Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit yang sedang mewabah hampir di seluruh dunia saat ini, dengan nama virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (Sars-Cov2). Penyakit ini pertama kali dilaporkan pada 31 Desember 2019. Pada ibu usia reproduksi ini tentunya menjadi perhatian khusus sebagai dampak adanya Pandemi ini, terdapat angka drop-out yang meningkat dan supply kontrasepsi terdapat angka penurunan yang signifikan. Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak terhadap baby boom atau "ledakan bayi". Menurut laporan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) pada Mei 2020 ada lebih dari 400.000 kehamilan tak direncanakan. Masyarakat sulit mengakses alat kontrasepsi karena selama dilangsungkannya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), sejumlah klinik kesehatan dan kandungan ditutup. Prediksi terdapat lebih dari 420.000 bayi baru lahir. Perkiraan angka tersebut didasarkan pada 10 persen dari 28 juta keluarga yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengontrol kelahiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan yang dilakukan melalui daring tentang antisipasi baby booming bagi Bidan di Puskesmas Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Besar sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang dengan teknik pengambilan proportional stratified random sampling. Penyuluhan dilakuna dengan metode ceramah via aplikasi zoom dengan link yang di share 1 minggu sebelumnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan setelah penyuluhan tentang antisipasi baby booming era pandemi Covid-19 terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan (p value=0,0001) dan sikap (p value= 0,045)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Pancing, especially among Economic Education students class of 2021, Medan State University. Using literature review and interview methods, this research evaluates factors such as product quality, price and service that influence customer satisfaction. The findings show that product quality, especially the taste and texture of the noodles, is the main attraction, while the affordable price supports the preferences of students on a limited budget. However, service quality is still a challenge, such as irregular queues and unfriendly staff attitudes. High customer satisfaction contributes to repeat purchase decisions and word-of-mouth recommendations, while dissatisfaction can reduce customer loyalty. This research underlines the importance of improving service and maintaining consistent product quality to improve customer experience and support business sustainability in the culinary sector.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the acceptance, satisfaction, and willingness to recommend of women undergoing VIA examination with and without digital image and their related factors. Methods: This was an observational analytic study with cross sectional method. The subjects of this study were adult women undergoing VIA examination with or without digital image in Ulin Regional Hospital, Indonesia. Patients who did not fill the whole questionnaire were excluded from the study. Characteristics analyzed in the study were age, education, occupation, socioeconomic status, source of VIA information, and previous VIA experience. Outcomes analyzed in this study were acceptance, satisfaction, and willingness to recommend. Results: There were 303 subjects who were included in the study (252 with digital image and 51 without digital image). There were no risk factors of lower acceptance, satisfaction, and willingness to recommend among women undergoing VIA examination. However, the cases of women with low acceptance and satisfaction are associated with lower information of the examination. Conclusions: Digital IVA examination is a feasible alternative with acceptance, satisfaction, and recommendation rates that are the same as VIA examination without digital imaging.
