Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa masih terdapat wajib pajak yang belum membayar pajak, sementara itu data yang didapat peneliti dari Kantor Kelurahan bahwa pelunasan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) sudah tercapai target. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dari informan yang telah ditentukan dan dilakukan secara terus menerus sampai datanya jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kelurahan Karangpanimbal Kecamatan Purwaharja Kota Banjar belum optimal. Diantaranya dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi dan juga terdapat tanah guntai. Keterlibatan wajib pajak untuk aktif membayar pajakpun masih lemah, disebabkan oleh tidak adanya sanksi tegas dari Pemerintah Kelurahan bagi yang belum maupun terlambat membayar pajak.

Abstract

The development of smart villages is critical to implement because it aims to improve the welfare and independence of village communities. However, in its implementation, many obstacles are faced, including the lack of involvement of stakeholders. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the synergy of penta-helix in developing smart villages in Handapherang Village, Ciamis Regency. We use a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The informants in this study were all elements of the penta-helix involved in the development of smart villages in Handapherang Village, Ciamis Regency. The results of this study reveal that not all pillars of smart villages have been implemented, only four pillars, namely; smart government, smart environment, smart community, and smart economy. Some of the four pillars have not been implemented optimally. In addition, the synergy of penta-helix in the development of smart villages in Handapherang Village has not been maximized, there are still several actors who have not been maximally involved, including academic actors and business/private actors. In this study, we also reveal the inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the development of smart villages along with the penta helix synergy model with smart village pillars in realizing the independence of village communities.

Abstract

The quality of school graduates in the disruption era is now seen from its character. In research conducted with a qualitative approach. The type of research in this study uses a case study type multi site study design. In data collection techniques using techniques through: 1) Interview, 2) Observation and 3) Documentation. In data analysis using the theory of Miles and Huberman which consists of: 1) data collection, 2) sorting data, 3) presentation of data, 4) conclusion. The results of this study include: 1) The forms of religious character in SD Islamic Global School Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Batu include: First, the Dimension of Faith (Aqidah). Second, the Dimensions of Worship Practices (Morals). 2) The strategy of religious character activities at SD Islamic Global School Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Batu, among others: First, habituation. Second, exemplary. 3) The implications of the formation of religious character at SD Islamic Global School Malang and MI Miftahul Ulum Batu include: a) Fostering a spirit of worship and charity, b) Having a polite attitude towards others, c) Fostering social attitudes and a spirit of leadership for students.
