Abstract

Independent village development can result from good performance of government organizations, so that it will produce effective and quality village development. This study analyzes the influence of government organizational performance factors on the effectiveness of village development. The method used is descriptive quantitative with primary and secondary data collection. The population of this research is elements of village government officials who are in 5 villages with the sampling technique carried out by total sampling of 64 village officials. The results of the descriptive research show that village development is largely determined by the professional attitude of the apparatus in order to realize a performance-based budget to achieve effective village development. The results of the verification research show that organizational performance has a significant influence on the effectiveness of village development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of managerial competence and supervision on teacher performance. In this study, the research method used by the author in this study is an empirical study method, namely research on empirical facts obtained based on observation and experience. The sample in this study were all teachers at three SMPN Banjaran with the technique of taking it by census, that is, the entire population was used as the research sample. The analysis technique used in this research is correlational. Managerial competence based on the results of hypothesis testing statistically shows a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Principal supervision activities based on the results of statistical hypothesis testing showed a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Managerial competence and supervision of principals based on the results of statistical hypothesis testing simultaneously show a positive and significant effect on teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze descriptively about the performance of the apparatus, the quality of public services and community satisfaction. This study uses descriptive analysis with the average value which is the main guide in this study. This research method uses survey research methods which are carried out on research samples from the results of calculations through the slovin formula and the sampling system is carried out in regional clusters which are divided into Rukun Tetangga. The number of samples determined in this study was 305 people who were proportionally divided into 18 Rukun Tetangga. The results of the study found that the performance of the apparatus, the quality of public services and the satisfaction of the community in the research area had good results, however, there were still some obstacles faced, especially in the mastery of information technology by village government officials in providing electronic-based services to the community
