Abstract

ABSTRACT This research investigates the signs of brand logo designs which occured in some fast food’s advertisements. This is a qualitative research. The researcher takes the data from the advertisement in the internet. To identify the verbal and visual signs of brand logo designs for fast food’s advertisements , the writer analyzed the data using Ekman (2003) . From the discussions, there are verbal and nonverbal signs of brand logo designs that appear in fast food’s advertisements. The meaning of verbal sign and nonverbal sign in “Mc Donald’s” logo design represents joyful. The meaning of verbal sign and nonverbal sign in “Burger King” logo design represent excitement and professional, “SUBWAY” logo design represents enjoyable, purity, and refreshment, “KFC” and “Wendy’s” logo designs represent enjoyable, purity, and passionate. For future researchs need to be conducted with an increased sample by using another brand logo designs such as luxurious brand, perfume, and many more. Keywords: Logo, Fast Food’s, Brand

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Brand Image and ProductQuality on Purchase Decisions for Sensi Mask Products at BormaToserbaCijerah. Sensi mask reaches the highest selling mask products based on the data’spercentage of mask sales in BormaToserbaCijerah. This researchmethod uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Thesource of this research uses primary data. The data collection uses aquestionnaire. The samplesfrom this research are about 100 consumers using purposivesampling technique. The test results are hypothesized to show that Brand Imageand Product Quality have a significant influence either partially orsimultaneously on the Purchase Decision of Sensi Mask Products. For further research, it is expected to be able to examine other variables such as price, Brand Ambassador, promotions, consumer buying interest, therefore it may be easier to obtain varied results that can influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract. Kinship relations are a homework in itself for business actorsin developing countries to obtain competent workers. The aim of thisresearch is to determine the competency of an auditor who has a relativerelationship with a partner in producing quality audits. This research usesa qualitative method with an ethnomethodological approach in one of thelocal KAPs in the city of Bandung. It is concluded that competenceinfluences the quality of audits at Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in theBandung area. With a very strong and positive correlation category,which means that the better the audit competency, the better the auditquality.Keywords: Auditor Competency, Quality Audit

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penggunaan bahasa dan fungsi bahasa pada konten promosi UNNUR di media sosial Instagram. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan followers akun media sosial Instagram UNNUR terhadap bahasa yang digunakan dalam koten promosi iklan tersebut. Peneliti mengambil data dari akun Instagram @universitas_nurtanio. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk menganalisis penggunaan bahasa dan fungsi bahasa, peneliti menggunakan teori dari Searle (1969). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten iklan promosi UNNUR di media sosial Instagram, menggunakan tindak ilokusi dengan bentuk tindak tutur direktif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan untuk UNNUR agar dapat menggunakan bahasa iklan dengan menggunakan lebih banyak dalam bentuk penawaran. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan menggunakan konten iklan promosi di media sosial yang lain seperti Tiktok atau Facebook

Abstract

This research aims to determine politeness strategies Instagram account @bdg.dukcapil in responding to comments. Researchers took data from some comments on the Instagram account @bdg.dukcapil which were replied to by the @bdg.dukcapil account. This research is a qualitative research. To analyze the politensess strategies, researchers used the theory of Brown and Levinson. The results of the research show that Instagram account @bdg.dukcapil using positive politeness strategies and negative politeness strategies in responding to comments from commentators. It is hoped that this research provide input for the Bandung  Disdukcapil Instagram account to develop ways to respond to comments from commentators. Other  objects such as products, figures, or influencers, and news can be used for further research.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method with an ethnomethodological approach in one of the local KAPs in the city of Bandung. It is concluded that competence influences the quality of audits at Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in the Bandung area. With a very strong and positive correlation category, which means that the better the audit competency, the better the audit quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menganalisis pengaruh pergantian auditor (auditor switching) terhadap panjangnya waktu penyelesaian audit atau audit report lag (ARL) pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Audit report lag dianggap sebagai indikator krusial dalam menilai efisiensi pelaksanaan audit serta transparansi pelaporan keuangan, yang pada akhirnya dapat berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan oleh para pemangku kepentingan. Dalam konteks tata kelola perusahaan, pergantian auditor merupakan fenomena yang dapat memperpanjang proses audit, karena auditor pengganti membutuhkan waktu untuk mengenal sistem internal, struktur organisasi, dan kompleksitas kegiatan operasional entitas yang diaudit. Untuk menguji hubungan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan purposive sampling terhadap perusahaan sektor manufaktur selama periode tahun 2020 hingga 2023. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda guna mengkaji sejauh mana auditor switching berkontribusi terhadap ARL, dengan mengikutsertakan sejumlah variabel kontrol seperti tingkat kesehatan keuangan perusahaan dan kompleksitas audit. Temuan empiris dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pergantian auditor memiliki dampak signifikan dalam memperpanjang ARL. Selain itu, faktor-faktor seperti kondisi finansial perusahaan dan kompleksitas proses audit turut memengaruhi lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan laporan audit.
