Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between The Visionary Hero, compensation, and the effectiveness of employee performance at BPBD Rejang Lebong. The sample of this research is 36 respondents and the analytical method used is Spearman rank correlation analysis and t test. The results of the calculation of the variable the visionary hero with Spearman rank correlation value of 0.436 lies between 0.40-0.599 meaning that it has a moderate level of relationship, which is strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing where t statistic > t table (2.8247 < 2.0345), thus H0 rejected Ha accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between leadership style and the performance of BPBD Rejang Lebong employees. The results of the calculation of the compensation variable with the Spearman rank correlation obtained that the value of 0.648 lies between 0.60-0.799, meaning that it has a strong relationship level and is strengthened by the results of hypothesis testing, where t statistic > t table (4.9613 < 2.0345), which means that there is a significant relationship between compensation and the effectiveness of the performance of BPBD Rejang Lebong employees.

Abstract

Payments for increasingly sophisticated sales system transactions have an impact on the ease of consumer transactions, both using cash and non-cash payments. In conducting consumer payment transactions. Currently, consumers who have a high level of routine prefer to use E-Money in their transactions. This is because it is safer and more efficient and provides convenience for consumers in transacting.Payments Using Credit Cards have a negative effect on consumers' buying intentions at Bencoolen Mall Bengkulu, while Payments Using OVO Cash and Shopee Pay have a positive effect on consumers' buying intentions at Bencoolen Mall Bengkulu. Taken together, payments using credit cards, OVO cash and Shopee Pay have a positive effect against the consumer's desire to buy at Bengcoolen Mall Bengkulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze financial distress using the Altman (Z-Score) method at Bank Umum Milik Negara (BUMN) during pandemin Covid 19. The results showed that PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk with a condition that is not financial distress in years 2015 and 2016. In years 2017, 2018 and 2019 included in the gray area. PT. BNI 46 (Persero) Tbk in years 2015 meaning is not financial distress. Years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 this means it is included in the gray area. PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, in year 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 it is included in a gray area. PT. Abstract

Tax is a mandatory contribution given by people to state, one of which is income tax PPh 23. It is a good thing if the taxpayer pays his taxes on time. In this service activity the implementation of service is carried out with the aim of understanding company owners and employees in charge of taxation in carrying out PPh 23 reporting. The methods used in this service include the tutorial method, question and answer and discussion and lectures methods. The results of this stuy are he achievement of understanding of the owners and employees in change of taxation of PPh 23.
