Abstract

Maraknya pencurian kendaraan bermotor (curanmor) di Indonesia, salah satunya di Kudus, membutuhkan penangangan yang khusus terutama dalam hal pencegahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program Warkop Binmas yang dilaksanakan oleh Polres Kudus dalam menanggulangi Curanmor, mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Warkop Binmas dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, dan mengetahui upaya optimalisasi program Warkop Binmas guna meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menanggulangi Curanmor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif, lokasi penelitian ini di Kudus, Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The development of cybercrime in several countries, especially regulations regarding espionage against foreigners. In the German Criminal Code they are called stragesetzbuches. This study discusses how propaganda is often carried out by unknown citizens. In Indonesia this vulnerability can be misinterpreted and suspected in terms of espionage. The purpose of this research is how to prevent espionage, especially by foreign nationals that occurs in Indonesia. The theory used is Cyber Intelligence Counter Operation Strategy. While the methodology used is qualitative in the process of obtaining data. In taking preventive and anticipatory actions against threats and disturbances to the security and order, so as to ensure the Sit. Kamtib properly requires the establishment and development of an early detection and warning system with functions in the intelligence domain with its parent. Intelligence must also build active and proactive communication with the widest community. The result of the research is to describe information on foreign nationals who enter the FPI (Islamic Defenders Front) base camp, which in this case is related to the issue of vulnerability to espionage propaganda in vulnerable issues in Indonesia at this time. So that solutions are needed for goodness and also the progress of security in Indonesia.

Abstract

There have been a lot of complaints regarding the service received by the members of Healthcare and Social Security Administrative Body, or so called BPJS Kesehatan. This situation has been worsened with the hike in premiums of BPJS Kesehatan’s independent members stipulated in Presidential Regulations Number 75 / 2019 and The Amendment of Presidential regulation Number 82/2018 on Health insurance. After announcing the hike of BPJS Kesehatan premiums, the government must also improve the healthcare service to all the independent participants of BPJS Kesehatan. This study aimed to examine juridical review on the hike in BPJS’s Premiums based on the principle of justice on the policies of healthcare and social security. This study was conducted by applying normative juridical research method using statue approach and secondary data. According to the result of the research, Regulation Number 40 Year 2004 concerning National Social Insurance and Regulation Number 24 Year 2011 on the implementing agency of social insurance have applied the principle of justice in their policies. However, Presidential Regulation Number 75 Year 2019 “Presidential Regulation Number 82 Year 2018 on Health Insurance” has not implemented or reflected the principle of justice in its policies. In addition, the government reason to increase the payment of BPJS Kesehatan is that BPJS has been in financial deficit. In order to solve this problem, one of the solutions that the government can offer is to seek for other financial sources instead of putting the burden on the members of the social health insurance program.

Abstract

Welfare is a measure of a society that is already in a state of prosperity. Welfare can be measured by health, economic condition, happiness and quality of life of the people. The role of intelligence in realizing the welfare of society is quite important. Because in carrying out the process of developing a community, objective data is needed that is valid to be used as material for problem analysis.Through a descriptive approach, this research examines phenomena through the discovery and description of data in a narrative manner. The data collection technique used is library research, namely collecting books, journals, and other relevant research and then reviewing them.To realize prosperity for the community, four elements are needed to conceptualize it. (1) the existence of information or knowledge; (2) the existence of an analytical strategy; (3) the existence of potential threats; and (4) the existence of safeguards against national interests and security. These four elements are owned by Intelligence and become the basic concept. The role of intelligence agencies in creating a prosperous society has a central position. So it can be said that the field of intelligence has a very large and much needed role in realizing a prosperous society.

Abstract

The latest technological developments allow for the presence of facial recognition technology. This technology itself is widely used in everyday life, such as for using personal devices or registering. But at the same time, the presence of this technology can cause problems with personal data. This research then aims to see the relationship between facial recognition technology and regulations, ethics, and legal implications in data security and privacy. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research was obtained through the results of relevant previous research and studies. The results of this research then found that the presence of facial recognition technology has significant benefits, but at the same time poses significant challenges. These challenges generally center around data security and privacy issues. Therefore, it is necessary to have guidelines that can regulate the use of facial technology, so that in the future this technology is not misused, and can maintain the security and privacy of society in general.
