Abstract

PT. Masa Mitra Pratama is a company engaged in the service and sale of banking electronic needs such as: money counting machines, teller machines, and others who started their business in 2007 and continues to grow by opening various branches, one of which is located in Medan. Employees cannot perform well at work such as: in terms of quality, employees often make mistakes in completing their work. The company does not provide adequate facilities for its employees. Employee work placements in the company are still not in accordance with the criteria or abilities possessed by employees, making employees slow to work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The research population that will be used in the study is all employees who work at the company as many as 41 employees. Determination of the research sample using saturated sampling. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of work facilities and work placement on the work performance of PT. Masa Mitra Pratama . While partially found the variable work facilities have a significant effect on the work performance of PT. Masa Mitra Pratama . Partially it was found that the work placement variable had a significant effect on the work performance of PT. Masa Mitra Pratama . Abstract

PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia is a company engaged in the sale of tires and repairs which is located at Jalan Prof. HM. Yamin No. 271 BC, Medan. Customer loyalty to the company is still relatively low so that customers rarely make purchases and some customers are seen often trying products from other companies and starting to switch from the company. There are complaints or complaints given by consumers regarding the price of products from the company where consumers judge that the company has never given discounts or discounts to consumers even though they have often made purchases. Lack of understanding of consumer behavior from the company makes it difficult for companies to know the needs and desires of consumers so that attracting consumers to buy regularly becomes difficult. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 133 customers. The sampling technique using the Slovin formula was obtained as many as 100 samples. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the discount variable and consumer behavior on customer loyalty at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. While partially it was found that the discount variable had a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Partially, it was found that consumer behavior variables had a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that consumer behavior variables have more influence than discounts on customer loyalty at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia.

Abstract

PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia is a company engaged in the processing of palm oil. Phenomena that occur in the company are: the existence of work conflicts between employees, causing disruption to company activities. This problem is allegedly caused by organizational culture and communication. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia, totaling 174 employees. This study uses the Slovin Formula, so the number of samples is 121 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to get a picture of the relationship between variables. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show that simultaneously, organizational culture and communication have a significant effect on work conflict of employees at PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia Medan. Partially, each variable of organizational culture and communication has a significant effect on work conflicts of employees at PT. Nagamas Agro Mulia Medan.

Abstract

PT. Bank Central Asia is one of the largest private banks in Indonesia which was founded in 1957 which is managed directly by the Djarum Group. The development of BCA in Medan is also considered to be very significant so that it requires various assistance in establishing sub-branches so that the entire community can provide the facilities provided by the company and one of them is: Bank Central Asia, Surabaya road sub-branch. There was a decrease in the number of new customers, both those who opened savings or who applied for credit, which were obtained by PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Jalan Surabaya Medan. Weaknesses in the product attributes offered by the company. The implementation of direct marketing by employees of KCP Jalan Surabaya is rare because many customers from KCP Jalan Surabaya inform employees never to offer products over the phone because it is considered to interfere with customer activities every day. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 114 customers with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 89. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between product attribute variables and direct marketing on the purchasing decisions of PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Jalan Surabaya. While partially found product attribute variables have a significant effect on customer purchasing decisions PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Jalan Surabaya. Partially found direct marketing variables have a significant effect on customer purchasing decisions PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Jalan Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that direct marketing variables have more influence than product attributes on the purchasing decisions of PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Jalan Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik individu dan evaluasi kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Ben Golan Berkarya Medan. Variabel bebas terdiri dari karakteristik individu, evaluasi kinerja. Variabel dependen adalah variabel kepuasan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode purposive sampling. 36 karyawan PT. Ben Golan Berkarya Medan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner diisi langsung oleh responden. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dan rumusan masalah adalah analisis regresi bertahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu dan evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik individu dan evaluasi kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan besaran pengaruhnya sebesar 83.5% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Maka dengan perolehan hasil yang telah di uji oleh data SPSS versi 25 mengungkapkan bahwa semakin baiknya karakteristik individu dan evaluasi kinerja yang ada di perusahaan tersebut maka akan semakin baik kepuasan kerja di PT. Ben Golan Berkarya Medan. Kata Kunci : Karakteristik Individu, Evaluasi Kinerja, Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Beban kerja karyawan perusahaan terus mengalami peningkatan sehingga hal tersebut menjadi berada diluar kemampuannya saat ini. Adanya karyawan yang masih canggung atau malu-malu untuk berkomunikasi dengan rekan kerjanya sehingga sering membuat ruang kerja karyawan menjadi terasa sepi dan canggung. Karyawan juga tidak terlalu mudah untuk melakukan adaptasi terhadap kondisi-kondisi baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 106 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan sebanyak 84 sampel. Secara simultan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel komunikasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap beban kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial ditemukan variabel komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beban kerja karyawan. Secara parsial ditemukan variabel kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beban kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Kecerdasan Emosional, Beban Kerja

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers who work at PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of distribution channels and marketing information systems on sales effectiveness. The population and sample in this study amounted to 42 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously distribution channels and marketing information systems have a positive and significant effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. Partially, the distribution channel has an effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. Partially, the marketing information system has a positive and significant effect on the sales effectiveness of PT. Bintang Agung Sukses Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value is: 0.341 means that Distribution Channels and Marketing Information Systems are able to explain Sales Effectiveness by 34.1% while the remaining 65.9% is influenced by variables not examined such as: product discounts, market segmentation, product prices, and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa secara simultan komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Secara parsial komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja PT. Rekayasa Primatech Medan. Besarnya koefisien determinasi terlihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,316 yang artinya menjelaskan bahwa stres kerja karyawan sebesar 31,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti seperti: rotasi kerja, konflik, gaji, dan sebagainya

Abstract

Abstract.This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of Performance and Commitment on Organizational Culture. The population and sample in this study are: employees of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki, amounting to 39 people. The sampling technique used is saturation. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is that simultaneously Performance and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. Partially, the positive and significant effect on the organizational culture of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. Partially, Commitment has positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture of PT. Sumber Lautan Rezeki. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.304 meaning that performance and commitment can explain organizational culture by 30.4% and the remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: discipline work, competence, compensation and so on.  Keywords: Performance, Commitment, Organizational Culture

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Tuahta Maju Ersada is a company engaged in the field of mini PKS (Palm Oil Mill), which has been established since 2008. A good and high reward will motivate employees and low employee loyalty greatly affects employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee reward and loyalty on the work motivation of PT. Tuahta Advanced Ersada.The research method used is a quantitative analysis method. The data used are primary and secondary data. The study population was 50 people using saturated sampling techniques where all members of the population were sampled. Variables are measured with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on simultaneous analysis of employee rewards and loyalty affect the work motivation of employees of PT. Tuahta Advanced Ersada. Partially, there is the effect of reward variables on employee work motivation and there is an influence of employee loyalty on the work motivation of employees of PT.
