Abstract

Irrigation development as a completed process, need monitoring and evaluation mechanism. It is use to help and to learn development dynamics. This research aimed for financial evaluation of irrigation project and to know economic efficiency of maintenance and operation irrigation facilities. Financial evaluation study did in Sumber Kedung Kandang irrigation sector, Kademangan village on November 2000. Completely randomized sampling did on 40 : 60 proportion, 95% probability limit and standard error 15%. From this condition, respondent must be interviewed is 41 person. This result showed production increase after irrigation facilities established, i.e. 5 – 7%. Financial evaluation showed it is feasible project, from the IRR value, i.e. 12% and the NPV value, i.e. Rp. 2.041.687.650,31. The BEP time of irrigation structure is 5 years, 6 months, and 11 days. The depreciation of it is Rp. 420.000 on 25 years period and residue value is Rp. 4.500.000. the operation and maintenance activities economically good enough, with IPL value after project increase for corn, sugar cane and rice from 0,10 to 0,11; 0,0127 to 0,0161 and 0,059 to 0,069 respectively.   Keywords: irrigation facilities, financial evaluation, irrigation development

Abstract

The bike lane in Semarang city has the potential to be developed even though the topography is contoured by hills that divide the city into lower Semarang and upper Semarang. This study aims to determine the potential location of the bike lane development so that the bike mode in lower Semarang can be integrated with the Trans Semarang BRT to upper Semarang, or vice versa, especially to the Semarang State University (UNNES) campus area in Gunungpati district. The BRT integrated bike mode is expected to be able to make the city of Semarang a "Bicycle Friendly City". This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with a BLOS (Bicycle Level Of Service) method approach. Primary data were obtained by interview techniques, field observations, field trip, and documentation. Secondary data were obtained through literature studies related to bike lane policies and standards. The results of this study are that the BLOS score in the UNNES area is 2.4 – 2.88 (ranks B and C) with a good environmental description and good enough for bicycles. The conclusion is the development of bike lanes and facilities can be applied in the campus area with limited integration of Trans Semarang BRT, related to type and amount of bike, integrated and transit halte locations that support Bike on Board facilities. The Most implication of this research results is that it can increase the participation of students as agents of the younger generation who have an influence in a change.

Abstract

Pembangunan rumah sekarang ini baik secara fisik maupun nonfisik, banyak yang tidak sesuai dengan konsep Islam sehingga jauh dari “Rumahku Syurgaku” dan berpotensi membuat kondisi keluarga tidak sehat secara jasmani dan rohani. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang membangun rumah sesuai dengan konsep Islam. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat khususnya jamaah Masjid At Taqwa, Kelurahan Patemon, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang. Metode yang dipakai adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab. Menurut konsep Islam, membangun secara fisik diantaranya lokasi rumah yang bertetangga dengan masjid, fungsi rumah mendukung kesehatan ditinjau dari sistem pencahayaan dan tata udara, menyediakan mihrab dan banyak kamar, dan memperhatikan letak KM/WC terhadap kiblat. Sedangkan membangun secara non fisik diantaranya proses pembangunan tidak mendukung unsur riba, haram, maksiat dan syirik, menjauhkan rumah dari hiasan non islami dan lingkungan yang buruk. Setelah kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat lebih paham tentang membangun rumah  yang sesuai dengan konsep Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Public Relations (PR) strategy of Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Region of South Sumatra in marketing Special Fuel ((QUALITY FUEL)) products through the My Pertamina application, as well as evaluate its impact on customer loyalty and fuel usage during a certain period. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Primary data was obtained from interviews with Pertamina's Public Relations, while secondary data came from related literature and media reports. The analysis was carried out to understand the effectiveness of marketing strategies and the application of digital technology in increasing the use of Quality fuel. The results of the study show that the PR strategy through the My Pertamina application significantly increases customer loyalty. The app facilitates transactions and provides a points-based loyalty program that is effective in attracting customers. The increase in the use of Quality fuel products, especially Pertamax and Dex Series, was recorded during the homecoming period with an increase in demand of up to 64%. The Public Relations strategy through the My Pertamina application is effective in increasing customer loyalty and promoting (QUALITY FUEL) products. However, there are challenges in the implementation of digital technology, especially among people who are not used to using applications. Further education is needed to optimize the benefits of this app across customer segments
