Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh pengetahuan zakat dan religiusitas terhadap minat membayar zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negeri Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cirebon. Kajiannya dilatar belakangi oleh minimnya capaian zakat profesi di Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pengetahuan zakat dan religiusitas terhadap minat membayar zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negeri Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cirebon . Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode angket. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data tentang pengetahuan zakat (X1), religiusitas (X2) dan minat membayar zakat profesi (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian simple random sampling. Data penelitian yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS statistic 24. Selanjutnya hasil dari perhitungan statistik dengan koefisien korelasi dan analisis regresi, dimana terdapat korelasi yang positif antara pengetahuan zakat (X1) dengan minat (Y) dengan nilai r = 0,424 pada taraf signifikan 5% ini berarti signifikan. Selanjutnya terdapat juga korelasi antara religiusitas (X2) dengan minat membayar zakat (Y) adalah 0,402. Sementara itu, hasil uji F (simultan) menunjukan bahwa F hitung > F tabel dimana 18,902 > 3,07 yang berarti bahwa pengetahuan zakat dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membayar zakat profesi Aparatur Sipil Negeri Dinas Kesehatan Kota Cirebon . Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan informasi dan bahan masukan dalam meningkatkan capaian zakat profesi di Kota Cirebon.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya peringkat akreditasi Al-Amwal: Jurnal Penelitian Ekonomi dan Perbankan Syariah dari peringkat Sinta 3 ke peringkat Sinta 4. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah cara pengelolaan jurnal melalui OJS yang dapat meningkatkan akreditasi nasional maupun internasional. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan workshop pengelolaan OJS selama dua hari dengan narasumber editor in chief yang jurnalnya sudah terindeks scopus. Peserta workshop ini adalah para pengelola jurnal di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah peserta mampu meregestrasi, mensubmit artikel, kemudian dewan redaksi memainkan peranan dalam proses pengelolahan OJS secara teratur dan terukur.

Abstract

MSMEs have a very important role as one of the pillars of national economic income, for that it is very important for MSME actors to ensure the legality of their business so that they can access financial facilities from banks and financial institutions. The certainty of products to have halal certification is a necessity considering the target population in Muslim-majority Indonesia. This study aims to measure and analyze how much influence legality and halal labels have on MSME income by using product advantages as mediation variables. This study used quantitative methods. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, and partial tests. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the legality of the halal labeling business and product competitiveness had a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the Bhinangkit Community, while the coefficient of determination (R2) test showed that the influence of business legality, halal labeling, and product competitiveness on MSME income was 89.7%. The path analysis shows that business legality and the inclusion of halal labels have no effect on MSME income mediated by by-product competitiveness with a calculated t value of 0.2496 for business legality and 0.0344 for halal label marking.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, the banking sector undergoes significant transformation to meet the increasingly sophisticated and mobile demands of customers. Bank Muamalat, as a leading Islamic bank in Indonesia, is not exempt from the pressure to innovate and adapt to technological changes. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach at Bank Muamalat KCP Kuningan. Data is collected through interviews with internal bank informants and customers, as well as direct observations. The research findings indicate that the operational procedures of the M-DIN application at Bank Muamalat are proven to be simple and user-friendly, providing convenience from registration to the creation of Transaction Identification Numbers (TIN). The bank adopts a proactive strategy with innovative features, including aspects of Islamic principles and unique services, demonstrating awareness of technological innovation. Active education provided to customers by bank employees successfully increases user interest in M-DIN. The application is directed to every customer opening an account, resulting in a significant increase in M-DIN adoption by Bank Muamalat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financing at BMT Gunung Jati for the green mussel business in Muara Village, the role of BMT Gunung Jati for the mussel business in Muara Village and what are the opportunities and challenges of Baitul Mal wat Tamwil in developing the green mussel business in Muara Village. The method used is a qualitative method with field research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, analysis, and concluding. The results of the study show that the existence of BMT Gunung Jati Cirebon is felt to be very helpful for green mussel business actors in Muara Village in increasing micro-businesses owned by the community because the financing from green mussel business actors BMT Gunung Jati Cirebon in Muara Village has begun to be helped to increase their business so that economic income also increased. Green mussel business actors in Muara Village are no longer afraid of a lack of capital to run their businesses. This research has implications for economic development activities and can be used as a reference.

Abstract

Sedation is reduction of irritability or agitation by administration of sedative drugs. Sedation procedures are performed on patients who have anxiety and pain. Curettage is invasive procedures for women who require sedation procedures. Inadequate sedative during curettage can cause restlessness. Bad management of pain and anxiety should impact on women's psychological trauma. Ketamine-Propofol is a combination sedative drug that is effective, safe sedation and analgesia. This study aims to overview the sedative effects of ketamine propofol on curettage patients with general anesthesia based on the Bispectral index score at Margono Soekarjo Hospital, Purwokerto. The design of this study uses a descriptive observational. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling with 38 respondents. The results showed that the sedation depth was good, the mean arterial pressure was optimal, the pulse rate was normal, the respiratory rate was normal, and the saturation was normal.
