Abstract

The aims of this research are: to identify obstacles in protecting children's rights against violence in elementary schools in Sleman Regency and to describe efforts to overcome obstacles in protecting children's rights against violence in elementary schools in Sleman Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research subjects were four school principals, three teachers and two education staff. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data is done by using cross check data. Inductive data analysis which includes data reduction, categorization and unitization of data, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that in carrying out these protection efforts the school revealed that there were several obstacles faced. These obstacles come from within (internal) and from outside the school (external). Internal barriers in the form of the lack of the role of educational staff or employees and parents who are less open. While external obstacles such as violence occur outside the school which causes ignorance on the part of the school. schools make efforts to overcome internal and external obstacles in prevention efforts by creating child-friendly school programs and recruiting Counseling Guidance teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of anti-corruption education in Indonesia, through learning Citizenship Education based on Smart Mobile Civic media. Efforts to eradicate corruption are not only the responsibility of law enforcement agencies or the government, but also the responsibility of all components of the nation. Therefore, efforts to eradicate corruption must be carried out by involving all relevant stakeholders, namely the government, the private sector and the community. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The use of qualitative methods in research can produce a more comprehensive study of a phenomenon. The results of the study show that: Citizenship Education learning system has a very strategic role, to increase students' understanding of anti-corruption education. In this context of research, the students, as agents of corruption prevention, cannot be separated from the characteristics they possess, such as: Intellectuality, Youth Spirit, and Idealism. Student involvement in the anti-corruption movement can basically be divided into four areas: within the family, on campus, in the local community, and at the regional or national level. The digital era has had a tremendous impact on citizenship learning, such as through the application of Smart Mobile Civic media as a fun and not boring learning media for students so that they can explore more deeply about their knowledge and experiences.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas bagi guru dalam MGMP Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juni 2024. Metode penyuluhan dipilih sebagai pendekatan utama untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman dan penerapan penelitian tindakan kelas dalam konteks pengajaran kewarganegaraan. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan penyampaian materi tentang konsep penelitian tindakan kelas, tujuan, dan metodologi yang relevan dengan pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Materi disajikan secara interaktif melalui diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan simulasi untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang langkah-langkah praktis dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Para peserta, yang terdiri dari guru-guru dari MGMP Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, dilibatkan dalam sesi praktik langsung untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi penelitian tindakan kelas. Mereka diberi panduan dan bimbingan untuk mengembangkan pertanyaan penelitian yang relevan, merancang kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif, serta mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data untuk memperbaiki praktik pengajaran mereka. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala selama sesi pelatihan untuk memastikan pemahaman yang tepat dan efektivitas pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas oleh para guru. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri para peserta dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih berorientasi pada hasil dan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas ini berhasil dalam memberdayakan guru-guru MGMP Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya melalui pendekatan penyuluhan yang interaktif.

Abstract

Election administrative violations occur at the time of the implementation of the general election by election organizers and contestants. Sometimes, they do not realize that they have committed a violation. Since the general election during the reformation period after the fall of the New Order in Indonesia, there have been frequent violations of election administration resolved through administrative courts through the State Administrative Court. The dispute resolution was carried out after complaints were made through Bawaslu and DKPP as administrative dispute resolution (ADR) institutions and did not bring results.  This administrative violation is considered detrimental to the candidate contesting the election, causing a dispute between the candidate contesting the election and the organizers of the general election. This article examines the process of resolving electoral administrative disputes in Indonesia and the judiciary's role in resolving electoral administrative disputes. Several examples of cases of election administration violations that occurred and their causes obtained through empirical studies using the technique of documenting judges' decisions that have permanent legal force at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia were analyzed using inductive logic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out parent efforts to build young children character, parent behavior to choose daily needs and to develop model of character building by selection of products on young children. This is a survei and mixed method model. The results of this study were (1) Parent skill in choosing Indonesian product are poor 25.1%, fail or medium 53.9%, and good 21% product selectivity. The most committed effort by parent to make their children love Indonesia product. The second place is by introducing Indonesian product to their children by using and wearing Indonesian product. Parent is easier Indonesian product by seeing the brand. Parent find it is difficult to identify Indonesian product in the global era.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini secara spesifik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Gen-Z terhadap konsep dan praktek ekonomi pertanian dalam pengelolaan usahatani, serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan memotivasi Gen-Z untuk berperan aktif dalam pengembangan sektor pertanian. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini mengacu pada pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, inovatif dan pendampingan. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini yakni Gen-Z khususnya yang sedang mengambil peminatan ekonomi pertanian, yang dikolaborasikan dengan petani sebagai pelaku usahatani di Kota Ternate. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, hasil yang dicapai yakni Gen-Z tidak hanya menguasai konsep ekonomi pertanian, lebih dari itu Gen-Z secara langsung memahami terapan konseptual dalam praktek pertanian terutama pengelolaan usahatani. Gen-Z mengalami penguatan pemahaman aspek-aspek teknik dan budidaya dalam usahatani, karakteristik lahan dan petani, maupun teknik pemasaran dan pengelolaan pendapatan. Lebih dari itu, kesadaran Gen-Z terhadap peran sektor pertanian mengalami peningkatan yang terukur melalui meningkatnya motivasi untuk telus belajar dan keinginan untuk berperan aktif.
