Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan electronic flight bag dan budaya keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan penerbangan Garuda Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara online kepada sampel penerbang Garuda Indonesia sebanyak 35 orang yang khusus menerbangkan pesawat jenis Airbus A330. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Perhitungan data dibantu dengan paket SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel yang sangat kuat, searah dan positif. Hasil olah data lainnya menununjukan efektivitas penggunaan electronic flight bag dan budaya keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keselamatan penerbangan sebesar 78,8%, dimana budaya keselamatan berpengaruh dominan terhadap mempengaruhi kinerja keselamatan penerbangan.

Abstract

Passengers show great interest and comfort in using mobile devices to plan and book flights. By launching website and mobile application, Singapore Airlines will become a well-known brand in the society. More people will look for the airlines and use the app which is expected to increase their sales. The purpose of the research is to find out how Singapore Airlines mobile application will impact their ticket sales by doing comparative analysis and analyzing their Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of total tickets issued before and after they launch the mobile application. CAGR of tickets issued before Singapore Airlines mobile application launched is 0.51%, and 1.16% after they launched the mobile application. From comparative analysis, t-obs as -2.748 and t-table as 2.201 to -2.201 with correlation value 0.45. There is difference between total of ticket issued in Singapore Airlines in Jakarta office for Jakarta – Singapore route before and after Singapore Airlines mobile application launched with moderate level of correlation of mobile application impact to increasing of their ticket sales.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of Garuda Miles Program to the customers’ loyalty. The research was using hypothesis testing. The method used was a simple linear regression analysis with a total sample of 30 people. The result of the research shows that the effect of Garuda Miles Program to the customers’ loyalty with regression equation y is 6.86 + 0.8x. The Garuda Miles Program has a very strong and positive influence on customers’ loyalty shown by r = 0.81. Customers’ loyalty has been affected by Garuda Miles program of 65.61% (coefficient determination), while the remaining 35.39% is determined by other factors. The result of the hypothesis test is t –count > t-table (12.59> 2,048). Therefore, there is a significant influence of Garuda Miles Program to the customers’ loyalty.
