Abstract

PENGARUH POLIETILEN GLIKOL TERHADAP SIFAT FISIKA-KIMIA HIDROGEL POLYETHYLENE OXIDE-KARAGINAN HASIL IRADIASI. Dalam rangka mengembangkan aplikasi radiasi pada pengolahan polimer alam (natural polimer), telah dilakukan sintesis hidrogel polietilen oksida (PEO) karaginan menggunakan iradiasi mesin berkas elektron dan dipelajari pengaruh polietilenglikol (PEG) terhadap karakteristik fisiko-kimianya. PEO dengan konsentrasi 2 % (b/b) dicampur dengan larutan karaginan konsentrasi 2 % (b/b) dalam air suling, lalu kedalam campuran ditambahkan larutan polietilen glikol (PEG) dengan konsentrasi 0; 0,1; 0,3 ; 0,5 ; dan 0,7 % (v/v). Campuran diaduk hingga homogen pada suhu 80oC selama 1 jam. Selanjutnya campuran dimasukkan kedalam cetakan plastik (10x10x0,2) cm3, lalu di iradasi dengan mesin berkas elektron pada dosis 10; 20; 30 ; dan 40 kGy dengan laju dosis tunggal 10 kGy/pass. Sifat fisika-kimia dan hidrogel yang diamati adalah fraksi gel, swelling, penguapan air dan tensile strength. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan naiknya dosis iradiasi hingga 40kGy fraksi gel meningkat, dan dengan naiknya konsentrasi PEG fraksi gel dan hidrogel menurun. Naiknya konsentrasi PEG menaikkan kemampuan adsorpsi air dan hidrogel, dan menghambat penguapan air. Hidrogel PEO—karaginan menunjukkan karakter yang elastis dan transparan dan cocok sebagai bahan untuk wound dressing(pembalutluka).

Abstract

A system is a collection or set of elements, components or variables that are organized, interact with each other, are interdependent and integrated. Meanwhile, credit purchases are purchases made by companies by gradually repaying the payment fee. Food and Beverage or commonly abbreviated as F&B is a department in hospitality that focuses on food and beverage services to achieve customer satisfaction. Of course, the materials used in the F&B department must be provided by the purchasing department. This study aims to fulfill a final assignment in a diploma three accounting study program, in addition to knowing the credit purchasing system for food and beverage that exists at the Best Western Plus Kemayoran hotel. By using the observation method, documentation method, and literature study in conducting this research. It can be concluded from the results of this study, that purchase requests for food and beverage are made by the kitchen department, and the purchasing department will make purchases on credit in order to reduce hotel expenses. Due to requests that are almost every day.

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of quality tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy and sales person competence either partially or simultaneously to the consumers' satisfaction and to know the more dominant  at PT. RCTI. The theory used in this research is Marketing Management Theory related to the service quality. It uses descriptive quantitative and case study using survey. This is also explanatory. The technique of data collection is interview, distributing the questionnary to the sample for 42 respondents and documentation study. To test the hyphotesis, it uses multiple regression by using t-test and F-test and the variable which significantly has a dominant influence on the reliability. With the value of determination coefficient (R Square) 64,4%, it means that the independent variable may describe the dependent variable, while the remaining 35,6% is explained by the other independent variables which are not included in the this study model. Key words: Tangibles, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy salesperson competencce Satisfaction of consumer

Abstract

Villages as centers for government services to communities at the lowest levels are the main development focus on the Indonesian government's agenda. Through several studies, an online community service administration system was developed using an internet approach, carrying out activities including population administration, moving, business permits, building permits and issuing letters with ease and time. This provides a faster and more efficient impact and saves time. The methods used are literature studies related to internet technology, surveys and data collection on information technology infrastructure design that can be applied to online community services, analysis of survey data on real conditions in several community service centers, especially Cibening village and finally making online community service model from villages such as family cards, moving and reporting online. The result is an internet-based village community service administration application system utilizing technology. This application model also combines the advantages of an open-source application with a flexible system design for implementation and development needs, as well as support supported by mobile phone ownership to improve the quality of service to the community. The internet-based network structure makes it possible to go online not only between villages and communities but also villages and sub-districts and can be accessed anytime, anywhere, using mobile devices. The development of the application model is also based on the business process functions and village administration processes contained in Indonesian government regulations. It is also hoped that each model can be integrated to optimize efficiency and has been tried to be adapted to the community service system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan karakteristik dan kelayakan finansial dari peternakan rakyat yang tergabung pada KUD Cepogo di Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 1-30 November 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Responden adalah peternak yang dipilih secara acak sejumlah 60 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dengan peternak. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelayakan finansial usaha yaitu NPV Rp 3.709.643 pada skala kecil, Rp 39.842.186 pada skala menengah dan Rp 144.265.184 pada skala besar, yang mana ketiganya lebih besar dari nol. BCR 1,06 pada skala kecil, 1,34 pada skala menengah dan 1,64 pada skala besar, yang mana lebih besar nilainya dari 1. IRR 9,09% pada skala kecil, 19,98% pada skala menengah dan 38,44 pada skala besar, hal ini lebih besar dari suku bunga kredit Bank BRI sebesar 6%. Payback period selama 2,65 tahun pada skala kecil, 2,08 tahun pada skala menengah dan 1,70 tahun pada skala besar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peternak sapi perah yang tergabung pada KUD Cepogo dinyatakan layak secara finansial karena sudah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan investasi sehingga usaha dinyatakan menguntungkan dan layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

Low financial literacy among adolescents can have long-term impacts on their future financial decisions. They argue that effective financial education from an early age can reduce the likelihood of poor financial behavior, such as excessive debt and inadequate retirement planning. One of the insights that must be possessed is about financial literacy. Financial literacy education is an important thing that must be given to children, so that they do not become a consumptive generation. Directing children to manage their finances properly is one of the important goals in financial literacy education. Financial literacy education also has a long-term goal, namely to increase children's insight and literacy skills, or from previously lacking literacy to understanding the concept of financial literacy, in addition literacy education also aims to increase awareness of the presence of financial institutions in the midst of society. Community Service with the theme of Socialization of Financial Management Literacy for Adolescents at the Hikmat Berkarya Mandiri Foundation. So that by holding this Community Service activity, it is hoped that it will be able to provide positive knowledge about financial management for Adolescents. This activity will be carried out in the office space of the Hikmat Berkarya Mandiri Foundation, Bekasi with the address Perum Alamanda Regency BC 09 No. 18 RT. 12 RW. 21 Karangsatria Village, Tambun Utara District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. This Community Service activity will be held face-to-face (offline). The output of this Community Service activity is an article in electronic mass media and documentation of the implementation in the form of photos and videos of activities and community service journals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bangsa kambing terhadap kualitas kefir susu kambing. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal, 31 Mei hingga 29 Juni 2024. Penelitian dimulai dari pembelian susu kambing di Satoloka Jl. Kaliurang KM 22, Banteng, Hargobinangun, Kec. Pakem, Kabupaten Sleman hingga uji kandungan nutrisi di Laboratorium Kimia CV. Chem-Mix Pratama, Kretek, Padukuhan Kretek, Jambidan, Kec. Banguntapan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Materi penelitian menggunakan dua jenis susu kambing dengan bangsa kambing perah yang populer di Indonesia yaitu Kambing Peranakan Etawa dan Kambing Sapera. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah dengan 2 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Variabel yang diamati adalah kadar protein dianalisa menggunakan metode Kjeldahl, kadar lemak dianalisa menggunakan metode hidrolisis Willbull dan nilai pH diuji dengan pH meter. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov dan Uji Independent sample T Test. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kefir susu Kambing PE memiliki rerata kadar protein 3,24±0,24%, kadar lemak 6,86±1,02%, dan nilai pH 3,41±0,01. Kefir susu Kambing Sapera memiliki rerata kadar protein 3,35±0,53%, kadar lemak 7,22±0,43% dan nilai pH 3,47±0,03. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bangsa kambing berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap nilai pH kefir, sedangkan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kadar protein dan kadar lemak pada kefir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbedaan bangsa Kambing Peranakan Etawa dan Kambing Sapera tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualiatas kefir susu kambing.

Abstract

Social media has become a very effective and efficient tool to promote products and services, including in the agricultural sector. The training was held at the Sumber Jaya Catfish Farmers Group Perum Griya Asri I Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi Regency and aimed to improve the ability of its members to utilize the Facebook platform as an effective and efficient promotional media. The methods used in this training include presentations, direct practice, and group discussions. Training materials include making accounts and Facebook pages, promotional content strategies, as well as interaction management techniques with customers. The results of this training showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants in using Facebook to promote catfish production in the Sumber Jaya catfish farmer group. Participants are expected to be able to create and manage Facebook pages, as well as design interesting content to increase visibility and sales. This training is expected to be a model for other farmer groups in utilizing social media to expand the market and improve the welfare of group members. The activities of implementing community service with the target of the purpose of the Community Service (PKM) implementing team to make field observations are to directly observe the location of the target area. The outputs to be achieved are: Publications in Print or Electronic Scientific Journal Articles in accredited national journals, articles in national journals are not accredited and local, articles in print or electronic media, both national and local, implementation documentation with photos of activities, and improvement the knowledge and skills of participants in using Facebook to promote catfish production in the Sumber Jaya catfish farmer group.
