Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the interest in applying for credit loans at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The research variable x is the impact of Covid-19 and the variable y is the interest in applying for a credit loan. In this study, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling where the sample data collection method was by selecting subjects based on criteria predetermined by the researcher. The population of this research is all members of CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar during January to July 2019-2020 as many as 520 members, the sample is the special criteria for members who make loans (daily) who actively borrow from January to July 2019-2020 with a total of 80 people. . Data collection techniques used questionnaire techniques, interviews, observation. Data analysis used simple regression analysis program SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 24 For Windows. Based on these results, it shows that the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic has a significant negative effect on the Interest in Applying for Credit Loans at CUM Caritas HKBP. The regulations and performance of CUM Caritas HKBP affect the interest of members to apply for credit loans, not only the Covid-19 impact factor. So it is suggested for further researchers to conduct extensive research and add other variables that affect the interest of members in applying for credit loans.

Abstract

This study aims to describe effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty on employee performance at PT.Hotel Citi Inn Medan which lasted for 3 (three) months starting from February 2022 till April 2022.Simple random sampling used as sampling method on this research. All 64 employees of PT Hotel Citi Inn were respondents to this research. The Instrument used is questionnaire to collect data of transformational leadership variable, organizational culture variable, employee loyalty variable and employee variable. Data analysis technique on this research are valiity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicolinearity test, normalty test, heterocedacity test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hyphotesis test or t test, silmutananeous test or F test, and calculation of coefficient determination.The result of descriptive analysis for all transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty and employee performance are in good category at PT Hotel Citi Inn Medan. Based on partial analysis conducted, transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Hotel Citi Inn Medan. Silmutaneously, transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee loyalty have positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Hotel Citi Inn Medan. Contribution of transformational leadership, organizational culture and employee loyalty to improve empoyee performance are 0,833 or 83,3%., while the rest of 0.167 or 16,7% influenced by other variable not conducted on this research such as motivation, dicipline, communication, training, etc.
