Abstract

The aims of this research are: to identify obstacles in protecting children's rights against violence in elementary schools in Sleman Regency and to describe efforts to overcome obstacles in protecting children's rights against violence in elementary schools in Sleman Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research subjects were four school principals, three teachers and two education staff. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data is done by using cross check data. Inductive data analysis which includes data reduction, categorization and unitization of data, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that in carrying out these protection efforts the school revealed that there were several obstacles faced. These obstacles come from within (internal) and from outside the school (external). Internal barriers in the form of the lack of the role of educational staff or employees and parents who are less open. While external obstacles such as violence occur outside the school which causes ignorance on the part of the school. schools make efforts to overcome internal and external obstacles in prevention efforts by creating child-friendly school programs and recruiting Counseling Guidance teachers.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the form of Moodle web media for Civic Education learning in Senior High School and how it is used in learning. Based on previous research that some students need web-based learning media, it is necessary to determine the concept of the type of media and how the steps. This research is descriptive and this is done by literature review. The results of the study show that the concept of the model of media used in web-based media development is digital-based multimedia because the characteristics of Moodle's web media in it contain a combination of various media and connected with the internet network. Whereas the learning model is blended learning in the form of face-to-face mixed learning and e-learning in time and proportion of the use of mixed learning is flexible and online learning is used as a compliment.--------------Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan bentuk media web Moodle untuk pembelajaran PPKn di Sekolah Menengan Atas serta bagaimana pemanfaatannya dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya bahwa beberapa siswa membutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis web, maka perlu menentukan konsep jenis model media dan bagaimana langkah-langkahnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan hal ini dilakukan dengan kajian pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsep model media yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media berbasis web adalah multimedia berbasis digital karena karakteristik dari media web moodle ini di dalamnya berisi kombinasi dari berbagai media dan terhubng dengan jaringan internet. Sedangkan model pembelajarannya adalah blended learning yang berupa pembelajaran campuran tatap muka dan e-learning namu waktu dan porposi penggunaan pembelajaran campuran adalah bersifat fleksibel serta pembelajaran online digunakan sebagai pelengkap.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas bagi guru dalam MGMP Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juni 2024. Metode penyuluhan dipilih sebagai pendekatan utama untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman dan penerapan penelitian tindakan kelas dalam konteks pengajaran kewarganegaraan. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan penyampaian materi tentang konsep penelitian tindakan kelas, tujuan, dan metodologi yang relevan dengan pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Materi disajikan secara interaktif melalui diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan simulasi untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang langkah-langkah praktis dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Para peserta, yang terdiri dari guru-guru dari MGMP Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, dilibatkan dalam sesi praktik langsung untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi penelitian tindakan kelas. Mereka diberi panduan dan bimbingan untuk mengembangkan pertanyaan penelitian yang relevan, merancang kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif, serta mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data untuk memperbaiki praktik pengajaran mereka. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala selama sesi pelatihan untuk memastikan pemahaman yang tepat dan efektivitas pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas oleh para guru. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri para peserta dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih berorientasi pada hasil dan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas ini berhasil dalam memberdayakan guru-guru MGMP Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya melalui pendekatan penyuluhan yang interaktif.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya dalam media sosial, telah membawa dampak signifikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk di kalangan santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Furqon, Singaparna, Tasikmalaya. Meskipun media sosial menawarkan berbagai manfaat seperti akses informasi cepat dan peluang berdakwah, penggunaan yang tidak bijaksana dapat menimbulkan risiko seperti penyebaran informasi palsu, cyberbullying, dan pelanggaran privasi. Hal ini diperparah oleh kurangnya pemahaman santri terhadap Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) yang mengatur penggunaan teknologi informasi di Indonesia. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengawasan ketat dan edukasi yang benar mengenai UU ITE dan etika bermedia sosial bagi para santri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkuat kebijaksanaan santri dalam menggunakan media sosial melalui pemahaman yang mendalam tentang UU ITE, sehingga mereka dapat menjadi pengguna media sosial yang bijak, bertanggung jawab, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pesantren. Luaran yang ditargetkan adalah terbentuknya generasi santri yang cerdas digital dan beretika dalam bermedia sosial, yang tidak hanya memanfaatkan media sosial secara efektif untuk berdakwah, tetapi juga mampu menghindari dampak negatif yang merugikan. Selain itu, mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai pesantren dalam penggunaan media sosial yang akan dicapai melalui pendidikan yang berkelanjutan, pengawasan yang ketat, serta pelatihan yang relevan, yang diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan positif di kalangan santri. Keberhasilan upaya ini akan menjadi langkah penting dalam membangun kesadaran digital yang kuat di pesantren, yang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islami yang dipegang oleh Pondok Pesantren Al-Furqon.

Abstract

Children are a key part of the future of a nation and state, as well as the continuity of human life. The government in Indonesia is responsible for protecting the rights of all children, including santri (students), through schools, including Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). The goal of this study is to look at how well the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School in Krapyak, Yogyakarta protects the rights of children who are also students there. The research used a descriptive qualitative method and included santri, religious teachers (ustadz), and caretakers as participants. Data were gathered through interviews and written records, and then they were analysed by reducing, categorising, and unitising the data, presenting it, and drawing conclusions. The results show that, first, Al-Munawwir has followed the rules for protecting children and upholding their rights, especially the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which the Indonesian government has signed and made part of its national child protection laws. Second, small problems like bad behaviour by teens and not being able to fully protect rights because there are so many santri were found. These problems, on the other hand, did not stop children from getting their rights. Instead, they helped santri become more disciplined and focused in their religious studies. Third, the pesantren has dealt with these problems by taking both preventive and punitive steps to make the school a better place for everyone.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the concept of Pancasila in the industrial revolution 4.0 byexamining Pancasila as a development paradigm. The development includes economic,education and science and technology development. The Industrial Revolution is tobecome a vision in various lives, especially focusing on economic growth. Thegovernment is focused on improving the economy, education is also designed to be ableto make human resources that can be competitive in the industrial sector. The problem isthat the orientation of development which is more focused on facing industrialdevelopment causes the goal of forming the national personality to be reduced. This wasfollowed by a weakening of national character. The development will not be great if it is notbased on values manifested in the morality of the nation, so that reorientation ofdevelopment is needed which refers to the Pancasila State philosophy, because Pancasilais basically a paradigm in development. The role of Pancasila is to provide some ethicalprinciples to economic development, education and science, and technology.

Abstract

This community service aims to carry out socialization and training in understanding the Protection of Children's Rights at the Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School Students. This community service is an activity that is carried out using lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods in a series of socialization activities. While the training methods carried out are in the form of training and practical activities in increasing the understanding and protection of children's rights. Activity evaluation is carried out by measuring how well the target group knows and understands how to prevent sexual violence at Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The result of this community service activity is increased insight in the form of knowledge and understanding of students and stakeholders at the Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic boarding school regarding the protection of children's rights, especially against violence in Islamic boarding schools. Through this training, the students and stakeholders helped increase their insight in terms of preventing violence in the Darul 'Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes students' perspectives on online gambling regulations in Indonesia. It focuses on understanding students who are part of the younger generation and actively engage in the digital world to assess legal awareness and digital ethics among citizens. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method using a cross-sectional approach and was conducted at a university in Yogyakarta. Stratified random sampling was used for sample selection, and data were collected through a questionnaire, which served as a non-test instrument. The data analysis technique utilized was quantitative data analysis. The results indicated that students' knowledge and understanding of online gambling regulations fell into the "very good" category. Their attitudes and views regarding the economic impact of online gambling were similarly classified as "very good." Personal experience in this area showed a "good" category rating, indicating the students' high legal awareness and digital ethics level. However, a significant number of students expressed that educational institutions do not provide sufficient information or support concerning issues surrounding online gambling. Citizenship Education plays a crucial role in addressing this issue, along with campus regulations for prevention and intervention.

Abstract

Wawasan kebangsaan merupakan fondasi utama dalam menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, terutama di tengah tantangan globalisasi yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Iroyudan, Desa Guwosari, Kapanewon Pajangan, Bantul, pada 14 Juli 2025, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman warga terhadap nilai-nilai kebangsaan, khususnya Pancasila, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, dan semangat gotong royong sebagai pedoman hidup bermasyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, lokakarya, dan simulasi kasus yang dirancang untuk memperkuat pemahaman serta penerapan nilai kebangsaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tokoh masyarakat, pemuda, dan warga umum, sehingga menciptakan suasana partisipatif dan kolaboratif. Selama kegiatan, peserta aktif bertukar pandangan mengenai tantangan kebangsaan yang dihadapi di lingkungan mereka. Beberapa ide strategis juga muncul, seperti program gotong royong bulanan dan penguatan pendidikan karakter di tingkat RT. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran kolektif dalam menjaga persatuan, diikuti dengan terbentuknya inisiatif membangun forum diskusi kebangsaan di tingkat komunitas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan edukatif yang disertai partisipasi aktif warga efektif dalam memperkuat identitas nasional dan memperkokoh nilai-nilai kebangsaan.
