Abstract

Makhluk sosial (manusia) yaitu tidak bisa hidup sendiri tanpa orang lain. Keterampilan komunikasi menyebabkan tingkat keberhasilan yang rendah dalam bekerja dan kemampuan sosial. Pengetahuan remaja yang kurang tentang komunikasi dan keterampilan sosial menjadi sebab perilaku yang kurang baik pada sesama remaja, orang lain atau orang yang lebih tua. Dari masalah tersebut, kami memiliki ide untuk melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal pada remaja PMR Wira di Kota Semarang. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, kami menggunakan metode pengabdian masyarakat dengan menyampaikan materi edukasi tentang komunikasi interpersonal remaja yang harus dimiliki. Tujuannya adalah agar remaja mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai komunikasi interpersonal dan keterampilan sosial. Harapannya adalah remaja PMR Wira di Kota Semarang dapat memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal lebih baik lagi dan menjadi remaja yang unggul serta mampu menyelesaikan masalah di yang dialami para remaja. Pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi komunikasi interpersonal telah berhasil dilakukan dengan sasaran 24 remaja dari perwakilan PMR Wira di Kota Semarang. Seluruh remaja hadir dan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan dengan baik dan berpartisipasi aktif. Harapannya kedepan makin banyak kegiatan serupa dan dapat berlanjut sehingga kegiatan remaja dapat lebih bermanfaat dan terarah

Abstract

Hospital statistics are statistics sourced from medical record data, as health information that will later be used to gain capacity for health practitioners, management, and medical personnel in decision making. Medical records and hospital statistics have a very close relationship, because hospital statistics are obtained from medical record data. Statistical indicators for outpatient units are data on daily patient visits, new patient visits and old patient visits. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research variable is the number of outpatient visits before the pandemic and during the pandemic in 2020, while the sample is outpatient data at the Panti Wilasa Hospital "Dr.Cipto" Semarang. the number of outpatient visits in 2020 increased by 25,4% or 60.330 patients with an average of 886 patient visits per day. from the calculations that have been done, the number of outpatient visits during the pandemic has increased

Abstract

Background : The informed consent form is a determining factor for taking medical action.  Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the number and percentage of completeness and incompleteness of filling out the informed consent form for sectio caesarea. Method : This study is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach with a total sampling technique of sampling, with a total of 243 informed consent sheets for sectio caesarea. From this study, the results of the highest completeness of informed consent for sectio caesarea were in the patient identification component, the highest completeness was 243 with a percentage of 100%, the highest incompleteness was 26 with a percentage of 11%, the documentation component was correct, the highest completeness was 213 with a percentage of 88%, the highest incompleteness was 34 with a percentage of 14%, in the important reporting component the highest completeness level is 236 with a percentage of 97%, the highest incompleteness is 38 with a percentage of 16%, and in the authentication component the highest completeness number is 232 with a percentage of 96%, the highest incompleteness is 56 with a percentage of 23%. Conclusion : The conclusion of this study is that the number of completeness in filling out the medical record informed consent form at the Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarang in the fourth quarter of 2020 has not reached the MSS for medical records at the hospital. This is because the implementation of the medical record service system is not optimal.

Abstract

The period of transition from childhood to adulthood is often referred to as adolescence. During this period, they enter puberty where they experience rapid physical changes, one of which is the ability to carry out the reproductive process. The process of adolescent development is very vulnerable and full of risks, so good personal health is needed. Therefore it is necessary to conduct counseling in an effort to promote and prevent reproductive health problems in adolescence. Because in this period changes and body functions occur in a relatively fast time. It is hoped that the counseling will be aimed at adolescent students representing junior and senior high schools in the city of Semarang. The aim is to increase knowledge about reproductive health and avoid premarital sexual behavior and to know how to handle it properly. It is expected that reproductive health counseling service activities are in accordance with the target.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of coastal MSME actors in producing innovative food products based on mangrove leaves (Avicennia marina) while providing a basic understanding of the bioactive content of leaves through simple phytochemical analysis. The activity was carried out in Bedono Village, Sayung District, involving 10 MSME actors, 3 lecturers, and 20 students as facilitators. The implementation methods included counseling, hands-on practice in mangrove stick production, technical assistance, and demonstrations of simple phytochemical tests for saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids, quinones, tannins, and steroids/triterpenoids. The results showed that all participants were able to produce mangrove sticks suitable for consumption with a significant increase in independence and skills, with an average score increase of 36.9 points from the pre-test to the post-test. Phytochemical analysis confirmed the presence of bioactive compounds that have the potential to be antioxidants, immunomodulators, and natural pharmacological agents. This programme successfully transferred knowledge and skills to the community and increased awareness of the safe and sustainable use of local resources.   ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM pesisir dalam memproduksi produk pangan inovatif berbahan dasar daun mangrove (Avicennia marina) sekaligus memberikan pemahaman dasar mengenai kandungan bioaktif daun melalui analisis fitokimia sederhana. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Bedono, Kecamatan Sayung, dengan melibatkan 10 pelaku UMKM, 3 dosen, dan 20 mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, praktik langsung produksi stik mangrove, pendampingan teknis, dan demonstrasi uji fitokimia sederhana untuk senyawa saponin, flavonoid, alkaloid, kuinon, tanin, dan steroid/triterpenoid. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta mampu menghasilkan stik mangrove yang layak konsumsi dengan peningkatan kemandirian dan keterampilan yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor 36,9 poin dari pre-test ke post-test. Analisis fitokimia menegaskan keberadaan senyawa bioaktif yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan, imunomodulator, dan agen farmakologis alami. Program ini berhasil mentransfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara aman dan berkelanjutan.
