Abstract

Maternal mortality is an important public health issue addressed in developing countries. Thecause of maternal death is caused by two factors, namely direct obstetric and indirect obstetric causes. In accordance with the 2020 Puskesmas Aur Performance Assessment (PKP), it shows that the K1 target is 93% and K4 is 85% while the achievement of K1 is only 79.3% and K4 is only 50.2%.Direct causes such as medical factors can be ascertained such as bleeding, eklamsia, abnormal partus, while indirect obstetric causes of death are not easy to ascertain the cause and require special examination by medical personnel. The purpose of this activity is to increase pregnancy visits in the work area of the Sungai Aur Health Center in order to achieve the target, so that the cause of the high maternal mortality rate can be prevented. The method of this activity is to implement counseling to increase visits for pregnant women to puskesmas and meet the expected increase in targets for both K1 and K4. Continuous counselingby increasing maternal participation and awareness of the importance of pregnancy check-ups in health care facilities by health workers is carried out at puskesmas, increasing theachievement of K1 and K4. Pregnant women who need immediate help, especially when covid 19 is still ongoing, innovations are carried out by picking up patients' homes directly . The result of this activity was the implementation of counseling on the penting of pregnancy visits, and the implementation of leaflet distribution to pregnant women, as well as raising the risk of increased MMR. Counseling advice is still carried out, the readiness of manpower and means of overcoming maternal childbirth problems are preserved.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) Behind the Village has been carried out in Palung Raya Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this KKN activity is to serve and be directly involved with the community through activities that have been previously designed to be carried out. carried out by collecting data, interviews, outreach to the community. The activities that have been achieved in the implementation of this KKN are (a) additional class activities for elementary school children who are not yet fluent in reading (b) socializing about the importance of literacy, (c) participating in helping the community in selling and promoting MSME products (d) making trash cans from used paint cans.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to manage the impression of the front stage and back stage of female parking attendants in Pekabaru. This research uses qualitative research with dramaturgy approach. By using purposive techniques in determining informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate, when on the front stage the female parking attendant has communication to customers both verbally in the form of greetings, non-verbal can be seen from the signs and attributes used. And at the back stage, the real life of female parking attendants at home and at work is very different, where at work they play a role as parking attendants that are no different from male parking attendants who look strong and tough, but when they are at the parking attendant's house women have strong maternal instincts, it can be seen from their ability to balance between work and as housewives who are responsible for their children. Abstract

PT Upods Karya Indonesia is a vape manufacturer in Indonesia whose mission is to provide smokers with the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of vaping as a low-risk tobacco delivery device. This study aims to see the effect of career development and work motivation on employee job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. The sample used in the study was 62 respondents. Data collection metods in research are observation, interview, and literature study methods. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the T test show that the Career Development variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. And Work Motivation Variables have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results of the F Test show that the Career Development and Work Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Upods Karya Indonesia.
