Abstract

The research aimed to determine the effect of business ethics on budgeting control at PT. Patra Niaga (PT. PN). The research used a quantitative approach by basing a rational principle study. The analysis was carried out using the regression method and processed using SPSS 22. Data from permanent employees of PT. PN was determined based on proportional sampling. A total of 30 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires as the main instrument, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the autonomy principle, the honesty principle, the justice principle, and the mutual benefit principles have a positive and significant effect on budgetary control at the office of PT. PN. Interestingly, the justice variable is the most dominant positive and significant effect on budget control at the office of PT. PN.

Abstract

Modern era as now, human life cannot be separated from dependence on a technology called the internet. The internet has mastered almost all aspects of human activities, ranging from sending letters, looking for information, and other activities. Especially in the field of business, this technology is very influential, as well as the procurement of goods and services has been done a lot online or commonly known as E-Procurement. This study aims to and analyzes the effect of E-Procurement technology on procurement performance, the effect of E-Procurement technology on procurement practices, and the effect of procurement practices on procurement performance. To implement these objectives the data collection techniques were used through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis and data evaluated in the first place using the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test). The results found that the use of e-procurement had a positive and significant effect on procurement performance and procurement practices at PT. Semen Tonasa in Pangkep Regency. Procurement practices have a positive and significant impact on procurement performance.

Abstract

Social media currently plays a very important role as a process of communication and interaction between humans that is not limited by time and space. It is also used as a promotional media by companies to introduce their products to consumers. Many Muslim brands cosmetics also use social media and brand equity to attract consumer interest. This research was conducted on Muslim brand users in Makassar, who were dominated by women with an age range of 20-22 years who were students. The results showed that social media marketing and brand equity had a positive and significant effect on Muslim Cosmetic Brand cosmetics purchasing decisions in Makassar. Marketing online using social media has successfully built brand equity, which in turn affects the buying decision.

Abstract

Loyalty and trust from customers are the keys for the company to be sustainable as when customers are loyal and trust the company, they will make repeat engagement with the company and are reluctant to move with other products and services offered by other companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on customer trust and customer loyalty of PT. Indonesia National Shipping Company or called PT. PELNI. The study collected data from 98 passengers using the service of the Indonesian National Shipping Company during Covid-19 traveling from Makassar to Bau-Bau or vice versa. Data was collected using questionnaires. Data collected data are then evaluated their validity and reliability and tested their classical assumption test afterward. The study use path analysis to resolve problems raised from the study. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer trust and loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, but an insignificant effect on consumer loyalty. Trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty.
