Abstract

PT. Masa Mitra Pratama is a company engaged in the service and sale of banking electronic needs such as: money counting machines, teller machines, and others who started their business in 2007 and continues to grow by opening various branches, one of which is located in Medan. Employees cannot perform well at work such as: in terms of quality, employees often make mistakes in completing their work. The company does not provide adequate facilities for its employees. Employee work placements in the company are still not in accordance with the criteria or abilities possessed by employees, making employees slow to work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The research population that will be used in the study is all employees who work at the company as many as 41 employees. Determination of the research sample using saturated sampling. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of work facilities and work placement on the work performance of PT. Masa Mitra Pratama . While partially found the variable work facilities have a significant effect on the work performance of PT. Masa Mitra Pratama . Abstract

PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia is a company engaged in the sale of tires and repairs which is located at Jalan Prof. HM. Yamin No. 271 BC, Medan. Customer loyalty to the company is still relatively low so that customers rarely make purchases and some customers are seen often trying products from other companies and starting to switch from the company. There are complaints or complaints given by consumers regarding the price of products from the company where consumers judge that the company has never given discounts or discounts to consumers even though they have often made purchases. Lack of understanding of consumer behavior from the company makes it difficult for companies to know the needs and desires of consumers so that attracting consumers to buy regularly becomes difficult. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 133 customers. The sampling technique using the Slovin formula was obtained as many as 100 samples. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the discount variable and consumer behavior on customer loyalty at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. While partially it was found that the discount variable had a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Partially, it was found that consumer behavior variables had a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Abstract

PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia is a company engaged in the processing of palm oil. Phenomena that occur in the company are: the existence of work conflicts between employees, causing disruption to company activities. This problem is allegedly caused by organizational culture and communication. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia, totaling 174 employees. This study uses the Slovin Formula, so the number of samples is 121 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to get a picture of the relationship between variables. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show that simultaneously, organizational culture and communication have a significant effect on work conflict of employees at PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia Medan. Partially, each variable of organizational culture and communication has a significant effect on work conflicts of employees at PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia Medan.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees who work at PT. Prima Karya Nusa Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, compensation, and job stress on employees' work commitment. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously job satisfaction, compensation, and job stress have a positive and significant effect on the work commitment of employees of PT. Prima Karya Nusa Medan. Partially, job satisfaction does not affect the work commitment of employees of PT. Prima Karya Nusa Medan. Partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on the work commitment of employees of PT. Prima Karya Nusa Medan. Partially, work stress does not affect the work commitment of employees of PT. Prima Karya Nusa Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the RSquare value of 0.694 which means job satisfaction, compensation, and work stress are able to explain employee work commitment by 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by variables not examined such as: motivation, salary, job promotion , etc.

Abstract

Work productivity essentially includes an attitude that always has the view that today's work methods must be better than yesterday's work methods and the work that can be achieved tomorrow must be more or of higher quality than the work achieved today. The job description does not discuss the problem of people or employees in the company, but issues regarding the scope of activities, basic functions, main tasks, job names, authorities, responsibilities, assessment criteria and also the results. Work facilities in principle focus on office or company work, namely helping to serve various activities or smooth work and also being a means of support in various company activities that are physical and can be used in normal company activities. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research scale used is a Likert scale. Partially, it was found that the job description variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Samudra Pangan Lestari. Abstract

Work ethic is important as the totality of the employee's personality and the way employees express, perceive, believe and give meaning to something that encourages them to act in achieving optimal work results. Motivation is a set of forces that come from within and from outside a person who encourages him to work better and is willing to spend a higher level of effort to achieve the direction and goals that the company wants to achieve. Loyalty is the nature of an employee who is willing to participate in achieving company goals with all his abilities, skills, thoughts and time and keeps company secrets and does not take actions that harm the company as long as the employee is still active in the company. Regression analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample of 73 employees. The scale used is a Likert scale. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of motivation and work loyalty on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. While partially found the motivation variable has a significant effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. Partially, it was found that the work loyalty variable had a significant effect on the work ethic of the employees of PT. United Rope.

Abstract

Intellectual Intelligence is able to work to measure speed, measure new things, store and recall objective information and play an active role in calculating numbers and others. Soft Skills are abilities beyond technical and academic abilities, which prioritize intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Recruitment is a process that begins with a desire to fill available job vacancies until the applicant submits his application file. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. The research scale used is a Likert scale. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that partially, each variable of intellectual intelligence and soft skills has a significant effect on work conflict at PT. Sequis Life Medan. Abstract

The sales target is the value to be achieved when the business is doing marketing. Customer loyalty is evidence of consumer loyalty to use a product or service continuously because having high satisfaction with the product or service to be used will tend to arise to recommend products or services to other potential customers. Buying interest is a desire to buy a product or service due to both external and internal influences where previously an evaluation of the product or service to be purchased was carried out. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The results of the study partially proved that customer loyalty had a significant positive effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur. The results of the study partially proved that buying interest had a significant positive effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur. The results of the study simultaneously proved that customer loyalty and buying interest had an effect on the sales target of PT Sinar Rezekimas Makmur

Abstract

A job description is a written statement about the description of a job, its conditions, and relationships with other parts of the organization. Job descriptions are an important part of the human resource development system. Work commitment is an attitude that shows more than just formal membership, but also includes an attitude of liking the organization and a willingness to put forth a high level of effort for the benefit of the organization in order to achieve its goals. Work performance or work performance is defined as an expression of ability based on knowledge, attitudes and skills, and motivation in producing something. Abstract

Recently, issues related to sustainable development have become an important discussion in the academic, business, and government. As an intermediary, the banking sector has an important role in supporting the economy in Indonesia, so the company must be able to balance the company's interests with stakeholders' interests in improving financial performance to achieve sustainable development that has been determined until 2030. This research aims to examine and analyze corporate social responsibility, managerial ownership, green banking, liquidity, rentability, and company activities on the financial performance of banking sector companies listed on the IDX. The population in this research is 47 banking companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2022. The research sample was 42 banking companies listed on the IDX over five years. The data analysis model in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that corporate social responsibility, managerial ownership, and green banking partially have no impact on financial performance, but liquidity, rentability, and company activities partially have a significant effect on financial performance in banking sector companies listed on the IDX. Simultaneously, corporate social responsibility, managerial ownership, green banking, liquidity, rentability, and company activities significantly affect the financial performance of banking sector companies listed on the IDX.
