Abstract

Semiotika merupakan ilmu yang mengkaji tanda dalam suatu karya bertujuan untuk menemukan makna-makna secara tersirat atau tersembunyi di dalam tanda. Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kumpulan puisi Museum Kehilangan karya Wawan Kurniawan melalui kajian semiotika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kajian semiotika seperti ikon, indeks, simbol dalam kumpulan puisi Museum Kehilangan karya Wawan Kurniawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku kumpulan puisi Museum Kehilangan karya Wawan Kurniawan yang terdiri dari 87 halaman, terdapat 65 buah puisi. Penerbit PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama. Tahun terbit 2020. Tempat terbit Jakarta. Memiliki panjang dan lebar 20 x 13,5 cm. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi pada buku kumpulan puisi Museum Kehilangan karya Wawan Kurniawan. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dari 15 buah puisi yang dipilih sebagai data penelitian kumpulan puisi Museum Kehilangan karya Wawan Kurniawan melalui kajian semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce pada ikon, indeks, simbol. Dari jumlah keseluruhan tanda berdasarkan hasil analisis peneliti ditemukan 81 buah tanda terdiri dari 25 buah ikon, 22 buah tanda indeks, dan 34 buah tanda simbol.

Abstract

Literary psychology is a science that examines literary works that are believed to reflect mental processes and activities. In examining psychological work, what needs to be understood is the extent of the author's psychological involvement and the author's ability to present figures who are involved with psychology. The problem in this research is how to classify the emotions of the characters in the novel Love, Lost, and Found by Titi Sanaria. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the emotional classification of the characters in the novel Love, Lost and Found by Titi Sanaria. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source for this research is the novel Love, Lost and Found by Titi Sanaria published by PT Elex Media Komputindo, published in 2019. The data collection techniques in this study were literature study, reading techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data validation technique in this study uses triangulation. The data analysis technique in this study used content analysis. The results of the research show that the novel Love, Lost and Found by Titi Sanaria, tells about a girl who likes to close herself off in this novel, there are 7 emotional classifications of the characters consisting of (1) the concept of guilt, (2) the feeling of guilt that is harbored, (3) self-punishment, (4) shame (5) sadness, (6) hatred, and (7) love.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the implementation of curriculum management in developing teacher competencies in MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings are as follows; the concept of curriculum management implementation in MTs negeri 1 Prabumulih city is carried out through the stages of curriculum planning by the curriculum development team, curriculum organizing in the form of delegation of authority from the head of the madrasah to the Deputy head of the madrasah for Curriculum, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation which is carried out by examining curriculum documents, implementing class supervision and interviews, The implementation of teacher competency development is carried out through the assignment of teachers to take part in training, workshops, seminars or discussion activities through MGMP either held by the madrasah itself or through other institutions. In conclusion, implementing curriculum management in developing teacher competency at MTs Negeri 1 Prabumulih City has been carried out well, starting with the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Abstract

This study aims to answer problems related to the efforts of madrasah heads in improving teacher performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques: Observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: The efforts of the head of madasah in improving teacher performance in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al Hijriyah Prabumulih city are carried out through attendance, motivating teachers to always maintain sincerity in teaching, giving awards, restoring the spirit of teachers through madrasah family gatherings at the home of teachers / employees, holding study tours at the end of the year, holding iftar together every month romadhon, improving the knowledge of teachers by sending teachers to follow Training training, which is held in the city and in the province, sends teachers to participate in the Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP) throughout the city of Prabumulih or in Madrasah. The teacher's performance is already good. In conclusion, the madrasa head's efforts to improve teacher performance have been quite good Keywords: Head of Madrasah, Teacher Performance.
