Abstract

AbstrakDisahkannya UU RINo. 6/2014 Tentang Desa menimbulkanprodankontra, karena salah satu isi UU tersebut adanyaAlokasi Dana Desasebesar Rp 1 Milyar. Sebagai konsekwensinya desadituntutuntuk membuat perencanaandan anggaran dana desa yang diterima dari pemerintah pusat.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses beserta tahapperencanaandan penganggaran Desa di desa Tegalarum. Kecamatan Mranggen. Kabupaten Demak.Peneliti ingin mengevaluasidanmembuktikan secaraempirisbagaimanasebenarnyapraktekyangterjadidalamlingkuppemerintahandesa tentangperencanaandanpengangaranAnggaranPendapatanBelanjaDanaDesa(APBDes). Selainitu,risetinibertujuanmemberikansolusisederhanamengenaiprosesperencanaandan penganggaran yang baikdan benar sehingga tujuan anggaran bisa tercapai.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode studikasus dalam menganalisa data. Teknik yangdigunakan untuk memperoleh datayakniwawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, serta studidokumentasi.Kesimpulan penelitianberdasarkan temuan penelitidilapangan mencakupbeberapa halyaitu, pelaksanaanMusrenbangdeshanya dilakukan sebagaiacara ceremonialtahunan walau dengan melibatkan partisipasimasyarakat tapi semu karena Musrenbang tetap berpijak pada Pagu Indikatif.Akibatnya,usulanperencanaan yang akan dibuat untukRPJMDesa,RKPDesasebagaian besarditentukanolehkepaladesa dan aparatdesa. Keterbatasan SDM pada Pemerintahan Desa dapat tertutupi dengan Team Work yang solid. Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Selanjutnya hasilpengamatan dianalisis melalui metode analisis deskriptif dimanamenggambarkan bagaiman tingkat efektifitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa.Hasil pengamatan menunjukan bahwa Efektifitas Pengelolaan Alokasi DanaDesa, dimana ada tiga tahap yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Secara administrasi ketiga tahap tersebut dapat terselesaikandengan baik dan memenuhi prinsip efektif yang di indikatori adanyatranparansi informasi kepada masyarakat. . Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa,Pembangunan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program implemented by PDKB PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Semarang. The program is an effort to create a healthy and safe work environment, so as to reduce the number of work accidents or negligence which result in demotivation and work productivity deficiencies.This research is descriptive qualitative research. By taking respondents from several sources who are considered worthy of being research sources. The results of the research are that the program for implementing work safety and occupational health (K3) is carried out optimally so as to minimize the occurrence of occupational hazard risks including the availability of health clinics, medical examinations, K3 training and the use of Personal Protective Equipment. This OSH program still addresses some of the obstacles encountered which may affect the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health, namely they are still being discovered, so there is a need for a more intense understanding in applying the training program.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the analysis of the influence of service quality, product quality, location and price perception on consumer satisfaction at the Mang Khalim grated coconut stall located in the Ngampel Kendal traditional market. Previous research obtained different consumer satisfaction results. Therefore, this research aims to review previous researchers regarding consumer satisfaction. This research had 98 respondents from consumers of Mang Khalim grated coconut stalls using the Snowball Sampling technique. The analysis method in this research uses the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results of this research show that service quality and price perception have a negative and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality and location have a very positive influence but do not have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Ketersediaan daging sapi berpengaruh penting terhadap program swasembada daging sapi yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah. Dengan tersedianya jumlah daging sapi di Indonesia maka program pemerintah tersebut akan terlaksana dengan baik.Indonesia perlu belajar dari kegagalan program swasembada daging sapi, 3 kali swasembada 3 kali gagal. Pemerintah dan masyarakat sejak lama bermimpi mengulang sukses sebagai negara pengekspor sapi seperti pada era tahun 1970-an.Tujuan penulisan adalah (1)untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara produksi daging sapi dan konsumsi daging sapi tahun 2010-2018, (2) Untuk menganalisis perbandingan antara penawaran daging sapi dengan permintaan daging sapi di tahun 2030 secara nasional. Metode analisis yang digunakan (1) analisis deskriptif; (2) metode analisis forecasting. Hasil pengujian   (1) perbandingan antara penawaran dan permintaan daging sapi tahun 2010-2018 setaip tahunnya berbeda yaitu pada empat tahun pertama penawaran lebih besar dibanding permintaan, pada lima tahun terakhir, permintaan lebih besar dibanding penawaran, (2) penawaran dan permintaan daging sapi nasional tahun 2030 mengalami trend kenaikan dan perbandingan produksi dengan konsumsi daging sapi nasional 2030 menunjukkan rasio permintaan daging sapi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan penawaran daging sapi.Kata kunci: Analisis Forecasting, Trend, Ketersediaan Daging Sapi, Konsumsi Daging Sapi

Abstract

This community service aims to accompany the halal certification process for Mr. Ngadinu's tempeh MSMEs on Jalan Mustokoweni, Plombokan Village, North Semarang District. This assistance is carried out because these MSMEs do not yet have a halal certificate, so they have not been able to increase production quantity and competitiveness in the market. Halal certification is an important factor for business actors in the food and beverage sector to guarantee halal products and increase consumer confidence. Tempe products that are not yet halal certified can raise doubts among the public, so obtaining halal certification is a strategic step to strengthen the product's image. The main objective of this program is to increase MSME players' understanding of the importance of halal certification and the process of obtaining it, assist in processing halal certification, ensure that tempe products meet halal standards and are of good quality, and expand market share through the attraction of halal certification. The method applied in this program is halal certification assistance, which includes three main stages: (1) preparation stage, which includes pre-survey, observation, discussion and documentation; (2) implementation stage, in the form of direct assistance in the halal certification process; and (3) the stage of reporting activity results. Through this program, it is hoped that tempe MSMEs can understand the importance of halal certification, know the procedures for obtaining it, and be able to increase the competitiveness of their products in the market.

Abstract

Storage is an activity of storing and maintaining by placing drugs received in a place that is considered safe from theft and physical disturbances that can damage the quality of drugs. Pharmaceutical Wholesalers are companies in the form of legal entities that have permits for the procurement, storage, distribution of drugs or materials in large quantities in accordance with statutory provisions (Permenkes, 2011). Using primary data sources and secondary data. This study aims to determine the implementation of storage circulation in drug warehouses in pharmaceutical distribution companies at PT. Bharadah Sakti Semarang. The data collection method was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation at the PT. Bharadah Sakti Semarang. The observation results obtained indicate that the management of drug supplies in warehouses uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented. The marketing strategy is a series of plans as a joint tool to achieve the long-term goals set by the company. The marketing strategy provides direction for each company to control all aspects in order to achieve the company's goals in meeting consumer demands and needs. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. By taking respondents from several sources who are considered appropriate to become resource persons for research. The research results are that the location research has implemented a marketing promotion strategy to increase sales turnover. Sales promotions that are utilized include Personal selling, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing. The problems faced by the company resulted in fluctuations in sales targets, lack of promotional media aimed at providing information on ongoing promotions and high costs for promotions aimed at increasing consumer brand awareness.
