Abstract

The urgency of funding student creativity programs within the Triple Helix framework to encourage the independence of the defense industry is a step forward in making economic progress, especially the defense industry. The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis method is used as a research framework to evaluate the internal and external factors that influence the success of the program. This research reveals that funding for student creativity programs has a significant urgency in strengthening the defense industry. Through collaboration between students, industry and the government, this program is able to generate innovation, research and development of new technologies that can increase the competitiveness of the defense industry. The SWOT analysis shows that the strengths of the student creativity program in Triple Helix include access to fresh and innovative student intellectual resources, the ability to combine academic knowledge with the needs of the defense industry, and the encouragement of collaboration and knowledge exchange between all parties involved. Weaknesses identified include a lack of adequate funding, challenges in integrating student activities into a complex industrial environment, and a lack of understanding of the long-term benefits of the program. However, the SWOT analysis also identified significant opportunities, such as the increasing need for innovation and new technologies in the defense industry, government support for collaborative programs involving students, and the potential to develop long-term partnerships between the defense industry and universities. The threats faced include intense global competition, the need for constant updating of defense technology, and the potential for gaps between academic knowledge and industry needs if there is not adequate collaboration. In order to realize the independence of the defense industry, this research recommends adequate funding for student creativity programs, provision of supporting infrastructure, increased collaboration between universities, industry and government, as well as the development of a long-term strategy to ensure the sustainability of this program.

Abstract

The process of coating weapons is important in the manufacture of weapons, because it can improve the quality, durability and corrosion resistance of these weapons. Metal coatings on weapons can protect the surface of the weapon from damage due to friction, corrosion and other environmental effects. In addition, metal plating can also enhance the visual appearance of the weapon, giving the weapon an attractive and aesthetic appearance. Coatings can also increase the durability of weapons against various environmental conditions and extreme temperatures. The process of coating weapons must be done carefully and requires a complex process and requires proper handling. Therefore, the choice of the right coating method is very important in the manufacture of weapons, because it can affect the quality and durability of these weapons. There are several metal coating methods that can be used in the manufacture of weapons, including electroplating, electroless plating, and hot dipping. The method used is done by collecting and analyzing data from sources such as journals, notes, articles, reports, and other materials related to metal plating using electroplating, electroless plating and hot dipping. In this study, the results obtained that electroplating coating is a coating process that is suitable for the defense industry, because it has several characteristics that electroplating has in the process of coating weapons, due to the need for weapons from resistance due to wear and corrosion, this can be a recommendation to the parties. the defense industry in the process of coating the metal of these weapons uses the electroplating process today.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting didalam perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan dari organisasi. Peran dan fungsinya harus menjadi perhatian bagi manajemen di dalam perusahaan. RSIA Aisyiyah Samarinda merupakan organisasi yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan yang memiliki 62 karyawan. Dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia RSIA Aisyiyah Samarinda dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar dapat menciptakan kepuasan kerja sehingga akan berdampak kinerja dan pelayanan di rumah sakit. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh passion kerja, motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan di RSIA Aisyiyah Samarinda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana dalam pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Untuk jumlah sampelnya sendiri sebanyak 62 responden dengan metode sampel jenuh. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah passion kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Begitu juga dengan motivasi ekstrinsik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja RSIA Aisyiyah Samarinda.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of futsal shooting skills of extracurricular students of SMA Budi Murni 3 Medan. This study was conducted at SMA Budi Murni 3 Medan, Medan City, North Sumatra Province. The method and type of research used in this study were quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all 10 students of SMA Budi Murni 3 Medan's futsal extracurricular activities. The number of samples in this study was all 10 students who took part in the SMA Budi Murni 3 Medan extracurricular activities. obtained by total sampling technique. The research instrument for data collection with tests and measurements was the Futsal Shooting Accuracy Test. The study was conducted. The research time was carried out for approximately 1 month. In one week, two meetings were held every Monday and Wednesday at 16.00, the meetings were 8 times. To see the shooting ability, survey and test calculations were used. From the results of the test, the level of shooting ability of extracurricular futsal students at SMA Budi Murni 3 Medan was mostly in the sufficient category.
