Abstract

This study wants to prove the effect of each variable, namely perceived ease of use, brand image, word of mouth, and customer value which have a positive effect on customer loyalty, where the decision to use services becomes an intervening variable. Based on previous research and related to the supporting theory put forward by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. In this study, researchers used a nonprobability sampling technique because the researcher did not know the total number of members of the population under study. While the sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. While the population is all Maxim online transportation users in Pontianak City, and the sample is 100 Maxim online transportation users in Pontianak City, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. Based on data processing using path analysis, it is proven that perceived ease of use, brand image, word of mouth has no positive effect on service use decisions, while customer value and service user decisions also have a positive and significant effect on loyalty with service use decisions. services as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Perceived ease of use,price fairness dan brand image yang baik tentu saja akan menarik minat pelanggan dan meningkatkan penjualan perusahaan. Pelanggan yang puas terhadap produk dan jasa yang dibeli dan dikonsumsi tentu saja akan menjadi loyal terhadap perusahaan.Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel yaitu perceived ease of use, price fairness, brand image  berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya dan dikatikan dengan teori pendukung yang dikemukakan oleh para ahli dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai alat pengolah data statistik.Jenis penelitian ini yaitu associative research. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling karena peneliti tidak mengetahui jumlah keseluruhan anggota populasi yang diteliti. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan sampel yaitu 30 orang, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

Basically every company must attach importance to employee job satisfaction, this is done to achieve a target and the results desired by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of PT. Aditya Agroindo Group, totaling 96 people. While the sample method used in this study is saturated sampling or census. Saturated sampling or census is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. Another term for saturated sampling is census. The result of this research is the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Aditya Agroindo Group Kualan Hulu Tengah is included in the satisfied category, this can be seen from the achievement of scores obtained from questionnaires distributed to employees
