonesian society and far from being exclusive. This research used qualitative approach with type of research library.  The result sawn that Islamic Religion Education model of Islam Nusantara in college is built from 435 Islam Nusantara concept that is a model consisting of four (4) character, they are spirit of religious education process. Namely: ruuhuddin (religious spirit), nationalism, ruuhudta'addudiyah (spirit of diversity) and ruuhul insaniyyah (spirit of humanity), built on 3 main pillars:  thought (fikrah), movement (harakah), real action (amaliyyah), and with 5 markers, namely islakhiyyah, tawazunniyah, tatawwuniyah, akhlaqiyah, and tasamuh.. Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan model alternatif Pendidikan Agama Islam Berbasis Islam Nusantara di Perguruan Tinggi, yang membuat siswa mampu tampil sebagai pemimpin yang bijaksana di tengah masyarakat Indonesia dan jauh dari eksklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis perpustakaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Pendidikan Agama Islam Islam Nusantara di perguruan tinggi dibangun dari 435 konsep Islam Nusantara yaitu model yang terdiri dari empat (4) karakter, yaitu semangat proses pendidikan agama. Yakni: ruuhuddin (semangat agama), nasionalisme, ruuhudta'addudiyah (spirit of diversity) dan ruuhul insaniyyah (semangat kemanusiaan), dibangun di atas 3 pilar utama: pemikiran (fikrah), gerakan (harakah), aksi nyata (amaliyyah), dan dengan 5 penanda, yaitu islakhiyyah, tawazunniyah, tatawwuniyah, akhlaqiyah, dan tasamuh.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi merupakan urgensi yang mendesak untuk segera dilakukan perbaikan. Pengaruh globalisasi memaksa setiap elemen yang ada di dunia ini untuk berbenah mempersiapkan diri agar tidak tergilas oleh arus globalisasi. Perguruan Tinggi (PT) sebagai satuan dari pendidikan tinggi akan mampu melaksanakan tugas dasar tersebut, jika PT mampu mewujudkan pendidikan yang bermutu tinggi dengan cara memberikan layanan yang bermutu (tinggi). Berbicara tentang mutu PT, berarti berbicara tentang suatu hal yang bersifat dinamis. Karena konsep mutu dari waktu ke waktu mengalami pergeseran. Sesuatu yang dianggap mutu saat ini belum tentu akan disebut mutu di masa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan konsep dasar strategi, maka diperoleh bermacam- macam strategi yang bisa dipergunakan PT untuk meningkatkan mutu diri, yang salah satunya adalah praktik penilaian kinerja dosen (faculty performance appraisal) pada khususnya dan penilaian kinerja SDM PT pada umumnya. Dari sekian banyaknya domain administrasi pendidikan, maka Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) merupakan salah satu domain yang menentukan kesuksesan penyelenggaraan administrasi pendidikan. Suatu organisasi (satuan pendidikan) potensial memiliki keunggulan apabila dapat menciptakan dan menawarkan nilai pelanggan yang lebih (superior customer values) atau kinerjanya yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang lain
